When Rosalee got outside, she heard the roar of a motorbike and turned to see Jesper speeding by...NOT in the direction of her house of course. "Hey!" she yelled, but it was too late. He had already rounded the corner and gone. She stamped her foot in disgust, now knowing that he had had no intention of meeting her at all. He would definitely have a piece of her mind the next time she saw him. Still angry, she stomped down the steps, pulling out her hairpin and fiddling with the lock of Dom's bike trunk. It popped open and she yanked her suitcase, waving back at Dom before taking off home.

Richard returned a smile before pulling her into a hug. "I just don't want you suffering another breakdown again," he said softly, a hint of worry in his voice. He pulled away from her and urged her out of the room. "Now let's get to tackling those problems!"

ChibiMizzy When Rosalee got outside, she heard the roar of a motorbike and turned to see Jesper speeding by...NOT in the direction of her house of course. Dom waved back at Rosalee from the patio. I hope she'll be alright...He thought as the rain started to fall harder. He walked out to his bike and closed the seat down. He sat there, and stared at the seat in thought. Finally, he decided he'd go and see if the old nightclub was still in business. He locked up the house and walked out to the back garage. In it was a car in a dust cover. Dom threw it off, and revealed a shining, customized Chrysler 300C. He took a pair of keys off a nearby hook and got in it. He started the engine and it purred like a kitten. He smiled. He slowly drove it out of the garage and down the driveway. He clicked a small remote and the garage slowly closed. He got on the road and floored it. The car jerked forward as he sped toward town. I have a feeling the club is still there....

Rosalee finally got home, glad to be away from.....everything out there. She dumped her stuff near the couch, and stripped off her clothes on the way to the shower, leaving a trail behind her. She should probably just take it easy the rest of the evening. During the shower, she heard the click of a door closing out in the hallway, causing her heart to stop. I locked the front door.... She didn't know what to do. Whoever was in the house would know she was in the shower, leaving her vulnerable and with no weapon. She looked at the rag in her hand and covered it in shampoo, making a flurry of suds. If he tried to do anything to her, he would get an eyeful of stinging soap. The door opened. "Leelee...!" It was too late. Chouki had received the rag square in the eyes and was already screaming in pain. "That's what you get for sneaking in here!" Rosalee yelled, turning off the water and wrapping herself in a towel. Serves him right. "How did you even know where the heck I lived?" "Duh. It's not like you didn't get letters from your friends here, stupid." Chouki threw the rag into the sink, rubbing at his eyes with his shirt. Rosalee didn't appreciate her bandmate barging into her house like this unannounced, especially when she was in the shower. She reached out to slap him on the head, but he grabbed her arm and pulled her down to the floor, holding her against his chest. "Plus you've already been gone too long." He tilted her head up, but all he got was an ear-pinch. "Get out and let me finish my shower..." Rosalee replied angrily, but in a quiet voice. They had been on and off, never taking each other very seriously. But it was still better than Jesper...constantly shoving her away. "There's a new band at some club nearby. I wanted to know if you wanted to go," came his muffled voice from behind the door. "...I'll think about it..."

Dom pulled into the parking lot of the club. It was packed. He managed to find a spot then he walked to the front door. A long line extended out from the door, a huge body guard blocking it. Dom walked upto the behemoth. "Hey John! How's the weather up there?" He said to him. John laughed. "Well if it isn't Mr.Big Shot himself. Go on in, Dom." He pulled up the velvet rope and Dom walked in. The bar was crowded and the dance floor even more crowded. Dom ignored it all and went into the V.I.P room. He found who he was looking for. "Ey' Johnny. What's shakin'?" Johnny was surrounded by women. He stood up and gave Dom a handshake. "What up, Mr. Dominic? I heard you'd be back in town but I didn't think you'd come back so soon." "I had some business." Dom replied. "So, you ready to rock the club." Johnny smiled. They both walked out of the V.I.P. section, to backstage. Johnny grabbed an electric guitar and Dom grabbed an electric, too. They plugged them into amps. "Just like old times..." Johnny said. The curtain rose on the two and Dom walked to the mic. "Hey all...and welcome to the Seaside. I'm MC Dom and this is the new house band, The Waves." The bartender and two of the bodyguards walked on stage and set up on the drums, keyboard, and bass guitar. Like it was their cue. The bartender started them off," One. Two. One, two, three, hit it!" And the band started rocking the house...

Violet still looked nervous and was now blushing softly from Richards hug. As they passed her room she quickly went in, the creams and deep purples of the walls seemingly hidden in stacks of books and paper. On the cluttered desk sat a computer, long documents lit up on its screen. Grabbing the nearest pile of books she picked them up then turned back to Richard, "You sure you still want to help?" she asked with a raised eyebrow. Just looking at the work she thought she needed to do made her nervous. When they were in school she had been more easy going. Violet sighed as she remembered.

"Heck yes. We can make it an oral test. I ask the questions and you write the answers down. Course....I dunno what the answers are so I guess you'll have to mark it yourself maybe?" Richard took a seat on her bed, looking at the piles of books. He never thought she could read these many books; that was probably how she had her breakdown. "Hey, maybe I can learn something too in the process of helping you."

Yumi jumped when she heard a loud smashing noice coming from outside. "What on earth is that?" she asked in bewilderment before getting to her feet and walking over to the window, pulling back the blinds. She watched in horror as Jesper smashed Satoshi's car. She then gave a terrified glance back to the kitchen before running to the front door and throwing it open. "What the hell do you think you are doing?!" she cried histerically at Jesper from the steps up the the front door.

Satoshi ran to the front door to see his car - his life being smashed to pieces. He ran over to Jesper "What the ********?!" He yelled as he shoved Jesper to the floor. He looked at his car; no windows left, dents everywhere..It hurt him to see it this way. "You b*****d!!" He shouted. He couldn't think of words to say, he was too full of anger and hatred so he did the only thing he could think of. He kicked Jesper in the ribs-hard.

"No!!" Yumi screamed, collapsing to her knees as Satoshi kicked Jesper. She burried her face in her hands, but she couldn't block out the sounds of the fight.

Violet grinned and nodded. Sitting down crossed legged on the floor she looked up to him, "Probably, your loads smarter then me," she replied, the smallest hint of bitterness in her voice. Shaking her head she grabbed a large text book and then looked around for her writing file. She'd been trying to memorise everything in the books lately, so she didn't have much use for writing things down.

Richard held out a hand towards her for the book. "Is this the one I'll be asking you questions from?" In his head, his brain was trying to wrap itself around the humongous size of the book and how anyone could try learning everything in it.....or why they would even want to. But he convinced himself he was going to keep a positive outlook on things and help Violet as much as he could.

After a shower and getting dressed, Rosalee called a cab, where she and Chouki made it down to the club. It wasn't that hard for her to get in, seeing as how most of the people there had seen her on stage before. Even the huge bouncer asked for her autograph before letting her in. Whoever is playing has got some real talent. Taking a seat near the stage, she ordered some drinks before glancing up at the stage. It was then her jaw dropped to the sight of Dom on the stage. What the hell....?

'The Waves' ended their third song and started wheeling instruments on and off the stage. "And now, time to wind things down a bit." Dom sat on a playing bench near a baby grand piano that had just been wheeled out. Johnny got out a saxophone and a bar stool. The bartender stayed with his drum set and the other two guards got out an upright bass and a violin. The song started with a piano intro and then the drums, then the bass, then Johnny and the violin. Dom started to sing a soulful slow dance tune. His voice rang out and sounded so soothing and fluid like water slowly flowing over rocks in a brook. Slowly, couples made their way to the dance floor and danced. Dom smiled as he saw the turnout. He sang with passion and grace. When the song finished with a piano outtro, Dom and 'The Waves' bowed and the curtains closed on them. "Phew...that was a great gig...." Johnny said. "Yep..." Dom agreed. "Just like old times." Dom and Johnny made their way back up to the V.I.P. booth laughing and talking it up. Dom picked up a glass with ice in it and pulled the champagne out of the icebox. He popped the cork and poured it into his, Johnny's, and Johnny's female friends' glasses. "A toast..."Dom began. "To a successful gig." "Amen to that, bro." Johnny replied. They bumped glasses and drank. Man this is a nice town....Dom thought, putting his arms behind his head in thought...

As the curtains drew, Rosalee stood up clapping, still surprised as to what she had just seen and heard. Dom...I have to congratulate him... But he had already gone somewhere else by the time she could get backstage. Another idea came into her head, however, as she called Chouki over. Ten minutes later, they were up on stage, Rosalee bearing a single acoustic guitar, and Chouki at the drums. She sat at the mic on a stool, announcing who she and her bandmate was, although it was unnecessary considering the little fame she had. She sang one of their more popular songs, but the acoustic guitar seemed to add more soul to it, replaced the regular electric that was used to play the melody. At the end she did a silly curtsy, thanking the audience for letting her play for the evening before exiting the stage. "Mind telling me why we just did that?" Chouki whispered at her angrily. People would probably be following them around town now that they knew she was here. "I started here...it just brought back some good memories, that's all..."
