I AGREE WHOLEHEARTEDLY. But the other people on the bus probably won't. D:
I dunno if I told you guys, but I won this essay contest a few weeks ago sponsored by an Electric Cooperative group around here cause my teacher made me enter. So I got an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington D.C. as a result. So I'm going to that on Friday.
I get back on the 18th (which marks Darrell and I being boyfriend/girlfriend for three months : D) and then have to do a shitload of laundry so I can go to Ohio for Youth to Youth, which is a drug-free conference for teenagers who have made the decision to be drug and alcohol free. I'm a staff member this year so I have to go early for training. Then I finally get back on the 25th and have nothing to do the rest of the summer. XD

You are quite the successful little bug, aren't you, Janine? Occasionally, it is difficult for me to comprehend you, because I've never met someone who had it so together during high school. But it's awesome to see someone who is motivated to excel in their life when most of us are still like "uuhhh, what am I doing again?" during that time period. Congratulations on that, lol.
So we won't see you for like a month?

xD;; Well, I just decided this year that I want to do a lot. I mean, I started doing my homework instead of abandoning it for the internet, and I did so well last quarter that I actually made A Honor Roll for the first time since Elementary School. My parents have super high expectations and I really have nothing to lose if I live up to them, so I'm trying a little harder with my academics.
Believe me, I haven't had it together for years. XD I've just now had a slap in the face from life and decided that I can do better. I need to qualify for scholarships because my parents dipped into my college fund back when we had bad financial problems a few months ago.
Well, more like two weeks. I get back June 25th, so I'm gone for about a grand total of 13 days. 3nodding I'll be sure to drop back in and say hi on the 18th.

My brother helped me make up my bed with some new sheets in exchange for him being allowed to watch Flight of the Conchords with me. XD So sorry, I was distracted by putting the sheets on. I'm looking for a house though. e_e

And yes, I think Percy's about me is really good! I'll have to fix up Audrey's profile (as well as that stupid background with the cats XD) as well, and figure out what the heck she does with her spare time.
By the way, I love Lucy's (hehe, I Love Lucy) middle name. Octavia = win. <3

Clouuudsss. <3 I used to have a room with cloud walls when I was little. XD My mom painted it light blue and then we painted on clouds. That room was AWESOME.
Yeah. This year I'm only going for 2 weeks as opposed to a month like I did last year. e_e It's cheaper and I don't have to do classes. XD I still don't think my school has given me the credit for the Japanese courses I took last year . . . See, one month of Japanese camp = 1 high school credit of Japanese. I want that credit, damnit! D<

That's pretty cool - both the cloud room and the credit. Bash them with cardboard papertowel tubes until they fork it over.
*Pokes Google* My problem is most sky backgrounds aren't the same color through the whole image so they won't blend. Maybe saturating it...

I gave the dean of studies the credit info at the beginning of the year, and on the last day of school I asked him if he had given me credit, and he said, "Oh, I'll have to look into that." WTF DUDE. D<
Yeah . . . can't you manip the code to where the background image just stays in place?

Ughhh I've eaten way too much today guys. u_u; I need to stop; I'm getting sick. BUT THESE GUMMI CENTIPEDES ARE SO GOOD AND I'M BORED. crying
Yeah, he's also super busy. He's got like a full class schedule and he's in charge of other things as well. The only reason I didn't ask him about it before was because I was afraid he'd get angry cause he's always so busy.
