Baku disliked this. He knew it all too well though. The ground and water continued to freeze over even though there seemed to be darkness all around them. He did not have enough to dispel it, however, he bit down on his bottom lip, blood trickling down his chin as the darkness around him began to lift, although slowly. With the hand sign of the tiger, large spikes of ice began to shoot forth from the ground in all directions from Baku, using him as the epicenter. Shards of razor sharp ice as well as the spikes of ice would collide with both Orochimaru and Kabuto, but his intended target was Orochimaru.

Kabuto performs hand seals "Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu" his body becomes absorbed into the ground the freezing jutsu not yet reaching the ground beneath him. Once underground he maneuvers himself away from the destructive ice and retains a new hiding spot to the far left of the field on Orchimarus side still keeping his presence hidden.

(( pain isn't about to knock you out of it my friend. Your mind isn't trapped, just your senses. Even your sense of hearing is distorted, you can only rely on touch. Kind of a pity that cold numbs you))
Interesting. This was the first time that he had actually seen ice style techniques. That was something he was going to have to look into later, jutsu that could create weaponry from the water in the air, that was to be admired, however...
A swift array of handsigns was preformed. Best to not be struck by those frozen blades. "Doton. Doryuu Heki" The ground itself shook as the massive barrier erected itself. A wall of clay to shield from the ice, and from above the Sannin looked down, watching.

. o O ( It does not knock him out of it completely or right away, just slowly dissolves it and over time it will stop affecting him. But it is the brain that controls the senses, and by making the brain focus on the pain then the senses will be lifted to their normal state, it just takes time. And how did Kabuto's stats become like that? I mean, that's nearly Sannin or Akatsuki level. Or even Seraphim almost. )
Baku felt the wall of earth rising and could tell which direction it was coming from. "Baku Suishouha." Expelling from his gullet was a large amount of water in which he began to rise up to equal height of the wall. With the tallest wave, he unsheathed his Water Shed and the wave came crashing towards the wall. He was starting to get his senses back. The wall was starting to freeze over and Baku knew that. "Daitouppa!" With a large bullet of wind flying into the now freezing wall, the impact would cause the wall to crack and lose strength, ultimately crashing down.

(( Sure. We all saw the battle with the third hokage. If getting punched a couple of times isn't enough to knock you out of it then I'm sure biting your lip isn't going to do much ))
He wasn't shooting blindly anymore that was for sure. Orochimaru lept from his perched flipping in the air over the battle field. It was for an instant of concentration that he needed. "Kusanagi no Tsurugi • Kuu no Tachi."
The sword pulled itself from the ground and with an unearthly light emminating from it's blade sped in a mighty sweep towards Baku's neck. That done he began a new string of handsigns.

. o O ( Yeah but if you recall, it needs concentration and with all the running around Orochimaru is doing, then it won't last for long. )
Baku could feel the chakra pulsating towards him and with a quick decisive movement, he slashed his blade into the flat side of the kusanagi, sending it flying up into the air. Using the ice from the frozen waves of water, hundreds upon hundreds of ice spikes shot off everywhere, most heading Orochimaru's direction. Baku performed more hand signs. "Reitou Chi." Both Kabuto and Orochimaru would soon begin to feel that their blood was starting to run cold, but as well as inside the CCS. Bake landed on the ground below the statue of Uchiha Madara, listening and waiting.

(( I'm not running. I'm soaring majestically through the air in a long jump. There is a difference you know. ))
Orochimaru could feel the cold slowly seeping into him. Interesting indeed. The ice was being created by a fusion of wind and water. Might as well try and tip the scales on the balance. "Fuuton. Dai Kamaitatchi no Jutsu." The blast of winds he issued slowed his descent as it collided with the ice spikes, blades of wind breaking them into shards and pushing them. Use it against him, his jutsu was amplified with the cutting edge of a blizzard, moving the chilling air only a little. As he landed he stared at the statue that was being sliced by air and ice and held up one hand to focus. 'Take his head...'
Effortlessly against the wind the Kusanagi spun aimed for it's target.

hmm attacking the body of a medical ninja not wise Baku-san not wise at all his body starts to pump more blood increasing the blood flow starting to warm his body back to it's normal temperature.

Baku could see the kusangai heading for him. The sword was more trouble than it was worth. However, it was not without flaw. Baku performed several hand signs and thrusts his hands forth, a giant wall of water appearing before him. "Suishouha!" It blew back the kusanagi as well as stopping any wind that might becoming his way. The water began to freeze over as well, much to Baku's advantage. With another hand sign, the giant wall of water broke into thousands of clearly cut discs of ice each with a razor sharp edge. They all began to rotate and fly towards Orochimaru, each spinning in a different direction but all ultimately towards him. Even though Kabuto was trying to increase his blood flow, he would feel ice crystals forming and dissolving in his blood. Orochimaru would feel the same. But for Orochimaru, the ice crystals would continue to chill his blood since he was busy attacking. They would also begin to feel their chakra flow beginning to diminish, and large amounts of pain where each chakra gate was located. For Kabuto since he was melting the ice, his body's water content would begin to rise and through the reaction of osmosis, his body would try to equal the pressure of the water inside and outside his body, which would ultimately end up in his body solidifying in acids and rotting from the inside out, like a slug when it comes into contact with salt.

looks like I actually after to try now Kabuto sighs and performs hand signs chikara no jutsu. Chakra flows through out his body the ice instantly melting and unable to form within him now that his body has gone through the jutsu change. Once the body alteration was completed Kabuto began to Barf up any extra water returning his body to it's normal level.
((lol Haku stop attacking me im just here to watch 4laugh ))

(( It must be taking a massive amount of chakra to continue to force the atmosphere down to levels that can infect the human body, Ice crystals forming in blood is virtually impossible even in the coldest locations because of the circulation it doesn't allow for water to freeze, additionally what would be freezing is the water within the body since there is no way that more water could enter the body and then freeze. That's just plain silly. ))
Orochimaru could feel his body beginning to freeze and that was the most pressing issue. The only thing that could be done was to increase the circulation of his chakra to force away Baku's plied with the cold. As he began to surge with energy he looked at the discs headed towards him. How delicate they looked, this was going to be fun.
His reactions were swift. Kusanagi swung back into his grip from when it was reflected and he made his spinning attacks as they came. Nearly all of the discs were shattered by the blade, though enough got through to remove both of his legs, his left arm, and a portion of his side. "Mmmm... Such exquisite pain. It makes me want to give some back...." As he fell to the ground he coughed and spit. A full sized version of himself sprang from his throat and shot like a gigantic serpent towards his target. Smiling he extended his left arm and a swarm of twenty dark serpents came from his sleeve with jaws open to bite into Baku. An insane glint was in his eyes as he motioned for his sword.

. o O ( It does take a massive amount of chakra to do this, but the way I made the jutsu is so I can pay the cost in full so I don't have to continually worry about subtracting chakra each post. I hate doing that. It annoys me. And it is true that even in some of the coldest places that it is hard for ice crystals to form in the bloodstream, but it is not impossible. Actually there is a way for more water to enter the body, which is over-hydration. You can literally drown your cells if you drink too much water, and since you are breathing in crystallized water (snow and ice) then it is combined with the oxygen that flows into your blood and therefore due to circulation it melts and increases the amount of water inside your body which would ultimately drown your cells. Besides, the magic of chakra gives us a little bit of leeway in terms of defining how our jutsu work. If this were the real world and chakra was not present, then we would not be having this conversation. Also, Kabuto, I am not really attacking you, you just happen to be in the way. Also, you have to worry about the ice forming inside the CCS. Since there is nothing to warm it up, it is freezing and will soon claim the chakra gates and close up. )
"Ah. This jutsu." Baku grinned at how Orochimaru was attacking. Upfront. With another hand sign the ice from the ground around him and the shards from the razor discs gathered around him and plated to his body. In the same instance, they shattered into hundreds of pieces and flew at the snakes around his arm, cutting them to pieces. And with this, Baku charged forth at Orochimaru, seeming to fly across the water, Watershed in hand.
