There are so many cool characters that its hard to choose...
If i think then it would be a tie
My favorite characters would have to be Kakashi, Shikamaru, Rock Lee, and Naruto
Kakashi- he is just cool... i like his attitude. the "cover the sharingan" is cool. I also liked his thousand years of pain technique.
Shikamaru- Him being lazy reminds me of myself. I also like how he strategizes. He is so smart i guess thats what makes him so cool
Rock Lee- everyone loves Rock Lee. I really like his taijutsu fighting. Also that part when he was drunk.
Naruto- I thought his sexy no jutsu and harem no jutsu was hilarious. I like his attitude. And he loves ramen, thats one my reasons i think he is cool.

1.) GAARA- Badass!!!
2.) KAKASHI-cool, calm,funny
3.) ITACHI- evil cool!!! twisted
4.) SHIKIMARU- cool,lazy, smart

I have many characters I like, but the one i love of all is Gaara of the Desert.
Other ones I like: Naruto, Neji, Hinata, Kakashi,Shikamaru,Temari

Nara_Shikamaru shikamaru! i luv him teh most but im kinda sad cause it looks like he likes temari now... That's a bad thing? Hahaha, nah, lately I've been developing the hots for Shikamaru, as he reminds me more and more of a special friend of mine...*blush*...ANYWAY! Shikamaru and Temari, especially together, are two of my favorites. It's like one of those odd couple things that are just...great!

Though don't get me wrong, I like a lot of the Naruto Characters.
List
Boys I like and think are cool in Naruto:
Neji of course!
Sasuke
Naruto
Shikamaru
Kiba
Kakashi
and pretty much any other guy character, except for Orochomaru, I just can't get a feel for his character.
Girls I like and think are cool in Naruto:
Tsunada
Hinata
and........hmmm..........I guess not really anyone else. xp
Though I like a lot of different Naruto characters, Neji will always be my favorite especially now after the big battle he had in episode 116-117. wink
