I avoid sandals because they have a conspiracy with the set of stairs where I live. Both are out to kill me.

I just don't like how dirty my feet get when I wear sandals. Boots would be nice.

Yea I'm not into the airy footwear concept. And steel-toed slippers are comfortable! Almost as comfy as glass basketball shoes.

Sandals just fall off to easy, I generally hate shoes that limit your mobility. Boot can be great though if they're comfy, just a little hot.
