She stood after he brushed her off and looked at him with a mixture of sympathy and annoyance now. "I am sure they are all very proud of you. You are NOT omnipotent. You are NOT clarvoyant. No one could have predicted any of this to happen. There is no way that one of your standing with responsibilities spanning half the globe, could also remain within inches of your children and your mate at the same time as doing all these other great things." she said, her voice sounding quite warm despite speaking so bluntly. "You are right, it is not fair, it is not right for anyone to intentionally take the life of a child. I am certain that where ever your children, your Clavi are in this moment, they know two things. You love them deeply. You would have died in their place had you been given the opprotunity. There is no greater honor to their memory than those facts."

* Ali slowly rose up to his feet and clenched his fists, starring down at the three sticks and toys. He would give his life for them, he would just to even have them live again. *It still doesn't take away the fact that they are dead and that I failed as a father, I accomplish such great things , Yes. But what ******** value do they have when my Wife must be devastated and my three biological children were all murdered because I was too busy with another "greatness" to be there when they needed me. My position and accomplishments are no excuses, I failed my kids and wife. It's amazing that she's even talking to me. No I couldn't have seen it happen on both occasions but I should at least be able to be there with them instead of working on improving countries and hanging out with you guys!

I have lost friends also, I wish it were not so but the simple fact is that no one can be responsible for something they had no knowledge of, no control over. It is not you." she said seriously to him, watching his actions carefully. "Ali .. even if you had been doing nothing at the time .. what is not to say that you too would have been defeated? Despite your strength and confidence .. the truth still remains that you too could fall."

At least then I could take that b*****d with me in the progress before he could harm them!* Ali's body seemed to tremble of pure rage, not Zivens fault though. Just the circumstances. His fingernails had by now began to dig themselves in through the skin on his palm, into the flesh. With a roar Ali leaned his upper body backwards and then brought his right fist down onto the ground. The impact causing a collision between a large shock wave and his pure anger, causing the ground around them to get shredded up and leaving them afterwards in a small crater.*

You could conjure up about 15 bottles of whiskey for me* Ali smiled slightly at her yet he has a serious tone. Ali drinks, but nobody ever asks "why does Ali drink?".*

Arching a brow, her expression still somber and questioning, she held out her hands. A moment later, a full bottle of whiskey appeared. She removed the stopper and took out her wand, tapping the rim of the glass a few times, putting the stopper back in, shaking the bottle, tapping it in a few other places, then putting the wand away and handing the bottle back to him. "It will refill when emptied for the next twelve hours." she said softly, with a sad sort of smile. She did not like the idea of him drinking himself to oblivion, but still .. if it was the least she could do to help him in the moment, she would.

* Ali smiled as he grabbed the bottle and began to drink, time to drown hos sorrow and grief. At least until he got sober again, which could take awhile after twelve straight hours of drinking.* You're a doll Ziven, want to join me?

"A doll?" she asked, tilting her head. She considered his question for a moment then bobbed her head, creating a glass of elven ale for herself. "I still prefer this to whiskey .. but I will join you." she said with a smile, taking a healthy drink from her own glass.

She smiled and bobbed her head now that she understood. "This .. street talk is very confusing. Using words that mean not what one has come to learn but something entirely different .. there is an entirely different way to dress, it is an entire new culture to me .. there is normally a great distance between one culture and the next. I am confused and intrigued. It is so interesting." she said cheerfully, taking another drink.

Yeah, It's different.* Ali looked over at her and chuckled somewhat, feeling somewhat better actually. At least for the moment.* Gotta love the way you said " What're you lookin at?" to Yawg though, That will be a classic moment.
