Atticus followed Andrew inside and sat across from him. He didn't want to sit next to him to be awkward, but he didn't want to be rude and ignore him just because he thought the Little Guy might be staring at him a little bit...and THAT would be weird...
Atticus shook the thoughts from his mind and decided to start a conversation. "So...umm...What's for dinner?"

Faith walked in and headed for living room area and the couches, and curled her legs under as she sat down. She waited for everyone to settle, and then looked to Atticus. "Steak and Mashed Potatoes. Why are those demon puppets hunting you?"

"And who is this princess?" Lorne asked, indicating the young girl that had just walked into the kitchen. No one was introducing them, so he walked up and kissed the top of her hand.
"Hello. My name is Lorne. And yours is?"

Charmed, Dawn was sure but certainly no princess but she smiled at him anyway "I am Dawn" she said in a friendly manner, introducing herself to him. "its great to meet you" she said as she flicked her hair flirtasiously thinking that he looked fun

"Dawn. Reminds me of that old song..." he said, smiling as he started to hum it. "It's nice to meet you."
He began to prance around the kitchen cheerfully, trying to put smiles on everyone's faces. He began to sing.
"Delta Dawn, what's that flower you have on? Could if be a faded rose from days gone by? And did I hear you say...he was a'meetin' ya here today? To take you to his mansion in the sky..."

Dawn knew nothing about this guys name but she knew she was warming towards him. "I don't know the song" she said and giggled girlishly as she watched him prance around the kitchen. He seemed nice and genuine and thats what she liked. It had been awhile before she had really met someone genuine. She had enjoyed shopping with Andrew and had gotten to know him but she didn't think that he was on the same wavelength somehow.

"Who knows." Atticus mentioned to Faith, leaning his head back, trying to be as casual as he could. He knew exactly why there were after him...and he also knew that they weren't "demon puppets" anyway.
"I probably pissed off their boss or something. I've been doin' pretty good the past few nights." he mentioned, shrugging. "It's a living."

Faith could tell he wasn't saying something, and eyed him suspiciously. "If you don't know why their after you, then how are we supposed to help you? There must be something you know that would help us figure out who they are working for."

Atticus noticed Faith's attitude early on and looked up at her face. He tried to think of some kind of real excuse, but there was none. He just continued on with his old reason.
"Sorry, Kid. That's all I got." he mentioned, resting his elbow on his knees and rubbing his eyes. "That's the only reason I can think of someone being after me."

Faith arched an eyebrow, and shrugged. "Fine by me then. I'll see what we can do."
Faith stood up for a moment, and looked over at Andrew. "Andrew, I'm gonna go see how dinner's comin. Want to show Atticus where to sleep, and this time he's not allowed to sleep in Spike's room. Phoenix had a fit earlier because of him being in Spike's room."
Faith walked out of the room and headed to the kitchen or to go find Buffy.

Andrew nodded his Faith. He wasn't quite done with Atticus yet, though. "These guys didn't seem too strong. I mean, if word was getting around that you were killing them, then they'd send someone who could take you out. They had a kind of underling feel to them." he thought about it a bit. He sounded a bit redundant, after Faith saying almost the exact same thing, but he had to ask. "Are you sure you don't know anything more? Like, when did they start going after you?"

"What's with all the questions? If I knew...don't you think I would tell yall?" Atticus asked as he stood up. He was keeping in a frustrated and angry tone. He wanted them to believe him. He really didn't want to go deep into his past when they didn't need to know.
"How about you show me to a room, Little Guy?" he said with a smile. "That sounds pretty good right about now, eh?"

Buffy walked in the back door for a change. She had spent the afternoon in town, and since no one had given her a ride, she had walked in those stiletto boots that were obviously spawned from Payless's butthole. After seeing the travel agent, she busted out the credit card Giles had given to her for the emgergency fund, and bought a cute pair of black adidas running shoes. They didn't go with the feminine suede look, but like hell was she walking home in the shoes from Hades. Good news? Finally found decent priced tickets to Prague. Bad news? Good price equaled waiting a month, and taking 3 connecting flights, no one ways. And she had let that damned evil travel agent talk her into staying at a youth hostel. "I'm pampered. Darn it. The horrid Watcher's Council has corrupted me. Spoiled, I say." This she announced to the huge crowd in the kitchen. "Um, hey. Anyone able to explain all the new stuff going on? Cuz... guys... I'm having a blonde day." She tugged at her newly trimmed shoulder-length golden locks. "Oh... too late."
