Yukio nodded and summoned her wings. They came out of her back, painlessly. She looked to Rose.

Geordi glanced at the girl as her butterfly wings came out. Wait a minute... She thought, then retracted her wings. They slid out of the chains easily, shrinking as they went into her back. "Well, I feel stupid now! Why didn't I think of that before?" She stretched out her wings again, this time it felt better.

Rose leaned back and gasped. The wings looked absolutely beautiful. "Wow! I... Can I touch them, Yukio? Would it hurt if I touched them?" Rose wanted to know if they felt like real butterfly wings or felt fake.

Rose smiled slightly and nodded at Yukio. "Thanks." She reached out and touched the wing with one finger. As soon as she touched the wing she shivered. "It feels amazing, but somehow a little weird... Oh well, It's beautiful all the same!" Rose hugged Yukio, being careful that she didn't touch the wings.

Geordi lay back in her cage, her large wingspan just barely fitting in the cage.

Alfeegi patted Logan lightly on the shoulders. "It's ok. I'm sure it'll be fine. . . The only master I had was my mother. . ." he spoke in a light whisper so only Logan would hear him.

"Can't find a word to match anxious, concerned and enraged? I could never find a word that matched all three of those descriptions. . . The first time I was taken I was in a rage that I would be used like a pet. I was anxious to see if the person was actually sweet or not. But I was concerned that the person would grow bored of me for not actually listening to them and would get rid of me. . . Guess I should've been happy that my last master was actually Alfeegi's mother. . ." Lurtz snickered as his cigarette burned out finally. "Life can be a cruel mistress. . ."

Wennin had already become bored of this place. People were having too many issues. He glanced over to Rose. "He said, I'm sorry master."

Rose jumped when she heard Wennin speak. She turned to him slowly, laughing lightly. "Oh thanks then..." She turned back to Yukio a little disturbed. What could have happened to make him say something like that?

Logan looked to Alfeegi, still obviously shaken from the dream. He reached out hand hugged the neko, more for himself than the other. He looked up at the realization of what Alfeegi said,
" Your mother? but?
The thought would comprehend in his mind that a mother would treat her child like what he was treated like.

Slannen looked at Lurtz with wonderment, had the neko read his mind? He dismissed the thought and agreed all the same.He crushed out the end of his finished cigarette and leaned his head against the bars. He hated this waiting, it seemed to go on forever, he looked over to Lurtz and smirked.
"Yeah, that she is.."

"You know I can hear you. . . He said it because. . . Oh never mind. You are such a simpleton. He would be sooo pissed if he saw us in here, Elena. . ." Wennin sighed sitting down playing with his tongue piercing. His dad would also be pissed that he pierced his tongue, ear and his right eyebrow. Oh well. It was his fault for letting his children run loose and causing havoc just about everywhere they went.

"Ignore my brother, Miss Rose. He's a tad bit on the negative side unlike me. I'm Elena. His name is Wennin," Elena smiled slipping between the bars and limping lightly over to Rose and Yukio. "Got my leg stuck in a bear trap. It hasn't healed yet," she giggled slightly before Rose could ask why she was limping as she sat down next to Yukio's cage.

"Watch. . . Whoever comes for you or me will probably take the other with him or her," Lurtz snickered leaning his head against his knees. "Probably the same for Alfeegi and Logan. . ."

"Yea. My mother was a very cruel woman. . . She hated me for not doing what she wanted when she asked for it. Well it was more of a command than a question. . . That's why I ran away from home with Lurtz. . ." Alfeegi smiled lightly hugging Logan back. He wanted Logan to feel like he wouldn't be in such a terrible situation even though they both kind of were.

Slannen looked back over at the now-awake boys, he felt a dislike for the fox instantly, know the boy would get on his nerves. The demon sighed,
" Yeah I hope a moron buys me though, easier to kill and escape.."

Logan frowned, wondering how a mother could be so cruel. Henuzzled into Alfeegi's chest and said quietly,
" I've been a slave for almost a thousand years.. I gave up my freedom for my mother.. "
