Bryan followed her to the reception desk in the hospital. He was talking to one of the male doctors.
"Is Ivanov still in the same room?"
The doctor nodded and Bryan went off to find the elevator. It was a good ways down the hall and crowded with patients, so he decided to wait for the next one.

Diana was really frustrated. Blood was seeping through her fingers as small shards of glass were scattered on the floor. In rage, she burned it all, leaving just a shiny melted glossy river. It looked like candy for some reason, melted to be specific. Grabbing her sword from a cabinet, she jumped from the living room window and landed safely on a branch of a tree. She always trains every morning. She decided to go to a quiet place, like...on a rooftop of a hospital.

Miki gently stirred and finally woke up. Noticing that her brother was gone, she quickly got up and peeked outside just to see her brother fixing some breakfast. His back was turned so he didnt notice her. Smiling gently, she decided to go get herself ready for the meantime while she leaves him alone. In a few minutes she was done, she decided to wear a no-sleeved black top, her black gloves, dark pants, her boots and a striped black and white scarf.(Refer to my Avatar please ^^) She went out just to see Kai, silently eating. She proceeded to sit down on the table and said "Ohayou, Onii-chan. Do you have plans for later?" She asked him. She knew she will be alone since Diana trains every morning. She hoped her brother isnt too busy.

'Growl' Maria's stomach made a sound. She was used to this sound as she often had quick but unfulfilled meals that she was greeted every morning. She stood up.
"Get me some too"Keiji said as he heard it too.
She went out knowing he would behave and have nothing to do. To the living room where she saw a pool of a glossy liquid that seemed to harden a bit, burns and a bit of blood.
'She must have been mad. As if no one else has been when I tell what I really want.' she thought avoiding the poll and looking out the window where Diana was. She hid seeing her use a sword.
Looking at the pool she got what is ovious to be small dust pan and broom, and cleaned it up. Waiting for Diana wanting to go out or cook something in her hunger.

At the scraping of the other chair, Kai glanced up, his glass half-way to his mouth as he was about to take another sip. It was Miki, and she was already dressed.
In reply to his sibling's question, he nodded slightly. "Only for this morning. I told Hiyomura to meet me at the BBA headquarters later. It won't take too long, though, I expect..." he added for her benefit. He didn't want the younger girl to feel as though he didn't want to spend time with her - he did, in fact, but due to previous commitments... well, now Kai regretted making those commitments, if only a little bit.
He stood up and handed her the plate of scrambled eggs and toast he'd prepared for her; the rest of the food, set aside for Murphy, Sayka and that other guy (gay) remained on the counter in their serving plates.
"What about you? Are you going anywhere?" Strange how talking to Miki came easier now, as though they'd never been apart.

Miki just looked down on the plate with a blank expression. "I probably will be alone. Diana is out since she is always training alone every morning. She trains about 3 to 4 hours. So i guess i could be alone for the meantime". She got abit scared by the thought of being alone. She didnt know what she was scared about, mainly someone might do something to her again.

Diana was training with her katana until she remembered that Kai might have forgotten what she told him. She decided to give him a quick telephatic message
MESSAGE:
Hiwatari, remember what i told you. Miki still isnt safe. She needs to be with you if i am not around. Possibilities there are more of that prune's lackies. So just be with her for the meantime. Then i could go and watch her for you
END MESSAGE
Diana blinked as the blood red color faded back to their normal color. She then proceeded to continue her training.

She peaked at Keiji confirming his behavior was fine. Maria gave another growl from her stomach getting very hungry. She then pulled out her celphone and gave a short text message to Miki.
"Miki Sorry and thank you. Diana is supose to keep an eye on us. I am safe , but I'm hungry. Let someone leave something for us."said the first one
The second message said, "I will explain everything once we are together or Kai and Diana are there. Please I am hungry"

"Arigatou gozaimasu, Takeda-sensei," Kei said, bowing only a little before turning and dashing out of the office. She had to drop the clipboard with the doctor's signature with her dad's secretary, and then go pick up something at the tailor's - what was it that her mother had forgotten this time? - which she had to bring home. After that, she had to go to the BBA headquarters where she'd agreed to meet Kai that morning.
All that in an hour. Kami...
The brunette fairly flew down the stairs outside the hospital, and quickly unpadlocked her bicycle from the rack, got on, and pedalled as fast as she could in the direction of her father's office building.

Kai was rinsing off his plate when the telepathic message came in. //Damn you, Murphy; quit barging into my mind like that!// The phoenix wielder sorely wished that he could learn how to block out telepathic messages; they were, like everything else he didn't welcome, an intrusion into his privacy, and that was something he resented.
Still, the dark-haired telepath - and whatever else she was - had a point. Without turning to face his twin, he spoke, even as he was placing the damp dish onto the dish rack. "You can come along if you want to, you know. There are a couple of rooms that have more than one beydish; you could train with us..." Oh, how very like him to invite his younger sister to a training session. Still, what could he have said, having already told Miki he was meeting a new teammate?
"Oh, and just in case, I made some extra for Murphy and those other two..." the crimson-eyed blader added, gesturing towards the toast and eggs still sitting on the counter. He preferred that Miki be the one to interact with those other three; he didn't quite feel up to it, given what had transpired the night before.

Miki, who was finished eating, wiped her mouth clean as she gave a glance at Kai. "Well...i could train though. I havent bladed for a long time. I'm afraid i've gotten rusty" She blushed softly. "But i dont want to intrude big brother. You're the type to value privacy. I...dont want to be a burden." She looked down at her knees, a bit ashamed for intervening to his private affairs.

Upon hearing his comment, Diana was almost tempted to crush his lungs! In anger, she decided to give a Kai alil more than just an annoying telephatic retort. Focusing her energy at the boy, she smirked and snapped her fingers.

Miki was about to say something until she smelled something burning. Checking the source of the smoke, her red eyes widen and yelped "Big brother, you're on fire!" she pointed at the small black flame, emitting from his leg.

So i see you prefer...Me not telling you if Miki is in danger of getting caught and being forced to capture spirits, almost getting raped, being locked up in a room all alone and spending night after night extracting DNA and souls of animals out of their bodies..OR...Me entering your mind so i can remind you what you need to do to help her, tell you what she is thinking so you can make her feel better, telling you where she is and if she is danger? Take your pick Hiwatari...and if you happen to pick the 1st option...I will add another corpse to my collection...

Diana's eyes turned back to their normal red color. Now she waited what Kai will react. If he didnt care for what happened to her...HELL! He is so gonna get a slice in the throat and kick in the pants...

As Maria was already starving he was not bothered by it for there a dark moment in the past when he didn't eat at all and not able to move.
Flashback
Keiji saw a boy in his dreams. The boy was crawled up in one dark corner alone as a terrible accident brought him at the streets.
The boy road the car with his parents as he said “I want to drive” He was at the back of a fan along with his large family and he was the only son among 5 big sisters with his father visited after working abroad. He wanted to play with the car so much that he wished it. Then all of a sudden he felt he was the car and went faster and faster then suddenly a car came by and crashed into them. He was at the back of the car and his sisters protected him. He was safe but that left him all alone. He was left on the streets staying still getting hungry everyday. He was not moving, but sometimes he would play with his powers with corpse of cats and rats that would pass by. One day as he was near death she saw a beyblade come by him. He was back at his body and saw it himself but his vision was hazy having no energy.
Playing he took over the blade and it’s spin was faster. He looked around and saw no one look for it. Then a man came in front of his body. He had gone back wondering. He had gone back to hid body so that he would not be mistaken as dead though death was something he might want with his current life. The blade stopped as he returned.
The man smirked and said, “Did you like that beyblade you can have it?”
Keiji wondered what the man said, a beyblade was not what he needed.
“Come with me and I’ll feed you.” He said.
The thought of food was tempting, but all he wanted was to end his sufferings. He tried to move, but he couldn’t. The man then picked him up and carried him in his arms. His body was warm a warmth he missed so much. In such a long time he had forgotten what it felt like.
At first he was mouth but soon he was able to move on his own and continue to eat a lot. The man who saved him watched him.
“Hey what’s your name?” he asked.
“Keiji Moriyama.” he answered.
“Where is your family?” the man asked with a bit sensitivity.
“They all died because of me.” he answered. He had already morned them so he was find talking about it.
“Why?”
“My power I felt something strange that I was controlling the car as if it was my body and crashed.”
“Keiji It’s a gift that you need to control. Hey would you like to live with me.”
“Really?”
“Yes as my son.”
Keiji was surprised but accepted the offer not knowing what kind of man he was. He was raised as a fighter hidden from records. He became loyal not asking for a reason for what that man asked him to do.

The slate-haired teen, who had been about to exit the kitchen, stopped short at his sibling's horrified cry. Following her gaze, he looked down at his leg, which did feel rather -
"Holy $@*t!!" All thoughts of remaining calm and composed in front of his twin disappeared as Kai rushed to the bathroom. The stream from the kitchen sink was too slow and wouldn't be enough, but the one from the shower would, perhaps, suffice.
He knew who was responsible for the fire, though - the black color was more than enough of a clue - and all the while, he had the urge to shout her ears off!
//Murphy! Whatever this... fire is, stop it! And in case you don't know, I didn't want to hear those details, I don't need constant reminders, and I don't have any plans on leaving Miki alone in this apartment!//
By all the gods, the dark-haired girl was annoying! Admittedly, she had her good points - most notably her concern towards his own sister - but that still didn't prevent the red-eyed blader from getting irritated. Using her powers the way she did... it was getting out of hand.
Kai smirked and rolled his eyes. Riiiight... Using one's strength or power beyond reason... he was one to talk...

Maria went back and sat with Keiji.
"Hey Maria what are we doing in this mission? All I remembered was just going here but then I was all injured. Who was all that people? I can recognized that guy was Kai Hiwatari and one of the girls seemed like his relative. How about that other girl? Is she a sacred soul bearer?" He asked.
Maria was surprised he didn't have a significant head injury that would make him have amnesia. Diana did something to her Maria knew.
"Diana is not a sacred soul bearer and that other girl that looked like Kai-sama is his twin sister Miki." she answered.
She then hesitated going to her perfect fake self continuing, "We were just confirming if she was a sacred soul bearer but she's not. Kai-sama just got a bit in the way. You battled Diana."
"That Diana girl can read minds and while I was using my power she pulled me."
"Diana did that, but she had her won holy beast which is either she is using 2 or she's something else." Maria said worried about what she was thinking around Diana.
"So Maria why are we kept here like this? If they intend to keep us prisoners you just gave them a favor by tieing me up, but what about you?"
"Yeah they didn't even lock the room or the apartment, but I think we'll be dead if we do that."
Maria asking herself. 'She might have more powers like that and maybe she erased some of Keiji's memories. mind reader huh so that's why she left us like this, because if we do anything else Diana might use what she used on Keiji full blast. Even though we could make a trap that would make them sleep or something they would be careful to not think about it that it would be heard.'
Maria was relived that Keiji didn't remember the night before or else she will be forced to capture Miki again for real. They were best friends because they were the closest and the others were mere strangers. They were a friend to each other even with al their uncertainties of each other.

Diana finally broke out a laughter, clutching her middle. Hiwatari's expression was PRICELESS! She decided she gave him enough for one day and replied quickly and snapped her fingers.
MESSAGE:
Fine fine Hiwatari. I admit that i was getting to be a pain. We both care for Miki and we both want her safe at any cause. But i have to admit to you..it's kinda hard to trust someone you just met. Even if that person happens to be a relative. So...truce? I swear not to use my telephaty and my fire if you swore to me that Miki will be safe in your hands even if i am not with her.

Miki noticed a faint beeping inside her pants. It was her cellphone. But due to what happened, she decided to answer later. She decided to help her brother by gently healing to check if he has any burns and clutching another pair of trousers from his drawer since his current worn one might have a hole due to the fire. Rushing to the bathroom, she came inside with a extremely worried expression "Big brother, are you alright? You're not hurt?" she softly cried to him.

Like a magical radar Maria felt something about Kai. Though it was not strong unlike before when she got Miki. She stood up feeling uneasy.
"What is happening to them?" she said hearing someone laugh and signed, "What is Diana doing?"
"Hey Maria noticed your hair?" Keiji said distracting her from worry of Kai.
Maria then noticed her hair color was black.
"Oh man I just recently re-dyed it. Now where am I going to find golden blonde color here?" Maria said looking at the mirror of her room.
"Oh yeah at my apartment I still have some there."Maria remembered then faced the mirror again signing upset. She then removed her blue contacts that hid her brown eyes. She then kept it.
"I hate this."
"Our situation or your hair color?" Keiji then asked.
"Hair color." she answered quickly. Black hair and brown eyes were her real color, the color didn't like.

Kai opened the bathroom door just a crack and peered out. Miki stood there, looking worried and clutching another pair of trousers. Gods, but he was having another flashback.
"Kai-niichan!" A blue-haired girl stood in front of a closed door, clutching a torn and slightly bloodied shirt. "Are... are you sure you're all right?"
The door creaked, and opened to show just one crimson eye that regarded the girl somewhat critically. Then the door opened fully, and Kai stepped out, bare to the waist and his left upper arm bandaged quite well for an 8-year-old medic job. He reached out, took the shirt from his sister and tossed it casually into the garbage chute.
"I'm fine, Mit-chan..."
"Don't worry..."
The same lines from his memory, the slate-haired teen noticed. That day, he and Miki had been playing in the woods when he fell down a small incline, dashing his left shoulder against a good-sized rock. Miki had been almost hysterical when she saw his bloodied arm, he remembered, and he wondered how he'd calmed her down back then.
He stepped out now as he did then, although fully clothed this time - true, they were siblings, but it still wouldn't be a proper sight. Miraculously, his pants were only slightly singed, the burn mark looking more like dirt streaks than anything else; he reached out and ruffled the younger girl's hair. "And you should know better than to go rifling through other people's cabinet drawers..."
//Look, Murphy, if we're going to make sure Miki stays safe, we'll have to... work together.// Lordy, that wasn't him speaking! //Its all right with me if you use your telepathy, but only to warn Miki or myself that danger is close. And of course you can use that fire of yours on those sorry sods who try to hurt her...//

"Thank you, sir!" Kei waved, more cheerfully than she felt, as she hopped onto her bike, the mysterious package tucked away in her backpack. She didn't hear the tailor's reply as she sped off down the street, taking a right at the next intersection. She was going to have to use all the shortcuts she knew of if she was to drop the package off at her house, and then go back downtown to BBA headquarters to make the imminent training session with Kai.
Man, some days I wish Mom or Dad would just ask one of the househelp to run their errands for them... She knew there was no helping her situation, though; the househelp were there for just that: help around the house. Errands outside of the house, though, were to be undertaken by family members, and Kei herself had promised to do her share.
Well... at least I'm getting a good workout!
((OOC: Just for your information, guys, my wi-fi connection is down because of the typhoon, so I'll be posting only once per day until the connection's back up and running... ^^; ))
