--Exiting the last car on the subway, Adele's eyes glanced around slowly. For her first ride on this underground train, it sure was an odd one. There was an odd smell and everything looked and felt unsanitary. A few people had grabbed at her and others attempted at pulling her hood off her head to expose her face. New York City, finally. Slender digits grasped either side of the open zipper at the front of her brown coat; she pulled it closer to her body. Lilac eyes danced from mortal to mortal; they sure where different here than back in Europe.
Her eyes came to rest of a woman standing still in the crowd. Not a mortal at all. As the small crowd dispersed, Adele headed for a bench just behind a pillar. She let her fingers trail over the fake wood where she was about to sit. Filthy. Eh, no matter. Adele pulled out a book from her pocket. Addresses and names were written on the pages. She was not sure where she was going to go next; where she would go for refuge from daylight. Damn being from "out of town". Her head turned to see if others were still lurking in the shadows or not.--

*jumps off a building into an alley and walks down into the subway. looks around the nearly empty station and finds a lonely soul on a bench waiting. quickly and efficiently she moves behind the person, clenches the neck with right hand and bites in on the other side of the neck.
she feels the blood run over her tongue and she drinks til there is no more left to drink. the pale body she leaves.
swiftly away she enters the shadows of the night so as not to be seen and goes back to the hideout.*

--Adele rose to her feet and glanced towards the stairs that exited the subway. Best to leave this dingy place before she feels that she's past the point of ever feeling clean again. Her book was slipped back into her coat pocket as she ambled towards the staircase, lilac hues watching those who remained here in the underground. Up the stairs she went, the heels of her boots clicking with each step. Soon the clicks faded off as she distanced from the subway.--

Running down the steps into the subway and making her way to the lockers within she crossed quickly to locker number 11.
Inserting a small silver key into the lock she opened the locker and removed the small package inside it. Feeling its weight and smiling she unravled the soft black fabric and removed a handful of the silver bullets from the box within, filling the barrel of her pistol. She then tied the package to her sword casing and locked the locker once more, venturing into the park for a moolit stroll.

He drops from the manhole cover and lands softly on the tracks. Echoes of the trains rang through the tunnel, lucky it was an off peak time.. Turning to the direction of the concrete, he closes his eyes and pictures the distance, before walking, counting his steps carefully. "Here.." he says to himself, placing his hands on his waist and looking upwards.

*She sighs as she fails to break her arms free and closes her eyes again, she felt too weak to do anything, not that she could do anything anyway.*

He looks upwards for a moment and sighs, realising that he really should have planned ahead and brought something to help him dig upwards.. He clenches his broken fists, cringing with the the slight pain that shoots through his arm. Crouching down, he breathes a few times, getting ready, then launches himself upwards and into the rooftop. This concrete was not as thick, and his beaten fists tear straight into it, cracking it and causing it to fall down on top of him, as well as some mud. He lands back down on the tracks with a thud, blood now seriously pouring from his hands, almost unable to move them. "One more" he growls loudly to himself, knowing that if he could just do that, he could simply sweep the mud from the hole and look around for Rikku.

*Her eyes widen as she feels the movement below."
"..What the..?"
*She mumbles. She closes her eyes and tries to sense who it is..*

He jumps upwards once more, tired now. Slamming his fists as hard as he can in this state into the already cracked concrete, he lets out a quiet gasp of pain as they make contact and falls to the floor helplessly - but this time with a load of concrete, mud, and dust on top of him. Amidst the pain he smiles, the hard part was over. He coughs as the dust lands on him, and moves about - getting the rubble off him to allow him to stand up. He stands on his toes and reaches inside the hole, pulling at the mud inside with the remaining strength in his hands. As it falls on him, his fingers scrape against a wooden box. "Rikku?!" he says loudly, coughing as more rubble falls, pulling a knife from his boot and scraping at the wooden box in an attempt to make a hole.

*She moves to the side, hearing the scraping underneath her. She smiles as she hears Kyrre's voice. She then looks around the coffin for ways in which she could help.*

Hearing shuffling from within, he smiles. She was still alive, maybe only just though. "Watch out for the knife.." he informs her as he pierces the wood in several places gently, pulling out a small square of the wood, then clinging onto the rest of it, he pulls it down and breaks a large gap in the box, again falling to the tracks with a thud. "Think you can make it out of that hole?" he asks from the floor, looking upwards.

*She closes her eyes as he pulls the wood away, light entered the box for the first time and it made her eyes sting. She shuffles towards the hole slowly, she thinks herself lucky to be a very small vampire, yet she wouldn't be able to lower herself down so she's just have to drop. She takes a deep breath before rolling to the side and falling through the gap.*

"Ouch.." he mutters as she lands on him. He brushes some more rubble and dust off himself, then begins to stand up. "You ok?" he asks, checking down the tunnels for signs of trains.

*She nods slowly and sits up. She was extremely pale from the lack of blood. She slowly pulls one of her hands free from the cable.*
"..Thanks.."
*She smiles slightly*
