Lady Blodwynn Plastics are in the works according to reliable sources and these are being done by Jes himself. The Blood Angels went through the same hoops really, they got a WD codex to test the waters and from the info gathered GW set the wheels in motion and created a new codex for them. For all we know they could be working on the codex right now based off the sales of both White Dwarf copies and recent Battle Sister sales. :: nod nod :: ^_^ I know that just after my birthday, I picked up September's WD, and then proceeded to buy a bunch of DCAs, Crusaders, Jacobus, and an Exorcist - all of which are waiting for me at home, well, except Jacobus, since he was on backorder. I may also get more Sisters stuff, like Sisters with meltaguns and/or flamers, and maybe another Exorcist. I've already got a large portion of what I need for my army, and if I played competitively, I'd probably get some more Immolator Kits to make SoB rhinos out of - of course leaving the cupola unglued so I could switch em out for Immolators if I saw the need.

From what I've been told the boxed set will be along the same vein as the Blood Angels Death Company boxed set, which is part unit kit, part upgrade kit. The Sisters boxed set will contain the parts to build all available squad options including Celestians, Seraphim, Retributors and any other squad types they might invent.

YAAAAAAAAY! : D And it'll probably be like 40-45 bucks for 5 Sisters, in the same vein as the GK kits. So they'll be less expensive than they (SoB) are now, but only slightly. I say this in the hopes that GW proves me wrong and makes a 10-woman kit for 40-50 dollars.

I haven't read the new Sisters WD codex yet but from what I've heard I have mixed feelings. The idea of rolling to use faith points just seems unfaithful but perhaps it's a balancing issue that needed addressing? I haven't played against the girls in so long I forget if they were annoying to deal with or not. lol
As for the overhaul in general, should they do like the Blood Angels and come out with a full blown book and an all new plastics line... I am quite positive that I'd show my support by starting a new army with them. I've always liked the idea of them and look but I can't stand a purely metal army, it limits conversion creativeness I find and my big thing now is conversions. If I can't beef up the overall theme of the army, I'm not interested.
...just wish I would sit down and paint the stuff I have! sweatdrop

It's you! :: huggles :: Did you know that I borrowed the color scheme for my Battle Sisters from your comics? ^_^ Lt. Brookman Don't count on ten model kits for the Sisters. Knock it off with them negative waves. I'm going to pretend that you said that ten-model kits for the Sisters are likely, and agree with you

To be honest, I started doing that when I put together my first Penitent Engine. I've since applied it to every metal mini right off the bat. ^_^

Are Sisters of Battle still under the "Witch Hunters" codex? I was looking at the GW site, and neither a "Sisters of Battle" or "Witch Hunters" codex is listed, so I'm wondering where I'd get their codex...
