Animekitty47 "One of the first years came in?!" cried Kitty as she enthusiastically bounded over to Ann and Hayden. "Hello!" she grinned as she shook the first year's hand. "I'm a prefect, so you could also try asking me if you need any help. So which classes are you thinking of taking?"

Regal walked into Gryffindor Tower, he was tired and stuffed from the feast, but that didn't stop him from eagerly walking around the tower, exploring to see if he could find anything new. The excitement was enough to keep him up despite his tiredness, there were so many things to see.

Ann looked up from the hulabaloo and saw that another first year had walked it, "HUZZAH! Our Gryffindor empire has increased by one again!" Ann bounced off her chair and greeted the new first year, "Why hello there! Welcome to the Gryffindor Common Room. I'm Ann! What's your name?"

Regal was surprised as an older girl came a greeted him with much enthusiasm, but he still felt glad that he had kind peers around him instead of cruel ones. "My name is Regal." he said with a smile, then added "And yes, I'm a first year. It's really great to meet you Ann.... what year are you in?" His tiredness had been long forgotten now that he had someone to talk to, he also remembered that he needed to ask where he would go to receive his schedule. Even before he realized he would need to get his schedule, he'd already had a bunch of questions to ask about Hogwarts.

Ann smiled, "Nice to meetcha, Regal! I'm a third year this term (I'm also the head of house & DADA professor wink ). If you have any questions, ask away to anyone in this common room. They will be sure to help you around and we're all friendly," Ann giggled, "we don't bite."

If you haven't already, please check the first page of this thread to see if I added your name to the dorm list. I may have missed some of you when I was editing it for the new term. Also, check out the first page for updates with the guild.
Oh yeah, a reminder that the Holiday Event in the Event Forum is still going on! Earn Gryffindor some points by posting in the Event Forum! We need to win the cup and glory! And *cough* have some fun while you're there, won't you guys?

Regal nodded as he said "Alright, glad to hear nobody bites." The fire behind him roared as it spread warmth around the commons, causing Regal to feel drowsy, but he didn't want to go to sleep just yet, not when there was a whole tower to explore.

Hayden sat down in front of the fireplace with a cup of cocoa sighing softly. It was so nice to finally be here and meet her fellow students. She was anxious at the approaching term, and could hardly wait. Eventually she would explore some of her surroundings, but for now she wanted to relax.

AHHH! Say it isn't so! According to the Quidditch Ref, none of the Gryffindors have turned in an application to get onto the team! gonk Show me that you care by reading up the rules and applying for the positions.
As of now, all positions are open to anyone who wants it. The highest scorer on the application, gets to be captain! Now who would want to pass off such a great title? *waggles brows* So get your butts over to the Quidditch Pitch right now!
And...the Holiday Masque while you're at it...please? xd

Yay!! New First Years!! Oh, it was only yesterday when I was a first year... crying But, thus! I'm having great fun as a second! Hi! I'm Selene, what's your name?? I currently don't hold a special position here like the other two, but feel free to enjoy any of the yummy and delightful snacks I occasionally set out! Obviously, everyone's crazy about muffins, so feel free to suggest anything new you'd like to try, and a new thing for me to bake! Again, welcome to Gryffindor!!^-^

Regal had sat on one of the couches close to the fireplace, and felt amused at how the older students acted, they were really funny. He was already full of excitement, but this just made it all that much better, and as he thought about that a small smile curved on his face.
