Tomo rolled his eyes, "I'd say you're the brilliant actor. I'd be entertained if you weren't such an a** hole." He replied cooly. He sent small trickles of his healing magic into Ukaia's hand. It wasn't needed, but it was something familiar for her to dwell on.

Ukaia felt the healing magic and relaxed a tiney bit. it was nice to feel somethinf familiar

Tynan shook his head and lowered the bat, the door half walled off by now. "I'm sorry you feel that way, but I truly must insist you unhand my slave. I will not allow you to bring her back to that den of criminals," he said firmly, and then muttered. "I never should have sent her in there in the first place."

"Nobody there is a criminal"She whispered quietly to him. She nibbled her bottom lip. The chains were keeping her and Jake connected so to speak since it was on both of them now.
"They are not.." she added to herself. she jsut wanted to go hom
"An you left me in the room. i haven't had anything to drink.. or eat.. or.. had that pot cleaned" she said to him

Tomo began to walk backwards with the other two, "I wanna go home, too, Uka." He told her, then back at Tynan, "Criminals? Ouch." He said, beginning to notice his way out was closing off. "Put it this way. I'm not leaving without Ukaia. You can make this a short night and let us go. Or we waste a bunch of time exchanging threats and angry looks and I end up leaving with her, anyway."

Ukaia backed up obidently with them. Still cluching onto them both in fear. She didn't want to stay here, but her energy level was severly depleated. She didn't think she'd be walking all the way back to the muffin. She felt dizzy as it was.

Tynan shook his head. "You're right Tomokazu. There are two ways this night can end, but both of them involve Ukaia staying here where she belongs. One of them will let you and the child go home safely, but the other involves you at least beeing arrested by the guards for breaking and entering. How do you think your baby would handle a night in prison?"

*jake giggled it just came out and he clamped his free hand over his mouth but could not stop it* child...hehehehe....and besides that....Tomo did not break in I did....To get my sister. * he giggled and backed up with the other but could not help but be happy*

Ukaia's eyes widened
"You.. you can't.." she said to Tynan. She coudlnt' let them stay the night in Jail. not because of her.. but.. she didn't want to stay here either. She wanted to go back

"Depends on how long it takes them to try you for kidnapping." Tomo replied. "I have just as much paperwork on her freedom as you do of your so-called ownership." He said, standing up strait, "The only difference between my paperwork and your paperwork is that mine is real." He glanced back at Ukaia. "I talked to Kaia earlier today. Remember what this is?" He asked, her, pointing to his collar, "She gave one of her wishes to you. If everything checks out magically speaking, you can pick what you want to do right here and now."

"Be reasonable Tomokazu," Tynan said, tossing the bat aside now that the door was covered it would hold itself for a while. "I practically own this town by now. Even if what you said was true there's no way they would take your word over mine. Now come back to me Ukaia. I have some nice and new outfits for you to wear and things can go back to how they were meant to be," he said, holding out his hand, unfortunately his abilities only allowed him to surpress emotions, but by cutting off all of the negative emotions at once when he called to her by name it should create a percieved flux of all the positive emotions.
((Grah! *kicks Tynan for beeing so godamned difficult* I wanna go to bed!))
