Useually she was hyper and happy, its amazing what lack of sleep can do to you. Purin looked up at her sleeping trainer and got annoyed. She jumped up on her lap and bit down on her hand. "Ow ok I'm awake" Ichigo said petting Purin.

"Purin, lets try a growl attack." Ichigo said now wide awake punching her fist in the air excited. Purin just stared at her for a few minutes before letting out what sounded more like a chirp then a growl. "Well have to work on that.." Ichigo said bending down into a crouching position

Leg stretches are always good!" Ichigo said sitting down, bending forward to her toe as much as she could. Purin continued to stare at her. "Um ok how about some push ups!" Ichigo said still oblivious to the fact Purin wasn't paying attention what she was doing. Ichigo managed to do 8 push-ups before falling asleep once again on the ground. (Bah long post.!)

"Nya!" Ichigo yelped before jumping to her feet, only to fall back on her butt. "Well I don't think you have to work on your tackle." Ichigo muttered rubbing her back. "That's gonna leave a mark" she said smiling.
