Kat followed Mom inside and then she looked at everything. How confusing. She snapped out of it when Mom spoke to her and she nodded. "I shall never tell another soul." she said, crossing her heart. There was an X the formed at first, but then it faded, this showed that Kat was now unable to tell anyone the recipe. She smiled and she looked at Damien with a bright smile. "I like cookies. They're like the only human food I can eat." she said, before turning back to Mom.

Mom then began making the cookies, asking for help, showing Kat how to make certain things and telling her to do certain tasks. The kitchen was a mess by the time that they were done, but Damien got it cleaned up quickly. Rina and Akimaru simply stared at the entire hectic mess as they simply let the small of warm cookies go through the room. Mom slowly set the cookies down in front of them as she let them cool, and they both quickly scooped up a cookie and dashed into the other room so no one could accuse them for it. They then bit into the cookies and quickly ate them. They trotted back into the room with satisfactory looks on their faces. "That was really good." Rina said to Kat as she then sat underneath the table. She slowly perked up at the slightest move from the window sill in the next house. It was a cat and it seemed to be mocking her. "You just wait." Rina muttered as it stuck out its tounge and squinted it's eyes. As she said that, she could hear the door open and close quickly. Then the light footsteps of Cameron as he made his way to the kitchen.

By the time they were done, Kat had dough and chocolate smudged all over her face, and she didn't bother to clean up. She looked like a cute little girl after making cookies. After the cookies were set to cool Kat seemed to dissapear into Cameron's room for a while. She was making something, and that something was extremely hard to make. After a while she came out, looking exhausted, and she stood weakly in the kitchen, holding a small royale blue colored box. No one could see the contents inside, except for Cameron. She tried her best to fix her hair but it didn't help much. She gave up when she heard his footsteps and she perked up, holding the box tightly. Her gaze went to the ground for a moment, and she suddenly felt that awful all over again. She took in a soft, deep breath and then she raised her gaze, not realizing that there were tears in her eyes she was so out of it. She bit her lower lip, hands shaking as she took in a soft breath and closed her eyes, a tear rolling down her cheek. The hot tears rolling down her cheeks were not detected because of the dough that covered her face. She took in another deep breath and she prepared herself to spill out apologies to him.

As he walked into the kitchen he stopped abruptly to see that everyone was waiting for him in there. He immediatley dropped his stuff and ran over to Kat. He gave her a rather large hug trying to make sure that he didn't hit what she was holding. "You did it Kat! You did it!" He seemed rather excited, and Damien just smiled at what seemed to be like old friends meeting after many years. Cameron then slowly backed off realizing he overreacted and mumbled, "You did good."

Kat was about to speak but before her lips even parted she noticed his arms were wrapped around her. She didn't know how to react really, and she stuttered, trying to talk to him. She looked at Damien at first but then she looked back at Cameron. "I...I...Um...Uh..I..." she syuttered, and then she took a breath and calmed down. "I made you something, here." she said holding out the box. Her gaze fell to the ground, "I'm really sorry for yelling at you, I shouldn't have been so rude to you. I didn't mean anything I said at all, and I'm really really really sorry. It's okay if you don't like me anymore." she said softly. She wiped some dough from her face quickly, along with a few unnoticed tears.

"I was never mad, I just overreacted since you didn't understand what I thought was the right judgement. I'm sorry for forcing my ideas on you, and I am glad you passed." He then looked down to the box and continued, "You made this all for me? Let's open it together." He then put half of it in her hands, and the other half was in his.

Kat nodded slightly and smiled weakly, knowing he wasn't mad. She looked down at the box and took a breath. She nodded slightly, "Yeah." she said, cringing for a moment. She took just a moment, and then with him, she opened up the box with him. It revealed a neatly trimmed golden pocket watch, engraved was Cameron's name. There was a soft pink crystal in the middle that was in the shape of a heart. There was a soft, white light glowing in the middle, that floated around and she held it out to him. The chain matched it nicely, and she gave a soft smile. She released the box when it was in his hands and took a step back. "I know it isn't much...But I put my heart and soul into it." she said softly.

"Not much? It's beautiful Kat!" He then let it run through his hands as the cold metal felt wonderful against his warm skin. He then let Damien walk slowly up to Kat and give her a small kiss and say, "You are truly a saint, and I don't see why you don't think so." Cameron then sat down to the table to see a warm batch of cookies and two of them gone. He slowly took one off and set it onto the plate and took a bit of this. "This is wonderful." He looked over to Mom, but she just shook her head and pointed to Kat. "It was made with love." Mom said before taking one herself and biting into it.

Kat gave a slight shrug of the shoulders and her gaze fell back down to the ground. She let her hands fall down to her sides and moved her hair out of her eyes before looking up again. "I guess it's okay. I could've done a better job with the design." she said, never really having much confidence in herself was not something new. Kat smiled, kissing Damien back softly, "Thanks.." she said softly, hugging him gently before she noticed something. She looked down at her shoulder and then she pulled away from Damien. As they all bit into cookies and enjoyed it, Kat slipped out of the room and she went into Cameron's. She sat down in the window, back turned to the door as she pulled down the sleeve of her dress, revealing quite a large hole in her chest. She looked at it and cringed, careful not to get any blood anywhere. She reached into her sock and pulled out a small needle, and some thread. She then began slowly, and painfully sowing the hole over where her heart was supposed to be.

Damien then slowly noticed Kat leave. He wanted vso badly to follow her, but Rina and AKimaru slowly winded their way in front of him. Damien simply shook his head and walked over them, but they were persistent. They went in front of him, tried to trip him and did everything they could to stop him as they felt that Kat wanted to be alone at the moment. Finally Damien let out a huff and said, "You dogs are crazy."

Kat heard Damien's footsteps and she sped up the process. She finished only moments later, though it wasn't the best sowing job, for she would rather rip it open later then be found out right now. She put the needle back into her sock, and pulled the sleeve back over the wound, covering it up again. She took in a breath, and stopped to look at herself in the mirror. She made sure the wound was not visable, no blood had stained her clothes, and she also made sure that her facial expressions no longer noticably showed pain. She smiled weakly at herself before she went over to the door, and turned the knob. She pulled the door open, and she looked up at Damien down the hall, as she headed towards him. She looked down at Akimaru and Rina and gave them a very thankful smile, nodding slightly, before wrapping her arms around Damien and pulling him into an embrace. "I love you..." she said softly, closing her eyes.

"I love you too." Damien said slowly as he snaked his hand into her shirt, feeling her stomach. "You're an obsession." He said slowly walking with her, pushing her against the wall still kissing her the best he could, making sure he was no longer visible from where Mom and Cameron were standing. "One I don't intend on breaking." He then slowly made his way down the hall, barely even realizing it. He soon bumped into Cameron's door. It was the room that Kat was also staying in, and he slowly pushed it open, letting her inside and closing it behind her.

Kat smiled slightly, but her bright smile was soon interrupted by his lips being pressed against her own. She felt the force of him pushing her against the wall. Her heart began to race, as she slowly lost all senses except for the fact that she loved Damien. She closed her eyes, allowing him to lead her to the room. Kat began to feel lust crawling into her mind, almost like a craving for a food that won't go away. She ran her slender hands up his slender back and as they entered the room she pulled him back gently by his shirt collar until she sat down on the bed. Her eyes glinted a soft pink color, as she pulled his lips back onto her own, she was losing all sense of control.

Their lips locked yet again as now instead of sitting on the bed he was laying down with Kat. He slowly drew her in close to him and let his arms wrap around her back. His tongue slowly dipping into her mouth, something gave a feeling that he had done this before. That or he was something else. He then let his hands slowly lift her shirt with his eyes still shut tightly in passion.

Kat's heart was racing, there was just something about being near Damien that made her so full of love and life. Kat had been in situations like this before, but never before had someone removed her shirt. Her lips tingled with the love within the kiss that was locked within their lips. She honestly didn't know what was getting into her. But whatever it was, only Damien caused her to feel it. Her cheeks burned with a hot pink color as she was blushing deeply, and her eyes fluttered open slightly, revealing the most vibrant, pink orbs. She wanted to spend the rest of her life with him, she wanted to make him happy. And if this was what he wanted, then so be it.
