The turtle can be used as a ninja weapon against the penguin.
Turtle goes into shell > Monkey grabs turtle > Turtle hurtled at Penguin > Quack quack quack

Anyway, turtles can do anything that they want to do! They just never have the motivation.

I remember my friend drew a picture of a very happy Blastoise (one of the pokemon in that picture above). What it said right next to it cracked me up, and it still does:
"That's hella Blastoise!"
So simple, yet... rofl
