Seth's vision goes white then blured as he repeatedly blinks his pale eyelids "damn it child!" His tentacles were uneffected by the light however already being drawn to Talia's life force. They latch on and wrap around her the tips latch on to begin drawing life when Seth is ready.

As the tentacles wrap around her, Talia pushes the sword into Laurel's hands.

As Laurel accepts the sword from the strange woman, she is shocked to feel... "Mommy?" she whispers, feeling her mother's presence fill her mind, bringing feelings of love and concern. After a few moments of hurried catching-up, Laurel walks over toward Seth, carrying the sword.
"Daddy," she says, "Mommy wants to talk to you."

"What are you talking about?" Looks at his daughter a little confused then come to understand "The sword thats right it she it must have been with her when she died..." He says in a whisper "Then we will talk."

As he takes the hilt in his hands, he can feel Larrisa's mind touching his. Seth? My god, what's happened to you?

Whats happened to me? I'm... well I'm dead... how did you get trapped in the sword? I thought I warned you about this side effect. Seth stares blankly down at the sword.

No...I don't think you did... Well, anyway - what happened was...I got shot. I was helping Blitz, back when he was...demonstrating (rebelling)against the anti-super laws. Laurel was with me...someone starting shooting...I felt a pain in my side...and the next thing I knew Talia over there was picking me up and I was a sword. Laurel was nowhere to be found and we've been looking for her...until now. Now I've found both of you.

You haven't found me for long, I'll be disappearing again soon. Seth just remember the deadly position he has Talia in and decides its best to release the woman the tendrils dissipate around her. I have alot of buisness to take care of but don't worry I'll be keeping an eye on Laurel to make sure she stays safe.

Loki after following Seth here and watching him that its best to strike while Seth is distracted at the moment. He leaps off of a book case while his armor materializes around himself his left clawed gauntlet leading the attack with the other pulled back to slash. "Stay dead this time father"

"Daddy! Look out!" Laurel throw up a shield spell - a shimmering curtain of light - between Loki and Seth.

Seth looks back too see Loki coming in and brings the sword to defend as the light sheild comes into place.

Loki smiles under his mask as his lead hand crackles with unholy lightining and breaks throught the Laurels sheild He soars in close to seth and strikes with his other hand slashing then spining around and kicking with his heel before he lands and speed around both seth and Laurel this time thrusting both his electrified claws to Laurels back.

Seth knocks away Lokis strike while going into a spin and bringing the sword backhanded to Lokis exposed ribs only to hit nothing but air as the other demon speed away for his second attack.

The Shadow Cloak flares out around Laurel, blocking Loki's attack and hiding her movements from him - so the boot to the head should come as something of a surprise.

Loki backs up a step from his blocked attack and sees the boot comming right at him a little to late and stumbles backwards after being kicked in the face.

Seth follows up laurels attack by leaping over the girl and dropping down upon Loki with a downward held blade encased by demonic energies.
