I smile and grab the metal from Kaze i slam it with my fist when she gets by me. I leave a massive dent in the metal. "next is strength training aswell as hand to hand training."

I smile. "Yes im quite serious about this." I smirk. "You can drop the metal now though. THe chunin exams are lapping at our heels this very moment so we will go streaight in to hand to hand and strength training." I stretch.

I smile and pull wire out of my pouch and i smile suddenly i dissappear in a blur and now your tied up in wire. "You see the reason i wanted to train you in speed is because you lack it highly." I smile and let the wire go. It unties her. "Now you see why If yoru fast you are golden. Although speed isnt everything strngth and the ability to sence and break a genjutsu are needed so we will fight hand to hand for a bit then you will study."
