Outside in the fresh air, Ankline quickly walked north twords the route that would lead her back to Jubilife. She stoped, and sat down underneith a tree, and put on her best smile before letting the piplup free from it's ball. A light red light appeared from the poke'ball as the Piplup's form took place. It was a cute looking poke'mon with whisker like hairs on the top of ti's head. The light dissapeared, and the blue coloured wonder stood gawking at it's knew master. "Pip?" It asked questionably not sure on what was going on. "Hi, My name is Anklina... I'm your trainer now. Isn't this exsiting? " Anklina asked her forever companion. It looked up and shy peeped back another question. "Pip, piplup?" Anklina smiled, she knew just how it felt, she'd been torn away form her home also, the place she'd known since her birth. She reached over, and picked up the Piplup settling it on her lap. "Don't worrie, Pinnka. Everything will be okay." Those words said, the piplup stoped it's shivvering slightly, and rested itself in the grove of it's new masters arm, it already felt the comfurt from her.

After only a few minutes, Anklina woke up the napping Piplup, and placed the poke'mon in her arms after pulling the stuffedup backpack over her shoulder. Letting Pinnka hold onto her own poke'ball, Anklina started walking out the rest of the way twords the route between Sandgem and Jubilife. It was nearly evening and Anklina wanted to be in town before the sun was completly gone. As she left the small village she was waved at by the village guard, Anklina turned her head pretending she hadn't noticed, she didn't want to be assosiated with people that could recognize her. Her Piplup did the same, this caught Anklina's attention. Her freind was just as shy as her when it came to knew people. She smiled at this, pulling Pinnka into a closer hug. The Piplup looked up, and chirped something of nothingness, then went back to playing with her poke'ball.

Moments later and Sandgem was still in sight, Anklina wasn't making good time stuck in a daydream, her Piplup still carelessly playing with her poke'ball. Anklina turned down the path that started the actual route, when a a cry came from her arms. Her piplup was struggling to get free, and anklina didn't know why until she saw the red, and white ball folling down the hill twords a small pond. "Oh, no!" Anklina shouted, gently droping pinnka to run after the poke'ball. She dove in after it grabing the round object just before it landed in the water. Pulling herself up she gave her own little cry. Her clothes were really muddy. Crying silently to herself she didn't noticed Pinnka come up and place her flippers on her knees. Looking up slightly she saw the piplup was nearly in tears itself. She sniffled, but mannaged a smile. "It's okay, we'll just return to Sandgem, and use the clothes washer at the poke'center. I'm sure the Nurse Joy wouldn't mind." Pinnka smiled, taking her poke'ball back. Anklina picked up the poke'mon and started walked back twords Sandgem.... There travels were going to be delayed only a day. On the bright side this gave anklina oppratune time to catch another poke'mon.

Back in Jubilife she kept Pinnka over the muddy spot to not draw attention to her icky looking blouse, she didn't much care about her fishnet stocking, she always carried extra just incase the current ones she was wearing got to ripped up. Turning sharply on her heal west, she hurryed ino the poke'center. Nurse Joy greeted Anklina at the counter with a kind smile. "What can I do for you, dear?" She asked softly. Her Blissey happly helping at her side.
"Umm....I sorta got all muddy, could I ask to wash my clothes, and take up a room tonight?" She asked shyly in reply. The nurse's smile never left her face as she nodded.
"Sure thing, is your poke'mon in need of healing?" She quickly asked. Anklina shook her head, she'd not even gotten into a single battle yet. The nurse turned to blissey, and told the pink poke'mon to mend the counter. Nurse Joy then lead Anklina to the bathroom, and anklina handed the nurse her clothes, and started a bath. Piplup joined in even if she wasn't muddy. When her bath was done she didn't know of the time but she pulled on her nightgown, and went to the room Nurse Joy had told her just where to go. Laying her head down on the pillow of one of the bunks she quickly fell asleep. Pinnka at her side.

Anklina woke rather tired, but awake enough to wake Pinnka up. The light was still on, so Anklina didn't bother looking outside to see just what time it was... She guessed it was about maybe ten or eleven. She'd come to the center at around three. yawning lightly she rose from her bed, and noted her clothes folded neatly on the seat beside her. Getting dressed, she smiled smelling the fabric softener on her scarf. Pinnka, holding onto her poke'ball came to the edge of the bed, and yawned tiredly. "I want to go see what Sandgem looks like at night, around the sea border." Anklina exclaimed to the tired poke'mon. The Piplup yanwed again, but didn't resist when Anklina picked her up. Leaving the center, she saw the Blissey mending the counter incase some late-night cases came in. walking up to the counter she caught the eye of the Blissey. It looked tired, but conserned that Anklina was up. "Don't worrie, i'm only going to look at the sea, i'll return later." The blissey lossened abit knowing there were guards all over the town at night, Professor Rowan's lab being her and all. Saying a quick 'see ya later' to the poke'mon she left the center, and quickly found a way to the beach. The sound of the waves hitting the shore were splended. Anklina had only stoped in the professor's lab before doing any sightseeing, this was spectacular. She couldn't wait to see it in the morning.

Sitting by the waters edge, Anklina had taken her boots off to hold them in the water. She sat on her waterproofed backpack to keep her skirt from getting wet. Looking oiut to the sea was so peacfull until someone from not to far away called twords her, she knew he was called twords her because she was the only one there. Turning her head she saw it was a guard. He was coming at her full force. Anklina got up quickly, her Pinnko hide behind her feet. The guard stoped some ways away holding up his lanturn. "You... You're the one that I saw leave earlier. When did you come back? And why are you out here at this time?" He called out in a flurry of quiestions. Anklna didn't want to disturb the people around her that were sleeping, she raised a finger to shush the guard.
"I came back because I slipped in some mud. I'm only out here looking at the sea, I like to think in the dark." She lied halfly. The guard however stupid his expression was nodded.
"Just don't cause trouble. I'm watching you." He stated, then walked away. Anklina was in peace once again. She went back to sitting on her backpack, and looking out to the sea. Pinnka went back to splashing in the water.

Second went by, when Anklina looked up hearing something in the distance. It was something russling in the brush beside her. She ignored it at first thinking it was the guard adjusting himself to keep a better eye on the beach area, but then a small cry came from from it she knew it wasn't a human. It was her fist poke'mon! "Pinnka come here..." Anklina asked gently, the Piplup looked up from it's hole, and came to join at Anklina's side. "Our first battle." She stated. The Piplup didn't look determined, but she did look ready to attack on Anklina's command.

A wild Zubat appeared before Anklina!

Suddenly a Xubat burst from the brush of the tree, flapping it's wings rapidly as it did, it screeched again using it's echolocator to see if anything was around it. It turned in the direction of Anklina, and Pinnka. "Zu! Zubat!" It called out, Then a sudden leech life came from it's mouth going straight twords Piplup. Anklina growled in her throat.
"Pinnka, use growl to weaken the attack!" Anklina replyed. Pinnka opened it's beak to attack, but was to slow, and took the attack as is, however he looked up and sent the growl attack at the zubat hitting it also. This only angered the poke'mon even more. he flapped angerly, getting ready to send another attack.

After a few mintues of gathering her things, Anklina moved further down the beach away from the forest, and resat herself to watch the beach waters travel back and forth, making the reflection of the moon jump. It was just so calming, but it had to come to an end. The moon was almost gone, and the sun was creeping up over the horizen. Anklina knew she'd need some sleep if she was off to Jubilife later that day. Gathering her stuff again, she called Piplup over, and picked the rather sandy poke'mon up. It was back to the poke'center.

The town was still dead as she walked back to the center, looked into windows only to see the darkness reflected back at her. This early in the morning the air was crisp, moist, and pleasent. Anklina reached the center rather reluctant to go inside. However her eye weren't going for that. She eventually found it in her to return to her room. slipping into bed fully dressed she fell asleep, Pinnka at her side, sleeping like Anklina.

It was about mid-day when Anklina finally awoke, and scrambled to get everything ready. A tray of food had been set out, and Anklina at some of it quickly. She was rather sluggish actually, her bites short but spaced out. when she was finished she slung her backpack over her shoulder, and picked Pinnka up. Pinnka held firm to her poke'ball making sure not to lose it again. After all that Anklina finally found herself saying thankyou, and good-bye to Nurse Joy. With that she left the center, and was on her way again to Jubilife.
