Putting a hand to his chin, Richard started to think back a bit to the girl's answer. "A game huh?" He kinda repeated trying to recall where exactly he heard the tone from. Scroll games weren't exactly his hobby, but it was something that he heard about. Then it clicked to where he actually heard it. One of the kids at the orphanage recently had a scroll and was playing it. No idea where they had gotten it, but it didn't matter. "Never exactly played it. Though the music isn't bad sounding." When the girl introduced herself a small smile curled from him. "Aya, a pleasure." Giving a polite bow of the head. "Richard is my name. You're free to shorten if you wish." It was nice to meet a friendly face. Though he didn't exactly recognize her. "I'm going to guess and say you're relatively new here?" It was a guess at best. Then again the city was desperate for new hunters and huntresses. It wouldn't surprise him if she was. Yet, he could of been out for longer then he expected.

It was a surprise to see that his assumption was right. In fact this girl was really new to the place, who would of known. Richard personally wasn't too versed in music so much. Though seeing as she was ecstatic to keep playing, he wasn't exactly going to infringe on it. "Oh don't let me stop you. If you want me to listen I would be happy too." He replied with a small smug expression. As she started to play he would actually get comfortable by taking a seat on the fountain's edge. There wasn't a place he needed to be in a hurry. It was more along the lines of simply returning to campus. He had the time and it actually turned out to be a lovely little melody. Definitely one with a more upbeat tone from the last one. Something akin to a child like atmosphere or a sense of adventure. He couldn't quite put his thoughts easily on it, then again he wasn't that much of a music person. Once Aya was done, he was surprised to hear her apologize for it. Giving her a confused look, "Whats wrong with wanting to do something you enjoy? You're not hurting anyone with playing a flute." Richard responded in a genuine manner. Actually it was kind of soothing, mind clearing even. Which was something he definitely needed. "Still if someone says otherwise you can always move it along to a place where people would enjoy it. I certainly am." It was clear he said it honesty. He was never really one to expunge the truth. Always pretty straight forward with what he said. "If anything, its a useful skill to have as well. " He said with utmost certainty. Most people would have to put in good practice after all. He knew that it required practice and dedication to learn to play an instrument of any kind. Very rarely from what he had seen were good with music from the get go. Perhaps it was nice to actually be sitting here like this. With his body having been at rest, it was actually a lot tougher to get going again. Especially sense he decided to wear his armor right from the get go. "If you ever need a person to play for, I could fill that spot. After all it would be nice to have some sort background music during one of my work out sessions." It was a straight forward suggestion. Though one that he would happily take if it came down to it.

Aya smiled at Richard, she loves when people finally appreciate the time she took to learn how to play the flute and perfect it, she was always scolded in her tribe, always told to put that toy down and train since that’s what is important and what all of them do "I'm very glad you enjoyed it, if you ever want to just stay and listen to me play just let me know! I will gladly play for you" Aya said with a big smile, then slowly turns smug "work out you say eh? So you'll be hearing me play while I'm watching you, honestly sounds like fun and I do have some songs that might help you get motivated the work out, depends on what you will do I will play a different song" and started to giggle, it hasn’t been long since she came into the school and already found a cute boy to talk to, Aya is really enjoying herself right now. The thought of having live music playing during his workouts was actually a fine one. Richard really wouldn't of minded it. In fact he was pretty set on the idea, just due to having the company. "You can play what ever you wish. Either that or join in, its up to you." He commented when she mentioned on what she could play for him. When she asked if he was familiar with the school he train of thought changed. "Yeah I'm familiar with the campus. Been here for a little while.You haven't had time to look around yet have you?" He guessed simply by her question. Getting to his feet he would turn back towards her. "If you need someone to show you around, I can do so." Extending a hand, he offered to give her a tour. Not exactly a professional guide or anything, but he knew the important locations. Which in his mind was exceptionally helpful.

Now that sounds like an interesting idea" Aya thought to herself while staring at Richard for a bit without noticing "oh sorry I spaced out for a bit, I didn’t have the time to look around the place but I think I'll leave the exploring part to myself, having someone who knows the area could spoil the fun a bit. But, I would love to go out to jog with you sometimes it sounds like it would be a fun time" Aya smiled towards Richard "just let me know when you'll want to do it and I shall be there in no time! While the touring offer was rejected it, it didn't sadden him in the slightest. Mainly Richard could actually respect her wanting to do it on her own. He was a person to rely on himself rather then ask others for help. Even if she may do it for a different reason, it was still a good quality in his eyes. Taking back his hand, he gave back a smug smile. "Jogging does sound great. Though I would hope you would be able to last with my usual routes." He egged on with a confident tone. If challenged in such a way he could prove his endurance. One thing he definitely excelled at was constant physical activity. "In case we don't cross paths again...." He would start before reaching to his back pocket. With a little bit of a struggle he managed to pull out his scroll. "...You can put your scroll number in here for me. That is if you're willing." He asked hoping to acquire a new friend.

Aya chuckled a bit "I will probably struggle keeping up with you, I mostly jog for fun so I doubt I will be able to keep up with someone like you" she said while being a bit embarrassed, but that expression switched to feeling happy as Richard ask to have her number "well of course! I would love to be your friend" as she took the scroll from Richard's hand and putted in her number "here you go; now you can contact me whenever you want! Upon taking the scroll back, Richard smiled back at her. "Oh you wouldn't need to worry too much about what we do. It wouldn't be anything too life threatening." He tried to play it off as a joke. Though considering how dire and how dangerous their training here really was, anything he would ask for her to do with him wouldn't even come close. Glimpsing at his scroll quickly he noticed the actual time it was. Guess that time did fly pretty fast. "Listen, I gotta go get my dorm situation sorted out. Don't ask, but you're welcome to message me too if there is something you wish to do." He started to walk off before turning back suddenly. "Oh yeah. Welcome to Beacon Aya." With that he started off on his own way towards another part of the campus.

The courtyard of Beacon Academy, gleaming with peaceful nature, happy, chatty students, and a lot of marvelous purity striking peace all around in it's luxurious white building scheme. Disgusting. A little red on the white, more barren trees, and perhaps less... Vermin on the premises. Could people really take this academy as a place to co-exist, and get along in their dreams to be hunters and huntresses? For Nejina Hakusai, that was something left to be desired. This... "School," was to be a fresh future for all? That was a complete laugh and a half. Surely no one else had gone completely crazy throughout all the boring, "peaceful" schematics? Who could blame them!? It was ridiculous here so far, from what she was able to gather. Nothing so grande for her to truly settle her nerves. "The courtyard could use better work... Perhaps... Lovely fur for cushion upon the benches? Perhaps some rabbit's foot hanging upon the trees somewhere for decoration? Mm.... Now THAT would be a wonderful scene~."
In her mind, she was chaotic, envisioning this all before her like one grand fairytale to relish about. Outside her thoughts, she was walking with poise, a porcelain soft smile of ice blue upon her face. OH, she could come off as a perfectly calm woman, though it was another world in her head. Such was in the way of a perfect actor. Her role upon this school to be the innocent student was easy. If she could fool the headmaster good enough to get in, there was no telling what else she could accomplish. "Oh my~! Good day~! Hello to you too~!" Passing by a few students, her hand would wave in a slow pace for greetings. The humans, her smile was genuine. For the faunus, it was a plastered look she manage to accomplish just the same. "Yes, hello hello." Ugh.... Why was this having to happen? Instead of stopping to talk with anyone, Nejina was more just adventuring the grounds, adjusting in her own way to the change of environment. Of course, no one could walk forever. One must rest, should their pretty feet stay pretty. The young woman had done just that, taking her lipstick out from her pocket to touch her lips up. Ahhh... Who said blue lipstick was a horrid thing? She personally found it to bring out her eyes. Small dabs to her upper lip had done the trick.
Before she could proceed to her lower lip, that was when she heard some stirring nearby. "Oh?" Glancing around from where she was sitting, her eyes caught upon another female, slumbering peacefully with no care in the world. My my, was this not a horrible place to do that? Due to their hood, Nejina had been unsure whether they were human or not, going her way towards them to see for herself. "My, myyy~ What must have we here? A sleeping damsel, in the serenity of a peaceful slumber~?"

Valleria didn’t have a great nap, always waking up from the smallest of noises; it’s a new place for her so she feels less safe, and even though beacon is much safer than any place she has ever been to, it is still an unfamiliar area with lots of people that Valleria didn’t know if to trust or not. Ah~! The damsel with a mood swing? Sleeping near the cafeteria though, an interruption should have been expected. Nejina wasn't about to falter away from the females response to having their nap interrupted. Personally she had found it interesting how it had began progressing. At least the woman would conclude to be human, from what she could see for the most part. It was slightly difficult, with the hood obscuring the top of her head. There could have easily been a set of faunus ears hiding underneath, and that was the only miscomforting thing out of it all. Certainly there was no way of outright asking about that either. That would be much too obvious, and much too easy. One must blend in to society by properly remaining the oblivious civilian. This was something Nejina had stuck with as she had spoken.
"I am so terribly sorry to have disturbed your slumber then~! I thought for sure you would have been uncomfortable snoozing before a cafeteria area, where one could easily disturb your peace and quiet, aside from myself. If I may be so bold, I can easily leave you to your own devices, and be awakened by much more devious entities.Surely you are truly in a bit of restlessness I'd presume?" The fact she was laing in a tree was what had given NEjina some idea on what to work with. Surely that was a most uncomfortable spot of choosing. With bark possibly digging into her back, or god knows what sort of insects having tried to itch themselves onto her clothes in her slumber.

Yuki decided to walk around the school after she had done with her dormitory tour and team greetings. Beacon academy was very large and she wanted to her more familiarized with it. The choice she has now is where to start her journey, would she rather begin with the main building, or in the courtyard. After careful consideration of the pros and cons, Yuki decided that it would be better to start in the courtyard, to get a better view of the scale of the buildings as well. Taking her small backpack with her, as well as her old sword in sheathe, she started her walk.
As Yuki was walking towards the courtyard area from the dorms, a tall athletic blue haired guy was walking towards the dorms. Instinctively, she steps to the side a slightly bow as he passed by, a gesture Yuki often does. She would pass by several other people along the way to the courtyard with her doing the same gesture over and over again. Arriving at the courtyard, Yuki scans the area, scrutinizing whatever she can. The courtyard was vast and was filled with people walking to different areas in the academy, eating their meals, practicing and training, and some even are just there for a nap.
"The flowers are very pretty" Yuki mumbles as she walks over to some of the gardens in the area. She would also take note of the location of the mission board, which seemed to always have some people around it, most probably teams looking for missions and are meeting up, or just selecting missions. Thinking about taking missions and becoming a huntress seems to take something off of Yuki's shoulders, like a validation that she was actually on the correct path that she set out for herself.
Valleria hates being disturbed from her sleep, luckly for the girl she was polite and did not annoy Valleria, if she was annoying her, she might have been going to the nurse with an arrow or two in each leg. Valleria sighed and gave Nejina a polite smile "sorry about that, I can get a bit moody when I wake up" Valleria apologized "atleast I woke up from a polite girl and not some noisy guy" Valleria stood up and stretched "getting back to sleep now will be impossible so it would be great if you could stay, I can use someone to talk to." Aya smiled and waved goodbye to Richard as he went away to another place, as he left her sight she started walking around again "now, what should I do… hmm maybe go for that jog I wanted earlier, Or maybe go around meeting new people just like Richard! Yes that sounds like a great idea!" and started walking to where she can see a lot of people and maybe talk to one of them, maybe even all of them. As Aya got close she could see a girl walking towards the big sign where she could see those people but that girl looked familiar, she had the same fox ears and tails of people from her tribe "wait, is that Yuki?!" Aya thought to herself "it is!" as her eyes started sparkling from excitement and her hears pointed upwards as she stared running towards her "Yuki~ I missed you!"
