Kodomo cut through them, it seemed they took an alternate route but it didn't concern him, what did concern him was the hundred or so shinobi left that where very unhappy with him. He found himself having to go on the defencive because there where so many of them, though of course his defencive was almost as bad as his offecive. He went into the Dance of the Pines which his bones would strike out of his body when someone was coming close to hitting him. Though of course he was starting to hurt since not all their blows could be defended but he was doing well despite the obvious advantage they held against him.

He had downed half of their number already though of course most of them where Genin and Chuunin, only one Jounin had been downed but he was a wounded Jounin so Kodomo had it easy. Kodomo however was beggining to run out of luck as he started to hit the more powerful of the forces he was facing and even saw an ANBU closing on him. Kodomo had to get away or he would have to use one of his last resorts, that was one thing the way of ninja had taught him, always have a last resort.

**Tentu turned towards the door. As the passage was meant to be undetected, any excess chakura used inside the tunnel would be forced out the sides. There was a small gust of wind on Tentu's neck. Tentu turned towards a nin to his side.**

"What kind of jitsu was it?"

**The nin closed his eyes and absorbed a little bit of the chakura with his index finger.**

"It's ... and illusionary spell, but it's not for the body, for the opening to the tunnel. It seems non-hostile."

**Tentu nodded, and turned.**

"Ok.. send them my way unless they turn out to be hostile, then you know what to do!"

**Tentu grabbed Hinata's hand and lead her through two sets of doors. He then stopped in front of a door that has obviously been sealed from the inside in a hurry. Before Hinata engaged her byakugan, the door crackled loudly and a seal around the edge shattered. luckly there was a number of seals holding whatever it is back.**

"Well... there is at least one. Han you tell me how many?"

**When Hinata engages the byakugan, she notices 5 right away preforming a jitsu that looks as if it were to break spells. There were 2 more hiding in the shadows.**

((OOC: I know the feeling... 2/30 mins of sleep all night...))

BIC:
"Well... then let's even the odds a little."
**Tentu's face changed as he focused his chakura. He pulled out a scroll and placed it on the ground. The chakura began to leak into the ground and the scroll dissapeared with it. On the other side of the door, a massive rock golem hand came out of the ground, catching one of the death force off guard, and sending him into the ceiling. A rush of confusion and battling erupted as Tentu sat back, waiting.**

"They should be done by now."

**Tentu opened the door, easily breaking the seals, and walked into the room. The golem had apparently been destroyed, but took out all but two fighters, who were badly injured. Tentu waisted no time in attacking the nearly defenceless foes, making very short work of them.**

The Death-nins began to reform behind Tentu and Hinata, limbs straightening and reconnecting with their bodies. And now, the zombies were once again tracking the two. Tentu would have noticed that several of the Death-nin his golem had attacked wore Leaf, Cloud, and Stone headbands... several others were obviously original Shinin. It seemed that when a Shinin killed, the victim was ressurected on the spot.


Tunnel:

Kuraisennin stopped for a moment as he sensed the death of many shinobi above. "Hm..." By the time the syllable was uttered, he was standing beside Kodomo. The bone blades passed easily through his shadow form as the Sage rendered his body intangible for the time being. "Interesting technique... you must be a Kaguya. But this will never do." He encased Kodomo in his protective shadows... enemy attacks losing all momentum upon striking the bell-shaped darkness containing Kodomo at the moment. "I'll finish these up, myself. Won't take but a second..." The Chuunin backed away as Jounin and accompanying ANBU arrived.

If one were to see Kuraisennin's shadow on the ground... it seemed to be performing a long series of hand seals, where as Kuraisennin remained stationary. "Kuraiton: Shin, Kage Jigoku no jutsu!" First, it was a layer of Genjutsu, sealing all of the enemy ninjas's extrasensory abilities within their own minds. As they tried to counteract the high-level illusionary technique with their "Kai" jutsu... the activation of their Chakra ignited the Ninjutsu. Their Chakra Coils suddenly and painfully twisted... inverting. All the Chakra in their bodies seemed to become solid and expelled itself from each Tenketsu they possessed... as white-hot spikes of frozen fire. The spikes begat spikes, long and sharp branches raging out from the sides of each glowing spire. And then... each spike began to spin, boring back down into the enemy ninjas' Chakra Coils...

When it was all said and done, all that was left of the battlefield were small bits of clothing and small patches of skin. Mostly, it was all blood... bits of organs hanging from rocks and trees, the tower's walls coated in dark red syrup - the stuff of life. "There, young Kaguya. Your enemies are defeated, come join your comrades." Kodomo would find himself phased through the ground along with the Kuraisennin, and they would now be standing in the tunnel. All at once the Sage continued his saunter after Tentu and Hinata, whistling a strange tune. ["Twisted Nerve", a la Elle Driver]

Kodomo was shocked when suddenly he found himself in a shadow being unharmed by his enemies and then the man talking to him, then when it was all over they where dead. And then he was phased through solid ground into a passage where not to far off he saw Hinata and the Stone Kage walking through. Kodomo caught up to them soundlessly, he looked back at the odd man who had saved him, in a way, he wondered why he had done so. Kodomo guessed the man was obviously a friend for he would have turned on him if he hadn't been but something told the Kaguya to be weary no less.

"Hinata-sama they are all dead...This man killed the rest of them..."

He nodded his head back toward him and then turned his crimson eyes back to Hinata and Tentu he gazed around the path they where walking under the ground.

::the sound behind her made her turn, kunais ready, laced with chakra and the moment before she attacked her brain registered that it was Kodomo. She sighed and relaxed::

You made it...

::she allowed herself a smile and looked to whom he was pointing at. It took her a moment but it the dawned on her::

Komm! ::the exclamation was nothing more than a whisper. She threw herself at the shadow-nin to embrace him in a hug::

Kuraisennin's face was still masked, but his silvery voice seemed to hold traces of a paternal smile. A black tendril embraced Hinata for a moment, a reassuring squeeze before letting go. "Yes, I return. Unfortunately, it seems that my enemies have gotten here before I got back..." The mask itself seemed angry, "Come, I will explain while we follow Tentu. He seems to no longer be possessed by the twisting aura I sensed during our brief battle." The quiet survivor of the Hidden Cataclysm drifted along in wraith-like fashion... his senses extending far beyond the small tunnel they were traveling through.

"Arigatou Hinata-sama..."

Kodomo says simpley and then he takes a place in the middle of the group, he fingered the Cloud headband around his neck, he was to accumstomed to it being there so he didn't want to take it off. He watched the path they where taking carefull, every once in a while he would look back at the two wondering. He finally just relaxed his sences a bit and just followed without thought, while he did he gazed absent mindedly around.
