My marching band's show is "Pictures at an Exhibition" which contains: - Promenade and Babi Yaga - Old Castle and Battle of the Unhatched Chicks - Dispute de Enfants and The Great Gate of Kiev
All of the songs sound really cool! Our second song has a drum break in it, and we have like 3 different solos for the songs. The 1st solo is actually sort of a trumpet duet. 2nd is a Trombone solo. 3rd is a mellophone solo.
And tomorrow I have a 14 hour practice to go to. It's going to be great! xd

We're doing a show called, "Blues in the Night." Well, it's actually more like half of "Blues in the Night," because Mr. Joe still hasn't taken the initiative to bring us up to par after the Katrina disturbance. sweatdrop So far we're playing:
"Blues in the Night" "Night Train" "The Thrill is Gone" - (includes drumline, solo singer, and solo guitar) "Harlem Nocturne"

Ours is The Phantom of the Opera. Of course with our poor as hell school system, we just had to get the classic. And Last year was The Wizard of Oz. How lame is that?!?!?!
Weve got only 3 songs but well manage: "Phantom of the Opera" "Masquerade" "Think of Me"

Our show is Phantom of the Opera. Our BD arranged the music himself. It's actually quite nice. We (the drum majors) wear purple (our school color) dresses that go with the Phantom theme. It's quite nice.
OMG Frost9909 I just read your post! That is awesome. May I ask what school you attend?

We're doing a seasons show. Songs are: Ride (Summer) October (fall) Endurence (winter) Fantasia in G (spring)
Our arrangment of Fantasia in G is actually in B flat and F, but that's besides the point.

Ours is called Guitar FX. We have an awesome guitarist as the star of the show (who is a senior French horn player). It used to be called "Chaos Theory", but they changed it for reasons not told to us. Our props are large wooden boxes shaped like pedals that are painted, have cans as dials, and have random pedal words on them.... that the guard steps and/or dances on for random parts. The music is split into three segments, so it's not short like it may seem with only one song.

We're doing "The Beavercreek Band and Color Guard Presents The Beatles: The Abbey Road Tour '05". Yea, I copied it off of the t-shirt, but who cares, it's awesome!
In First Segment, we do, in this order: Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band A Day in the Life Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band (Repise) She's Leaving Home
Then in Second Segment, we do a "Beavercreeked" version of Fixing a Hole, it's all Latinized, like a somba, it's sweet.
Finally in Third Segment, we do: Golden Slumbers Carry That Weight The End
It's really cool <.<; I love it.

Ours is Quest! It's 'based off of' Final Fantasy. But not really. It has nothing to do with video games but the writer ripped off One Winged Angel and Liberi Fatali. Movements include:
The Arrival: Medium Tempo The Mystery: Slooooow The Journey Home: Can you say 54 measure drumbreak? Heck yeah!
