after a five minute break he stretches all his joints so that their loose and he dosent get any torn or injured ligament even though it wouldnt matter cuase they'd heal with in the hour. when the stretching is done he goes to one corner of the park and runs the entire park from one corner to the next until he had touched each corner three times. when he's finished with that he stretchs some more and relaxes for fifteen minutes.

then he gets up and goes through all of his boxing techniques five times and once that's done he goes trough a little bit of the gymnastics he know then he goes into the park and takes off his new shirt and throws away those weird gloves he had. he bandages up his wrists and rebandages his anckles. then sits down and relaxes shirt less.

It is going very well*lifts a hand another chair is formed and another cup is brought out*don’t worry about its structure its tea nothing more and I didn’t take offence, you were working and I don’t interrupt work when I can avoid it.

once farsite leaves deigo get back up walks to the fountain andand down push ups right next to it she the spray of the water could help keep him cool after he does 316 as slow as possible push ups. he get on his hands and starts doing leg lifts upside down once all the blood rushes to his head. deigo jumps down and finds a tree near the fountain that had branches that looked sturdt enough to hold his weight he climbs up there and goes to sleep.

after a long while Deigo wakes up and hops out of the tree thirsty hungery and bored. he makes his way out of central park and into the city.

as they walk into the park deigo goes into the bushes and then another then pull out his black shirt covering the big scar across his back. he turns to her "not to sound like a wuss or anything but ive never eaten a demon. i dosent help that i have a girlfriend whose a demon." he shruggs and laughs to him self "that pisses off the elders sometimes."
