The owner looked down then back at him, "Yes its a part of the basement. There are three entrances. This is one of them. Its a shortcut to the wine rack I built myself. But since its in the middle of the room with only a ladder to go down, I've hardly ever used it." All Sayo could think about was how much she could scare someone on Halloween with that trap door. She kept her smile to herself

Sayo held her breath as he asked that question "A few so far. A lot of people are looking for a nice home like this. The price hasn't changed too much. As always the people are looking for discounts. Are you going to put in an offer?" he asked

"Don't be silly, I'll sign too, and help fill it out. We are both in this together." Sayo was shocked by how natural the two of them were. It was like they had known each other for years, not days. She felt comfortable around him.
