Abla sat bakc as the lions came up. She was surprised with how many there was. Her souless blue eyes scaned every one, some had flowers like Santos, she could aslo pick out his mate. She kept quiet and waited for what he would say. She looked at her older brother and relaxed a little.

Naida approached with her oldest daughter by her side, having spent the day working on Sienna's swimming. She was rather pround of her, though she still had a ways to go to equal Aquos's abilities. They were both dripping wet as they approached the growing group, and she had to smile to see how far the pride had come since she'd joined so long ago...it had once only been three lions big, now it boasted nearly 20 members! Granted, over half of them had been born into the pride, but still, it had come a long ways in a short time. Shushing her daughter with a glance, she sat beside Karounos and nuzzled him affectionatly as Sienna took a seat between her front paws.

Arsenic and Razi (Edited now because I JUST realized I messed up the name) showed up same as the rest of the pride. The took seats close to their mother and brother, eyeing the female carefully. There was something about her that was almost too familiar.
Santos smiled widely at his pride. "Rose Petal, I'd like to introduce you to your new Den Mother. This is Abla... and..." he paused for a second to look back at her lovingly, "My sister..." he waited for the reactions to make any movements.

Adia's jaw went slack at Santos's words. A sister? He had never mentioned having any family at all. Amador eyed the female closely. She looked like them that was for sure. "Dad.... Is she really?" Amador asked speaking up. His gaze was curious and unsure. Adia was just staring with the curves of her mouth turning up into a smile. A piece of Santos's past was like a treasure chest. Was he hiding anymore siblings, parents, or even aunts or uncles somewhere?

Abla looked at the large pride. She was surprized with the big family she had. She felt a little welcomed, but still very shy. So many lion, so many names. What would she do in a big family. She would have said somthing but her mouth seemed to be glued shut. She shook a little as she stood there waiting for some one to greet her or Santos to say somthing else.

The green aqua cub tilted her head. Ok...So Uncy Santos had a sister...She really didn't get the whole point of this and mearly tackles Zenry out of boredom.
Aquos laughed nerouvsly as Tia began to play. He looked back at Abla. They did look alike. "Welcome to the pride." he manged to say before Tia pounced on him. "Come on squit, can't you be still for five mintues?"
Poinsettia poutted at Aquos. "Your no fun Uncy Aquos!"

Karounos nuzzled his mate and chuckled as Settia pounced Zenry, but smiled at Santos and his sister, "Pleasure teh meet ya," he said with a bow and a glance to Adia. She looked pretty surprised!
Zenry giggled at her sister and Aquos, but was still pinned under Settia. she wriggled, trying to get free.
Nomis peered around through the shadows atr the other end of the lake as they dove into the forest. She couldn't help but wonder what the news Santos had was, but she didn't care to move from her flat rock, the sun warming her to a contentness that was rarely matched recently. Idley she wondered where Mikhail was, and if he would show up here on his own accord. But the thought fled from her mind as a gazelle pranced by in front of her, bending down to takea drink from the lake. She watched it's grace, focusing her attention on that and her mind away from the real world.

Mikhail's grey form stalked silently towards his destination. He had heard Santos' roar, of course, but seeing as it wasn't one of distress, the cub continued on. His paws followed the familiar path to Nomis' secret hiding place. His and Nomis' secret hiding place? That was one thing he needed to think about. As he slipped in through the trees, silent as a shadow, he listened all around him. He had been feeling a change within him happening, but didn't know what it was. It wasn't one he felt uncomfortable with, so he simply let it go on without questioning. His grey form stayed to the shadows as he searched the area of the lake, eventually spotting Nomis watching a gazelle. It was a testament to how silent he really was that he simply slipped up beside the rock Nomis was on and waited for her to notice him, looking out over the water and the birds flying about the peaceful area.

Nomis felt a chill come over her as the sun upon her back was blocked, and she snapped from watching the gazelle to her head swiveling ot see who it was. She let out a sigh as soon as she saw it was Mikhail, and raised her eyebrows at him, "I kinda wondered if you came here alone. Do you know why Santos called us?" She scooted over on the rock, making room, and shrugged, "Just wondering if it was important..." Ew. Small talk. she gave a mental cringe - she felt unnatural for some reason, but shoved the thought aside as best she could - it was just Mikhail!

He shook his head and joined her upon the rock, sidling up beside her. "I didn't turn back to find out. Since it wasn't a distress call I figured I could find out later what the possible fuss is all about." He sighed and lay his head on his paws. "I do come here on my own. To sit and think where it's peaceful... To get away from the havoc..." To see if she was there when he was lonely and even Aquos' presense wasn't enough.... He kept the last thought to himself.

The water cub offered him a fleeting, rare smile that soon faded with her words, "This is the best place, then..." She rested her head on her paws as well, staring out at the Gazelle as its ears swiveled at their words, but the rest of its body continued what it was now doing. "The beauty is unmatched and brings a serenity that all of the animals here notice." She heaved a sigh,"It would be a shame if someone else came along and ruined it by unting the gazelle or or something of the sort..." She glanced to Mikhail - they were similar, but for all different reasons.
Nomis often thought that she had no reason to feel lonely - she had a large family in an even larger pride, a friend that she would never trade away, and a beautiful place to come an relax, while her friend had no family at all. It often made her feel horrible to feel this way, but it was about then she would push the thought from her mind, afraid of what could follow it, and afraid she might leave the pride out of grief or somehting of the sort. She had never mentioned them to anyone, and never planned to - she was mostly content in her lonliness - as content as one can be, anyway.

His ears flattened back against his skull and he glared out at the water. "There's no way that's going to happen, Nomis. This is a safe haven. No one is going to ruin the peace so long as I can help it." He thought about that. Why was he so protective of this place? He blinked and let his ears draw up again. "We need to continue keeping this place a secret.... Make sure no one decides to break our secret place into chaos..."

Nomis smiled briefly at him, then solemly nodded, "This is our secret place. To be safe from everything and everyone else," she confirmed, casting her eyes over the glassy lake. For once, no deire to swim - just stay here.

Santos nodded with a smile. "She really is my sister. I haven't seen her since I was younger than Zenry, Ilori, and Tia." He glanced back at her once more. There were so many questions he had to ask her.. but later.. when there was private time. "I expect everyone to treat her with the same respect you treat everyone else around."

Aquos chuckled to himself..This WAS a pride of goofballs...He then scaned the area to see who had came..Daveigh was nowhere in sight but that was normal...Nomis and Mikhail wheren't there too. He sighed. He was hopeing that Mikhail would have come. He was spending so much time alone it worried him..And he missed his little gray brother....Maybe Tia and Zenry had scared him off for a bit...
The water cub giggled and gnawed on her sisters hat for a mintue before her head shot up. "Zenry! Let's go swimming! DADDY!" the aqua lioness was a real daddy's girl. She got off her sister and ran to her father. "Daddy! Can you take me and Zenry swimming? Can you? Please?" Tai gave her father some big cubby eyes to try to get him to take her and her sister swimming.
