Cocking her head to one side, a look of puzzlement spread across the spotted leopard's face. Uh.. this cub was weird. What was he laughing at? Kasida stared at him silently for a few moments before questioning him. "My name's Kasida, what's yours?"

Still heaving with laughter, the young leopard attempted to gain some control on himself, nodding formally.
"I'm Kitambi, adventurer extraordinaire! I will be someday, at least."
Yes, this was true. Already he had plotted how to steal the crown of the lion as king of the jungle, though he rather wondered how to find two impala herds in the jungle, the hooved creatures generally resided in the huge grazing areas. But he would succeed!

Adventurer extraordinaire? Well, that sounded interesting, to say the least. Kasida stared at her new companion.. He seemed to be trustworthy, he was a leopard after all. "Can I tag along with you when you go on adventure?" Her tail swayed back in forth in a form of excitement. She had never been on an adventure before!

Laio grinned to herself happily, licking the red stains that adorned her muzzle. Okay, so a few mouthfuls of rotting eland wasn't a good meal, but it was the best she had had in days... as they retreated into the shade away from the vultures, the cheetah glanced sideways at the tree-cat who had managed to donate the meal.
"I am in your debt, Mizaku tree-cat," she said, dipping her muzzle close to the ground in a gesture of submission, wondering how he would take it, this cub who only yesterday had threatened her life.

::Hodari glanced from tree to tree, tail flicking behind him as he walked. Which tree... which tree.... This was so hopeless! He'd never find it!::
The grey cub flopped down, clawing the ground, a tad upset. How could he get lost again?! It just wasn't funny...:: "Mizaku?!" ::The little lion cub called, standing back up to start searching once more. If he called.. perhaps he'd run into him sooner or later....::
(( X-x ragh. school, school, school....... *shoves books away* ))

Mizaku nodded at Laio, smiling a bit and jumping up into a tree. He glanced around, trying to spot Hodari. Where had he gone? Mizaku made a sort of growling call to see if Hodari was near-by to answer. He moved through some bsuhes, checking around for any silver-ish lion cubs. He thought that being in a tree would give him a better look, so he started up the trunk of one. Reaching a branch, he crawled to the edge and looked out over it.
"...Hodaaaaariiiiiiiii?" he said rather loudly.

::Hodari's ears twitched at the sound of his name. Had he heard him?!:: "Mizaku! Mizaku! Keep talking! I can hear you!" ::The little lion cub bellowed as he started running, small paws bouncing off of the ground as he searched for the leopard.::
::He yelped as he tripped over his paws, red eyes growing wide as he tumbled and rolled into a tree. A slight pain made it's way into his head as he sat up again, shaking bits of leaves from bushes off of him. Darn trees!::

Mizaku listened carefully, and then noticed a cub bump into the tree next to him. He jumped to a closer branch and smiled down at Hodari.
"Hey, Hodari? Are 'ya bored? I was thinkin' of huntin' today? What d'ya think?" the leopard preposed, climbing down from the tree and padding over to his friend. Mizaku glanced through the bushes, wondering if there would be anything to catch anyway. But he was sure they'd find something....eventually.

"Huntin' huh?" ::Hodari asked, still rubbing his head. owww.. It hurt so bad!:: "I guess so. What're we gonna hunt for?" ::The kitten straightened himself up, brushing things off of him.::
::He shivered a little, shaking a little before prancing in a circle.::

* yawning again milia finds herself awakening beside her mother. Feeling her mothers warmth as she rises she nuzzles against her moms stomack. Seeings the rest of the heard was asleep she nudges away to find herself being looked over."and where are you going so early young lady?". ears flattened against her head slightl milia jumps." ma..mom!?"*

"Sure you can! But not if you're really girly and don't want your paws dirty. I'm going to go to the edge of the world and spit off the side, fly over the highest mountains, and swim with mermaids! Someday, at least. When I'm big and strong I'm going to fight dragons, and rescue princesses for rewards of glittering jewels. Yup, I'm gonna be the most famous adventurer ever!"
