Takara bit down upon her lower lip as she watched him, she could see the pain he was going through, "Damian,....I dont care,.... don't you know that the only thing that matters to me is you. You've been there for me when I needed help, please don't turn away from me now." she softly said as she watched him.

One of Renubiss' beams headed for the statue made of opal. With the two people beside it they were helpless.

((As I wrote before it has a barrier around it, protecting it from any ill intent, it is impossible to destroy it for it will know that thoseare your intentions and it won't let you near it))
As the beam went towards it Damian narrowed his eyes and he looked to it as he stood there, the barrier around the statue went for about three meters out and he pulled Takara inside. The beam hit the barrier and caused it to light up as it absorbed the energy and it fired it back with double the strength towards Renubiss.

Takara was about to say something but she felt herself being pulled close to Damian as the barrier was surrounding them both, "Damian,....what's going on?" she whispered softly as she watched the beam that came towards the statue and them bounce off and headed towards Renubiss. Clinging close to his arm, she wondered if he had completely lost his power's but was still connected to this statue and to the power's within. For why would it protect them, especially if they were just humans.
She continued to look around within the barrier and thats when she noticed that Runa was a few yards away from where she was before, "Runa, I thought you had left....please protect yourself that creature is out to get us no matter what." she said softly within her mind hoping that somehow Runa could hear her.
Shaking her head as she watched this creature, destroying things within this area. "For what power, to rule Nippon? Doesn't it know that no matter what the gods won't allow it to happen, that if anything they will give us power to destroy it." she thought to herself. She then looked directly at Damian's face, she could see the anger within his eyes, "Damian, we're going to be alright, right?" she asked softly as she gently rubbed his upper arm.

When the question rang into his ears he almost laughed and he shook his head. "I wouldn't know...I have nothing to offer for protection anymore. I can't help. The only reason we are alive isbecause the statue is protecting itself." He stated with a smirk. "It doesn't care about us...the barrier is for it's ownself preservation....the barrier will be there forever, guarding it from any wrong intention." He stated with a nod as he sighed and he looked around, shaking his head.

Takara listened carefully to what he was saying, but stood there shaking her head, "Then what are we going to do, just stay here for now? Damian, you need to snap out of this denial you are in, you can do something. You are very strong and highly skilled...it wasn't only the power that you had but the knowledge as well that is within you, please, dont give up on life...on us." she said softly as she stood there leaning against his shoulder.

out of the darkest shadows came a figure of light. a man of pure heart. It was azrael reaper, the mighty samurai of the people. He carried a wooden sword which had seen many an honorable battle and had defeated many an evil foe. The good essence of the wooden blade was easily sensed by the statue and the barrier around it became much stronger. Azrael ran at the terrible beast and swung his blade at the dark dragon. The people the dragon attacked saw him and were very surprised, for they had not seen him for some time. Azrael had been gone off training deep within the swamplands for quite sometime and was now greater than ever.

Taking up Azreal's lead, Seshiro charges at the dragon. About 20 yards before the dragon Seshiro stomped his foot on the ground and launched a chunk of earth at the dragon and then leaped up following the chunk of earth, slashing at the dragon multiple times with his dragon blade only to be blocked by the dragon's barrier. "OK you wanna play that way, eh?" Seshiro flies back to Parth, "Parth, do you think that a sealing spell would seal the dragon's powers long enough to kill it or banish it?"

Renubiss ducked under the beam and saw the ones behind the barrier and the ones attacking."Fools. I control the gods with Faerors power! Thundra!" The mighty god of lightning entered the scene once again."Thundra do my bidding and help me destroy those who oppose me!" They both started with beams of fire and electric plasma firng in evey direction.

((Err....Comorant...the statue here contains all the pure forms of the elements and HE IS the god of all of them....so technically saying you control the GOD of thunder...is wrong. lol))
Damian shook his head. "You don't understand Takara...you never can until you become a god and sacrifice it all. I have said a saying: (me actually and am proud of this philosophical bit) If You Judge Something Before You've Gotten To Know It, Then You Know Not What You Judge.." He said with a sigh. "You see...you cant judge this until you have ever experianced it, which you may never have the opportunity to. Which is good. But trust me Takara...I am not much at all without him." He said, pointing to the statue and leaving the barriers area.

Takara stood there within the barrier watching Damian walking away. She sighed deeply and shooked her head for she was completely lost about everything. Here's a guy she's wants to be with yet he's feel so empty because he gave his power's up for what? Closing her eyes, she took a step out of the barrier itself and then looked around, trying with all her might to fight back the feeling that was within her soul. Seeing Runa not far from her, she quickly ran to her and said, "Take us away from here....before its too late." she then looked back at Damian with his back towards her, "Damian...please don't give up, I'll be waiting for you...come find me." she softly said.
