Matt looked down. Major guilt trip. Life had caught up with him, it seemed. For the past few months, all the resistance leaders where getting caught. There must have been a leak. He needed to talk to the Ace of Hearts. "Marcie, there's something I need to tell you..." he said. He gripped the white sheets. "I might not make it back this time."
Tao wrapped his arms around her waist, gently. He just liked holding her in his arms. He broke the kiss, and put his forehead against hers. He smiled.

Marcie frowned a little and then placed a hand to Matt's face to make him look at her "Don't Speak like that Mathius" She said with serious eyes "Even if there is risk in this little game of yours that I have pretended not to see... even if you are in danger, you mustn't ever speak like that, you can't go to war thinking you'll loose or you have lost already" it was not soothing words or worried words, for what matt was about to face that was not what he needed.

{I'm terribly sorry for being absent for so long but my computer thought it to be a fitting time to get spyware three days ago. >.< My only access to Gaia up until now(i'm on my mom's computer) has been my mom's I-Pod touch and typing on that thing is a PAIN BEYOND BELIEF. Sooo I've only been able to check my mail for less than an hour each day and not reply. Q_Q}

((LOL! Nah, it's my own fault. I suppose I don't get them involved enough. I usually RP my characters by themselves until an opportunity appears for them to speak to other characters.))
Raven took in a shaky breath, touching his lips with a smile. Marcie had already brought so much light into his life.
I don't want to lose her either . . .
Siyu looked at Shinsei from the corners of his eyes, his breathing becoming uneasy. Stop acting like this. He's still the Three of Spades, and he's just your blood brother . . . the one that you had been so intimate with . . .
Siyu turned his face to Shinsei, his heart racing madly. Those lips of Shinsei's, they looked so soft. They looked so lovely. Siyu wanted his lips on his blood brother's once more, to experience that wonderful feeling he had when he kissed him before.
Once again, Siyu seized Shinsei by the arms to pull him close, grasping him by the back of his head and smothering his lips.
Victor chuckled weakly, turning on his back. His vision was blurred, partially because his glasses weren't on.
"I'm feeling a bit nauseous," he murmured, "And cold . . . is this the effect of the poison?"

"Maybe" Ace of Clubs said and smiled taking the thermometer "Let's measure your temperature then" She said getting closer to him "raise your arm" she instructed and placed the thermometer under his arm and a kiss to his forehead. he did feel a little warm, an allergic reaction perhaps? or just the work of the body to get rid of the poison?
Dan got to his room and pulled out some blankets and an extra pillow "Aren't you tired?" he asked raven placing the things on the sofa.

Victor followed Elizabeth's instruction, raising his left arm, the one he had pierced.
When am I going to recover? I need out of here. The resistance probably believes I am dead right now. I need to see them soon . . . really soon.
"How long is it going to take for me to fully recover?" Victor asked quietly.
Raven glanced at Dan.
"I suppose I am," he said with a sigh, picking up his napkin. He folded it and placed it back in his pocket.
"I was waken up abruptly in the middle of the night."
Raven walked slowly into the living room, looking at the set up of the couch. "Where am I to sleep tonight?"

When the time was up Ace of clubs removed the thermometer, 37.5°C*, a little high considering the time of the day, but due to the probable cause of the fever she might need to leave it be for tonight, Victor's body seemed to be fighting the remains of the poison whit Vasoconstriction, it could be contraproducent to make it stop since that could diminish the recovery rate, she would need to monitor the body temperature constantly... "A full recovery can take months or even years, that is for all the small symptoms to disappear, but you should be able to get rid of the nausea and fever by tomorrow afternoon probably, since you seem to be recovering fast." she sited next to him on bed and stroke his hair, scratching his head gently with her long fingernails "The dizziness should also be gone by that time, but you might experience a some of it from time to time"
Dan pointed to the couch, Raven had agree to that with Marcie so he didn't see why the question, had he forgotten that soon? "Unless you want to sleep with me on my bed" he added jokingly "or maybe we should take a bath together if that is more your style" He added smirkin.

Victor smiled, turning closer to Elizabeth. "Good, good," he murmured, enjoying the feel of Elizabeth's fingernails. "Still . . . months or years?" He closed his eyes, a heavy gravitating feeling dropped his stomach. "What the heck did I get myself into?"
Really . . . what did I get myself into? I intend to keep the resistance strong . . . so, hopefully news of my "death" hasn't reached them yet.
Raven's eyes widened at Dan's remark. He knew Dan was joking, but that didn't stop his heart to skip a beat.
Raven approached the couch, smirking at Dan and placed a finger on his chin. "If you would like that," he said teasingly, snickering after.
((We need more resistance characters; I'm playing five characters and don't want to take chances at characters from the others. >_<;
Edit: Those are FANTASTIC! eek
Speaking of which, what DID happen to the White Rabbit, Dormouse, Tweedledee, and Tweedledum? D: ))

"You got yourself into a failed suicide attempt, you are lucky it isn't worse" Ace of clubs remarked seriously 'idiot' she added mentally as the position victor assumed made her scratch behind his ears instead of the place where she had been caressing previously.
Dan blushed a little, raven was much cuter from close, but then he frowned, this guy was supposed to be with Marcie, if he was going to be that easy to lure he would need to stop those kind of jokes around him.
Dan walked back to his room and just turned around when he reached the door "You sleep on the couch, if you want a bath i can lend you some clothes, but i was just joking" he said seriously, if Marcie was going to get hurt by this guy it wouldn't be because of him.
Jackie walked down her path to the interrogation room, she had heard the screams all the way to her office, had they caught new resistance members? well, she needed to be informed so she decided to come, she was a little annoyed as she saw some boys standing outside the interrogation room "This area is off limits for normal suits, you know?" she said in an smug voice.
((well, the white 'queen' can support the resistance if you want but i can't take more characters either.
thank you for the compliments and well, the characters you mentioned where played by buncha but, like jack, she doesn't play them much, exept for the dormouse who belonged to mini and left the RP some 100 pages ago))

Victor chuckled lightly. "Yes, true," he whispered, "I just can't believe I was that foolish to put myself into this situation." He took in a shivering breath, hugging himself. "I know we are all prone to foolish acts, but this was incredibly foolish of me."
A small smile crept on his lips. "Tell me, Elizabeth dear, how did you kill the last Ace of Clubs?"
Raven laughed loudly, sitting on the couch.
"Oh Dan, I was just teasing you!" he laughed, unable to control himself. "I am terribly sorry for giving you the wrong impression!"
Still laughing, Raven wiped a small tear from the corner of his eye. He wasn't a playboy; Raven wouldn't cheat on the person he was in love with. He never did that to the last Ace of Spades and didn't plan on doing that to Marcie. It was just too much fun to tease a man that had tried to tease him.
Gestalt walked out, carrying the limp body of the resistance boy. He glanced at Jackie.
"Jack of Spades," he said blankly. He noticed all the Suits standing around. "Listen to the Jack of Spades and leave immediately."
He turned back to Jackie, his expression still blank. "This boy needs to be escorted to the laboratory."
((That sounds fine. ;D
And I remember Mini playing the Dormouse. I was just wondering if anyone was going to play those characters again. XD ))

Ace of clubs dug her nails in Ace of heart's head without realizing it at the mention of her given name and of the last Ace of clubs, she raised an eyebrow to pretend confusion "Who is Elizabeth, Heart?" she asked in hope that Ace of hearts would catch the hint and forget the question he had made at the same time.
Dan blushed even more, how could Marcie put up whit a guy with such childish behavior? he knew it was probably teasing... okay he didn't knew, but still it was not like he would accept something like that, he was Marcie's... what was he? he never said if they where going out or not... he was... the object of her affection? well, that in search for a better tittle that sounded about right... anyhow he wouldn't accept something like that from this guy. "I don't care about the teasing" He said placing a hand to half of his face and rubbing it "The only problem raven is that i have no sentimental relationships to maintain at the moment so i don't care... but you do, you shouldn't play like that or you could hurt someone, and i am not speaking just about Marcie" Raven was cute, too cute for his own sake, he could be breaking hearts without realizing it.
"Jack of clubs" Jackie said riding her face of the previous smugness but still prideful, acknowledging jack of clubs presence "Shall i do such?" she asked eyeing the boy, he didn't seem to have taken too well on the interrogation, was he still useful for the research?
((mmm.... idk, if not maybe they should be removed from the 'taken' in case someone wants to play them))
