SHIONxxxxxMORI The wet touch of the ink-covered brush against Shion's chest sent chills running down her spine. Her teeth clenched and her fists tightened around her shirt as Shion actively withheld every urge in her body to smite the squid right then and there. Very little of what he actually said stuck with her; most just went in one ear and out the other. Everything about this situation was already truly testing her patience and the last thing she needed was another long-winded lecture.
As she felt the brush finally pull away, Shion glanced down at the fresh mark on her chest, letting out another yawn before asking. "So wha-" Before she could finish the sentence, a torrent of blackened-blue flames erupted around her, consuming shion in a pillar of midnight heat. A sharp, pained scream rasped its way from the girl's throat growing more and more foreign to Toso and the lurking Kages as the voice of the Nibi made itself known. Shion collapsed to her knees doubled over in agony as the pillar of flames took shape around her. Within seconds, the towering inferno had taken the shape of a two-tailed cat standing no taller than Shion. The beast's back arched as its crooked toothed, fel-flamed grin snapped towards Toso.
The beast took one step towards the squid then another, until just as suddenly as it had appeared, their deadly approach was cut short but the sudden extinguishing of nearly half its form. From the dwindling patches of flame randomly thrown around her body, bits of Shion made themselves known. "Finally ready to talk, you nerd? The unmistakably Shion-esque comment pierced the roaring flames, being instantly cut off by the Nibi. "You really shouldn't speak in such a way. It is very unbecoming of a lady."
One of Shion's hands, now very much flame free and in her control, rose up punched herself, or rather the Nibi, clean in the jaw. "Oh spare me, you vindictive b***h," she lashed out, uncharacteristically swearing at the Nibi, "Just shut up and tell me what the hell is your problem!" The beast responded with a coy purr. "Oh my, the jailer asking their prisoner what the problem is. How quaint." The flames raged in intensity as the Nibi made one more grab for domination, finding themselves cut off once more by the stubborn fervor of their host. "Don't you ******** start with me about that. You think I asked for you to be locked away inside of me? I just wanted a cool mask and a new job. If you want to blame anyone, blame those genius Kages. Their the ones who did this to us," she'd respond, unintentionally letting a few buried emotions slip out.
"It does not matter who did what, little miss. What matters is that now I am locked away. Inside of you." The Nibi's remark almost mirrored Toso's earlier lecture. Surely this was meant to try to appeal to the girl's logic, but Shion had always been a creature of emotion. "Shut up! You think I dont know that? You think I didn't try to talk to you? You. Know. I. Did." The flames died down to the point of barely registering as little spouts of flame speckled across Shion's body as she metaphysically crushed the Nibi beneath her will. "You were just to stubborn to talk to me. I don't want it to have to be this way!"
The flames petered out, offering Shion a moment of reprieve from the gripping agony of unending immolation, but it wouldn't last. Just as soon as she had caught her breath, another explosion wracked the girl's body sending another shrill cry of pain into the air. "Your words are empty, girl. Even now you try to subdue me," the Nibi roared its retort. "You're trying to kill me! Why the hell wouldn't I!" Shion exclaimed, struggling back to her feet. "Look, I don't want to be your enemy. I know it sucks being locked away; I've spent more than my fair share of time behind bars, but-" The loud, growling cackle of the Nibi boomed as it cut off the girl's speech. "Dear, you foolishly equate a few misdemeanor jailings to a lifetime of incarceration? You never spent more than a week locked away. You know Noth-"
"But, as I was saying! It doesn't have to be that way. You may not want to believe it, but look... I weakened the seal keeping you locked away for you. Doesn't that prove my intent? You could be happy with some freedom in me, or you could kill me, in which case they'll just reseal you into some lunatic like the Bootlicker." She'd say, taking a quick jab at the chief of police. We can make this work if you stop being so ******** obstinate! Another spike of pain seared Shion's body as the Nibi lashed out once more, but it soon faded. Seconds passed, but it felt like an eternity, as she waited for a response from the beast. The nibi mulled it over. What she said was true. Hmm... maybe she was being honest."Very well, child. Show me you mean in earnest and I will lay off my... how did you put it... torment?" The beast said with a chuckle. "But you will never speak to me in such a tone again. Are we clear?" The Nibi punctuated before sending one last jolt of pain through Shion's body.
With that, the flames extinguished all at once from the young host's body, leaving her to struggle through the lingering pain to get to her feet. "Whatever," she mumbled, turning weakly to face the Squid. The look on her face spelled murder, but her actions contrasted that. In another uncharacteristic display, Shion jumped at Toso, wrapping her arms around the man in a tight embrace, though it would only last a second or two. Shion would quickly push Toso away as if he was the one in the wrong here and pull her shirt back down. Red in the face, Shion glanced towards the ground after giving the man a quick punch in the shoulder. "Thanks... or whatever."
Sounds of agony were in no way pleasant to hear. Not like the sound of laughter which was a sound he'd often preferred. The Twin-Kage's arrival would have gone unoticed but the portals of Isekai-junsei which had yet to close functioned somewhat like windows into the pocket dimension the first and last thing the twins would see in that fleeting moment would be Shion's loss of control and the sudden gutteral sounds of her voice before they closed. Then at the sound of the first step forward Toso would perform an immediate about face and stare intently with glazed eyes and even more glazed glasses. He'd ready himself to perform a stroke of the brush, but stop midway seeing that it seemed Shion was actually engaging and handling herself quite well.
As the delinquent duo had their back and forths internally Toso couldn't help but feel a little bit skeptical things were going to go smoothly with how abrasive Shion was being. Felines...were often cunning creatures. To rampage against something in clear opposition would have proven a losing game to someone whose goals were widespread unstoppable destruction, add that destruction was something that could not be achieved either in this pocket dimension and with some conniving thinking you'd have a master plan of deception. In short a possible ploy could be to wait it out with a weakened seal and rampage later when things were better suited to do so. Although this was a possibility Toso considered...he'd put faith that Shion wouldn't let something like that happen.
Toso would begin to grow closer and closer to Shion in event that if things did escalate beyond her control he'd have ample time to re-strengthen the seal in said moment back to what it was...However, it seemed as though that was unnecessary. The squabbling calmed and like that what was only perhaps three to five minutes that felt like three to five hours came to it's conclusion. Toso would then thusly shrink the one of eight members of Tako-Buso is his hand and attempt to speak "Well now congratu.." That was when he was for lack of a better term glomped. In this brief moment, Toso provided his simple lacking in context smile that could rival Kagerou's while in his head the following thought played out as imaginary squigglies floated over his head. "Like the wide open plains." The push bringing him back into the moment, he'd rub his shoulder which had just been assaulted. Though nothing compared to what he had initially anticipated. Internally a sigh of relief, with this happenstance Toso would be spared a possible future of having to take a friends life.
"You're quite welcome Shio-nee. I'm glad the two of you could find some even ground bloop. Perhaps now things will be more cordial between the two of you bloop. Albeit I'dve asked for their name. Though now you should have plenty of time to get properly introduced. Now, back to business as the old saying goes bloop." In that short time frame of three to five minutes where the Twin Kage would have been waiting, perhaps in anticipation or anxiousness of what became of Shion and Toso the portal to Isekai Junsei opened conveniently before them. Toso not having a scratch and Shion slightly less dressed than usual. Toso would find it a surprise to run into the Kage. "Ah, Kami-sama. bloop. You seem as though somethings on your mind." Shion could follow behind Toso or make her own exit if she wanted. Isekai-Junsei wasn't known for imprisoning people within it. Toso would look behind him momentarily to see if she was well before facing the Kage once more to explain what had happened. "Oh, I was just lending a hand in a little heart to heart bloop. If I were a psychiatric specialist I believe Shio-nee achieved a break-through bloo bloo bloo." Toso would laugh. Though it was doubtful he'd receive a laugh from the twins. Whatever he had done it had likely aided in Shion's taming of the Nibi and all without injuries or damages. He'd then ask "So is there anything I can do for you bloop. I've a need to see what's become of my home although I can't really say I'm in a rush if my assumptions hold any bearing bloop."

Sheva decided that it was a better idea to clean the area that she was in before training more. She thought about what she had learned and the brew sense of confidence she found in being able to defend herself. She rolled up the scrolls that she had been using and walked slowly to the wall from they came from. She thought about the elemental jutsu that she had learned but also thought about how they could be improved. Now that she was feeling confident in her own skills, she wanted to test them. She was always eager to test herself though that time was well on its way... she felt like something was missing. She took 2 more scrolls from the wall and went back to the section that she designated an area all for her. It seemed like people barely noticed that she was there at all, she would make them notice. She wanted to be a good shinobi to this village but started to feel invisible. She unrolled one of the scrolls that she had obtained and opened it.
She read and studied the scroll, this was a whole new element and a new technique. She thought about what she had read and decided that she might have grabbed the wrong scroll. She rerolled the scroll and opened the other one, this one was a good choice in getting her used to the heat of the katon techniques. She sat down on the ground and began to concentrate, she placed her hands in a common Katon seal of the tiger and concentrated on the seal. Her hands grew in heat and she pressed more chakra into it to test what she could withstand before dispelling the hot chakra.
She pressed the chakra more until she could feel a subtle heat on her face. Her hands were hot and giving off heat waves like those off of pavement. It was at a point that she could no longer stand it but her kept her hands together. Though the Katon chakra was intense, she didn’t want to let go.
Finally; she stood up , keeping the Katon chakra surging to her hands. She clapped her hands together hard and a white hot flash came from them. Though the Katon chakra had dissipated, the spots from the flash lingered.

Sheva wanted to learn more, her thirst for knowledge wasn’t over nor was it satiated. Though she hadn’t dispelled the Mist jutsu, she was going to use this moment to learn more of the sensory jutsu that she had learned before. Though she was mostly free from her clothes, it didn’t bother her with the mist lingering. She placed her hand in a single sign and again tried to expand it in the pool. If she was going to pride herself in being a sensor, she was going to try hard to learn everything that she could. With her new ability to use Suiton jutsu, she wanted to utilize the jutsu lingering in the air. She forced her chakra into the droplets of moisture in the air and steadily exhaled. It was like having a motion sensor reading absolutely everything in the room. It intensity of the useless information in the room was getting to her, though there was no one in the immediate mist; there were miniscule amounts of dust in the air that was ‘pinging’ her jutsu.

Sheva knew that this wasn’t going to be enough to be handy and helpful to those around her, she needed something to prove herself. She grabbed her clothes and quickly put them on; she rolled up her scrolls and walked back down the hallway. She placed them back at the wall, she wanted to learn something that was going to be of use to her.... something uniquely Sheva. She looked through the various scrolls and techniques before her hand grazed one. She quickly took it and another her eye fell on. She looked at the label of the scrolls and fell in love. She loved her sensory techniques and everything that they provided her. This time... it was going to be on a grander scale. She knew that she had reach on her techniques... but these jutsu were going to test her limits. She walked until she found an outer courtyard and looked up at the sky above her. It was a great day to experiment with the range of her own abilities. She unrolled one of the scrolls and looked at the contents, though it was a higher ranking scroll then gathered ones before... she wanted to try it more then ever. She then looked at both of the scrolls that she grabbed and smiled, she then opened the second one and looked at its contents.
They would pair perfectly, she placed her hands in a single handsign and launched her chakra into the air. It seemed like there was a ritual in doing this jutsu, she jumped and clapped the soles of her feet together. A faint dome started to expand and engulf the Academy. This barrier wasn’t physical but it was to sense anyone coming and going from the academy. She stood in the courtyard and concentrated, she knew that the other jutsu would be perfect if there was another sensory shinobi but alas she was the only one that she knew of. This would be difficult for Sheva. She transitioned her hands into another one handed seal and though the barrier remained, it started to hellaciously rain on top of her.

It'd been three whole months since she'd last been in the village. After ice cream father had grounded her for three months. That time was spent back among the apes of the sage lands. While she was able to keep her skills up, she wasn't able to learn anything new since there weren't any scrolls there. The Academy was different though, it had an entire library filled with techniques. Before seeking out her father for a mission Yuno had decided she needed to round her skills some more. She was proficient with her nature element and some of the basic ninjutsu arts and in CQC she was quit adept at using her rapier. However she'd been slacking when it came to genjutsu. Subtlety wasn't exactly her style but at the very least she had to learn about it so it couldn't be used against her.
Once she was inside the library Yuno grabbed several scrolls on genjutsu from the shelf and then a seat at an empty table. To start off she was going to review some basics. The first technique she studied allowed one to warp a written message into a different one. The style of the writing could be altered as well to forge signatures. [1][Etainoshirenai no Fugou]
Another basic manipulation relied on a person's sense of smell. By altering an area with chakra one could create false smells. It didn't even matter whether they were positive or negative and the create ample room for getting creative. Yuno like creative. She pondered possible uses like how one might use smell to leave messages or disguise poisons. [2][Dokuji no Kaori]
As she continued reading Yuno stumbled upon a technique to manipulate shadows. The use she liked most was shortening her shadow to through off other combatants sense of distance. Of course shadows could also be lengthened to hide things as well. [3][Nirami no Kage]
Continuing on she found a technique to mask herself with chakra. By cloaking the body with it, one could mirror the environment around them and thus become "invisible". Quite a useful technique for missions that required some measure of stealth. [4][Hada no Kamereon]
Among the rest of the basics she failed to find much that was either useful to her or something she was capable of doing. Moving on to something a little harder she found herself learning how to create an interesting illusion. By using her chakra to infect others she could make them perceive walking endlessly through an area while in reality they stood still. An excellent jutsu for manipulating others for sure. Getting deeper into the more advanced techniques Yuno found one that would cause a nice bit of mental pain. It created a swarm of "lightning" humming birds to dive and attack her enemy. Upon contact they'd experience a drilling sensation and great pain. It brought a nice little offensive flavor to the otherwise so far passive school of genjutsu. With her training now finished Yuno headed off to get into some trouble. [Exit]
Granted her genin headband Freya slightly bowed to both Belamos and the office worker. She finally had a face for the name. "Thank you very much! I'll be on my way now." Her tone fully of joy Freya affixed the headband around her neck, where it would be visible for all to see."Bye!~" With another slight bow the Uchiha left.
But before she left the building she'd stop by the library. Entering emerald hues set upon on a girl with green hair. Was she the only one here? "Uhh.. Umm. Hello?" With a timid voice the Uchiha called out the girl. " Umm... My name is Freya Uchiha of the main branch. I really like your hair color..."Admiring her vibrant green hair Freya was a bit jealous.

Sheva exhaled and the rain tapered off, dispelling the jutsu. She knew that she was going to eventually be a force to be recon with. She wanted to know everything that she could to be the best that she could be. It was only weeks after her own birthday and she could think of no other gift to herself then to make sure that she was hard to kill. She walked back through the academy and there was a few more bodies there then she thought. Though part of her wanted to be social, there was more that she wanted to learn. She continued to walk through the Academy and headed to the Dojo
Before she could actually leave the library a timid voice accosted her. One Freya Uchiha, "of the main branch" whatever that meant. Yuno wasn't too familiar with the Uchiha or many of the other famous clans. Sure they'd studied them briefly in history class at the academy but beyond that she knew little. While she may not have cared to stop normally, the compliment did catch her off guard albeit in a pleasant way. "Son-Yuno Park, and I'll have to thank my mother since I got it from her" she smiled. Her own name was rather unassuming save for the fact that she shared a family name with the arashikage on account of being one of their children. Yuno glanced to a clock to look at the time. She was due to report in now that she was officially back so she didn't have long to sit around and chat. Jeon ferried the twins over to Toso once the two of them had just finished, meeting him when he called them Kami, which made her blush a little. "Blooper, please do not call me that, it's embarassing!" she grated, levying a look of actual chagrin his way before clearing her throat and nodding to him and Shion as he continued on. So the Nibi had indeed been tamed. Well, that was good. She wondered, aimlessly, how things were going with the Rokubi. "That's good to hear, actually. I expected no less of you and Saiken," she commented patting the blooper on his shoulder. She did have something on her mind, and she did feel bad but it was something Toso would need to know.
"I sent agents to cause some damage in the Whirlpool. Not enough to cause casualties or anything. Thought you may want to know about that, because I've got some news that's even worse that I'd like to take you to my office to talk about. SHIONxxxxxMORI At the approach of the Kage's, Shion would let out a quick huff of some vague disapproval. Rather than engage the Kages however, Shion would simply cross her arms and remain silent, letting Toso take care of the talking. After all, he was the more sociable of the two.

Mako slipped her Guan dao into hits holster on her back and started to head out of the training area. A slight whiffing sound drew her attention and she noticed a couple of young kids throwing Kunai. One drew back quickly to throw but let go too soon. The kunai sailed off course towards Mako. Ocean damned kids, She thought even as her eyes turned white. Indigo sparks burst out of her body in an orb. The electricity stopped the blade in mid air and gravity did the rest. The Kunai hit the ground with a thud, which knocked Mako from her instinctual reaction. Her eyes cleared to their normal color as she looked around her.
As the sparks seemed to fade, Mako took note of the feeling they left behind. The feeling of static on her skin and the occasional jolt of pain it caused. She reached into her pouch and pulled out a Scroll labeled Raiton. She had been told, shortly after being picked up and brought to the village, that her elemental affinities were water and lightning. But until now she had only ever used lightning instinctively when angry.
Reading through the scroll, Mako noted a few differences in how raiton chakra was supposed to feel and be molded. Slipping the scroll back into her pouch, she brought her hands together and formed a chain of seals. A poof of Smoke and an exact copy of Mako appeared next to her.
After a brief discussion on what they were supposed to work on, both her and the clone set to work. They ran through set after set of hand seals trying to get their timing down. After Mako was confident that they were able to work well enough together, She gave her clone the signal.
Together, Mako and her lightning clone chaneled their chakra. A lightning bolt flew between the two twice, and Mako slammed her hand into the ground. the jolt of lightning traveled from her fingers to another training target. Sparking against it and leaving a black burn mark.
Mako created a strand of lightning and let it drag along the floor. She gestured for the clone to step through it. There was a brief second then a jolt caused the clone to burst into electricity.
Doing one last set of hand seals, an indigo light seemed to surround Mako. Slowly, it flickered on a three count, then a two count, and continuing to speed up. Soon Mako was blazing as blue as the surface of the sea. She dispersed the technique, satisfied to see she had made progress.
Mako left the training area after making sure she had everything. She headed back to the library and dropped the scrolls off in the return bin. "I might as well explore the village since there isn't much else to do around here," she said as she shrugged her shoulders. Making her way out of the building, she headed off in a random direction.

Technique Name: Korabo Technique Rank: E (Initial rank, but can be trained up to S+ based on learning restrictions) Technique Type: Passive Technique's Description: A passive which, when trained in, allows the user to fuse two techniques together into one more powerful technique. The fusion of the two techniques does not require an activation, but both techniques do. In order to fuse two techniques, both techniques need to be performed at the same time. There are a few manners of doing this, such as making shadow clones to time the technique or simply being able to fuse two ninjutsu at the same time. Korabo is the technique which allows two shinobi to fuse their techniques together. To fuse techniques, one must train a korabo bond with the person they wish to perform a dual technique with up to the rank of the technique they wish to fuse. Guild Description: The rules for fusing techniques together are as follows. The first is that the max technique you can fuse is the maximum level of korabo trained. So if you only have korabo trained up to B-ranked, then you can only fuse two B-ranked together. The second rule is that the two techniques fused vary in the potential of its power. Two techniques of equal rank fused will become a technique of power one rank higher. So two B-ranked techniques fuse to make one A-ranked technique. Furthermore, two techniques separated by one rank in power will take the rank power of the higher rank, but will eliminate any potential weaknesses of the two techniques, and give the fusion the property of overwhelming. So if a B-ranked an a C-ranked technique were fused through the use of Korabo, then the technique would be B-ranked power with the property of overwhelming to techniques of the same rank. Finally, the rules for what techniques can be fused are as followed. The first rule is that the two techniques need to fulfill the same general purpose. For example, two projectile techniques can be fused together through the use of Korabo. However, an elemental shield and projectile technique cannot be fused together. Second of all, if two techniques of the same elemental property, or the same technique performed twice, are fused then the two techniques maintain their elemental strength and weaknesses. If two techniques with differing elements are fused, then the fusion loses all elemental strength and weaknesses. Finally, techniques can only be fused of different elements so long as they are complimentary elements, aka elements which have no elemental strength or weakness against each other. The only exception is if you fuse a technique with one of one rank higher, and the technique of one rank higher is of a weaker elemental property than the element which is stronger. An example is if you wanted to fuse a C-ranked water ninjutsu with a fire ninjutsu, then the fire ninjutsu would have to be B-ranked. In this example, the jutsu would treat the B-ranked fireball as C-ranked, and thus two fused would act as a B-ranked technique. Techniques fused either have to be of the same rank, or one rank difference. Finally, despite the leaning toward ninjutsu, this technique allows one to fuse complex and spiritual tai and bukijutsu as well. For complex techniques, treat it's fusion with ninjutsu as the example with two opposing elements fusing, (aka, if you want to fuse a B-ranked complex punch with a ninjutsu, then the ninjutsu would have to be C-ranked). Toso frowned momentarily, yet it would return to its rather blank expression as quickly as it came it went. Was it truly a necessary thing to have sent agents to cause chaos for the simple sake of causing chaos? The fact of the matter was the lack of facts. [Isekai-Junsei] is essentially a pocket dimension that can be accessed or escaped into via drawing some form of entryway in the real world i.e a door or a hole. Upon opening or entering said space one of two things will occur. A blank white location that seems to extend for miles on end or essentially a mirrored world of the current thread is produced only in black and white. Drawing another entryway in the mirrored or blank world will create a similar entryway in the real world from which to exit. The exit method isn't particularly discreet unless per say the exit was made on something hiding it or is well hidden to begin with. The world inside of [Isekai-Junsei] can then be entirely manipulated by those inhabiting it. This involves its user and any individuals who may be inside. This manifests itself in the ability to create black and white structures and objects and things from sheer imagination as though the world itself was a blank canvas. Objects made with the intent to do harm require an amount of chakra to do so of an [X]-rank and will only last [1-post] thereof and will be treated as [Spiritual] for interactions. Anything made without this malicious intent otherwise will not impart a cost.
