"And my name is Mandolin. It is a pleasure Lady Ayana." The grey colored lion dipped his head to her and then gave her a smile. "I hope we may become good friends." His green eyes glimored and then flitted out to the hunting area. True they could get to know each other but they were also out here for a reason.

Ayana nodded with a smile, looking then followed him off to the hunting grounds in a trot. It would be nice to get to know him, he seemed nice. But... not at the moment, there were just out here to hunt, nothing more. Maybe when they got back to the pride... She really wasn't planning on doing anything when they were to arrive back at the cave anyways.

As his green eyes drifted over the feilds they came to rest on a small herd of gazelle grazing peacfully. "There we are. How would you suggest going about this one? I am always open for suggestions." He said as he pointed out the herd to Ayana.

"No. I do not see it as a bad thing. It is a good thing, lives can be saved with that special gift." He nudged her cheek with his nose. " I know right now, It feels like a curse, an awful curse. But it isnt, and as time goes on the pain will lessen. " He could understand her pain, but in a different way. " I will send Niobe to fetch some herbs to help the pain, and after our feast. You can come sleep with Kila, Myself as well as Cayimmi and Angel." He wanted to make sure she would be comfortable and safe. "Or you could slumber with Niobe and Fae...Or Ayana..." He nodded his head, he just wanted to feel at ease.
Fae's scent caught his attention, he looked back towards the mute cub, he could see why his sister was so drawn to her. He nodded his head for her to come closer. "Fae, will you please stay with Venya? I must be going back.." He smiled at the pair of cubs, he couldnt wait to see what they grew into.
He padded out of the cave and towards the group of lions.
"No Cayimmi, you are today. You'll grow to be a wonderful King, or Adviser..whichever." Niobe's head nodded. Her soft eyes moved back towards Kila and King Adrastos, she gave a smile. "Sorry about that, a bit rude."
She glanced around suddenly, as if she'd lost something. "Fae?" she called out, her ivory hued cub wasnt near by, she'd sworn she'd just seen her. Then she paused, she'd seen her slink into the cave after Benoni. "Hmm, never mind then.."
She purred and rubbed her muzzle against Kila's side. She could feel movement within her womb, stepping back. She stared. Then she blinked. Shaking her head, she returned her gaze to Adrastos. "What brings you out this far?" she asked him, curious. She noted the absent places of Mandolin and Ayana, she figured they were on a hunt together.

Tequila's fur rose as Niobe rubbed against her for some reason it made her all the more happier about cubs. Her ears flickered forward as she listened to all the conversations going on without attempting to intrude. She sat quietly while listening to her beloved mate and king.
Adrastos paused as Niobe turned to him for conversation, he was lost day dreaming it seemed. "I suppose to see more land, to ease my curiosities and perhaps meet a few friends along the way?" he replied in his very low yet silky tone.

"Thank you, King." The cub managed to get out. At his propostion, she nodded gently, a small smile perking against her face. So, she would actually be needed...her tail waved gingerly as she noticed her friend, Fae. Venya rubbed the tears from her eyes standing up. "Hello, Fae." Her voice was slightly quiet, but still there. "Are you doing alright? You're not worried about me are you?" Her head cocked slightly, flakes waving.

Fae took the king's cue, stance easing a ways as she trotted tentatively nearer. In comparison, it was almost surprising just how quickly she nodded, accepting Benoni's task without a trace of hesistation.
She turned her gaze towards Venya, ears back and head bowed in her typical way. But she did manage to meet the other kitten's eyes, and the answer was to be found there. Concern shown clear as day. Would Venya be alright?

Niobe acknowledging his value? That was something special! And it was about time too... "Yes, some day, Lady Niobe." When would he grow... Cayimmi's thoughts were interrupted as Benoni came out, smilling. "Is Lady Venya alright?" he asked, worried.

"Yes, she will be fine." Benoni came up beside Kila, rubbing his head against her neck with a deep rumbling purr. " Lets go get into a more relaxing stance. Standing here cant be good for either of you." He nudged Kila and nodded towards Adrastos. His tail linked around Kila's fondly, he was a bit protective of her even more so at the moment.
Niobe pawed at Cayimmi's head softly as she nudged his cheek with her nose. "Come on you, you need a bath.." she said with a soft smirk, she scooped him up by the scruff of his neck and padded towards the lounging area of the land, where they were all heading to anyways.

Tequila purred back affectionatly and licked his cheek in reassurance, she remembered the time when Jasmyn made her appearence and how protective he was then. She loved Benoni for that, one of the qualities she desperatly needed, someone she thought would protect her from anything and anyone.
Adrastos nodded he would have to make his way home before sun down which was coming closer and closer. His steel orbs glancing around catching a couple glimpses of some meerkats and other smaller animals. He wasn't much of a talker to new people.

Cayimmi sighed, relieved. He didn't have time to party though, as Niobe grabbed him, his tail dangling in the floor. "Again?" he groaned, frowning. Actually, he was thrilled, enjoying the attention, but he couldn't afford showing it, or else he'd be mocked for the rest of his life...

The sun was indeed setting, Benoni looked towards Adrastos. "You need to head home?" he question, though he knew the answer already. "Thank you for coming, an Allience was formed today was it not?" he again questioned. His head toward over Kila's he adored the female beside him, a love and passion he hadnt ever thought he'd feel since the death of his mother. He gazed down at her, his dark vibrant eyes shimemered with love. He couldnt wait to have their cubs to love as well.

"Yes now." She said with a mouth full as she lowered down to her belly, placing him between her paws. She smiled down at him, soft licking his face, a the faint shading of his mane growing was coming in. Her heart swelled, she adored Cayimmi, he was just wonderful. She continued to move her rough tongue over his frame, cleaning and grooming him.

Adrastos looked to Benoni, "I must be on my way, I've been gone I too have to get back to my lady." he smiled warmly thinking of his beloved. "Indeed one has been formed, it was a pleasure Kind Benoni." He then gave one last bow and started to make his way home.
Kila felt a warming feeling throught her and as soon as the farewells were complete she nipped at her love's here playfully. She would always be young at heart no matter what.

"Have a safe journy...Regal Adrastos." He bowed his head in return, his eyes watched the other male for a moment before his dearest caught his attention, with a smirk he licked her muzzle as nudged her forward. "Come lets go home.." He said, his tone thick with love as he padded forward, flicking his tail into her face playfully.
