Matthew followed the angel of death into the bright light. As he emerged on the other side, the angel was gone. There were bright shining white lights all around him. The lights seemed to be making a circle. He walked into the center of them. One by one the lights transformed into white hooded figures with a golden glow comming from beneath the hood.

One of the figures removed his hood to reveal a kind and sincere face. "Matthew John Levi. We are here today to offer you imortality. Matthew, do you know what a whitelighter is?" "Yes." He answered, but in a quiet hoarse voice. He was a bit aww struck. "Because of your good deeds throughout your life, we have decided to grant upon you the powers and position of whitelighter to the power of... To Nialla, Nots, Dancer, Amanda, and Ethan. This, of course, is all up to you. If you choose to accept, you must follow the rules set forth by the Elders."

Matt stared blankly at them for a second. "Well, I guess....Sure." He paused for a moment. "Will I still be a part of the power of five?"

"You will keep your two powers of telekinisis and conjuring, but we can not allow you to continue to be a part of the power of five."

"...Wait.......conjuring? My two powers are telekinisis and fire-starting." "We can not let you have a power that is linked to demons. And as to the power of conjuring...did you not know of that power? We sensed you use it to vanquish Feuko. Now, do you officialy accept out offer?"

He thought it through. It would be nice to go and help out as a whitelighter. He also yearned to be able to move on. He could sense the peace and bliss that he could enjoy. "Yes. I accept."

"It shall be done. After you become a whitelighter you will be filled with the knowledge of our rules. And because of your experience with fighting off demons, we bielive that you do not need to go through a training program. Just know this. You must remain stricktly non-violent. Are you ready? This will feal a bit...blissful." With that the Elder pushed him back and all the powers and knowedge flowed through him.

As his eyes opened he noticed he had orbed back down to the underworld. Right next to Amanda, who was unconcious. "Amanda...." He placed his hands over her head and healed her. "It's nice to see you again." He looked over at Dancer who was still crying over his body. "Hey Dancer...do you need anything healed?" He smiled.

Dancer jumped back. "What are you trying to d ogive me a heart attack. " she said as she hgged him. "Wait, did you ask me if I need anything healed. No." she said as it hit her. Matt was now a whitelighter. "You're a whitelighter now. The Elders gave you new powers, huh."

"HALF BREED!!??? What am I a dog? And yes I can heal. I can do everything a whitelighter can!" Dancer said.

"Sensing are we? ANd back to the tax thing are we?" Dancer said.

"Okay." Dancer said as she orbed to Nialla and Nots. She waited for Matt and Amanda to show up. She knew that Matt's first try at orbing would be a bit wobbly on the landing. It had happened to her excpet she fell and landed on her butt instead of her feet.

Matt orbed in gracefully behind them. "Hows THAT for orbing huh? Pretty good if i do say so myself." He paused and looked around."Wait......where's amanda?" He heard screaming comming from above him as a cloud of blue lights fell from above. The light formed into amanda before she hit the ground. "Oops. I am sooooo sorry. Are you ok? Here let me heal you."

Dancer went to Nialla and helaed her shoulder. "There. All better now." Dancer said. "Nice landing, but you forgot your other person. I passed that test easily my first time." she said turning to Matt.
