Somehow one of my memory cards got messed up and I have to start Suikoden IV all over...I had all 108 Stars of Destiny and was at Fort El-Eal...never could get past the thing after Cray.

Rly? Tree Lord was pretty annoying the first time... But after you beat it once it becomes cake walk. And I can beat Suikoden IV with all of the stars in no time at all... It's not like you're playing S3, which is a**-long.

Tree-san was easy for me every time I played it. Yes, I had Kika, Ted, Lazlo, and Snowe, but he's still reeeeeeeeeeeeeallly easy for me. (Use Rsuh when it turns white!)
The hardest Star for me was Gunter. I couldn't find him on Na-Nal for the longest time.

Well it may be the people I had. I sent Lino, Maxine, Ted, and Warlock there...they were all level 50-52.

That party is so broken it's almost not fair. But to be frank, the game is easy as hell anyway, so who cares?

Agreed, I found four to be the easiest, which was disappointing...I just kept thinking, "I wonder if this is going to ever get more challenging...", and when I got to the end, I realized it wasn't. :/

hmm...i cant beat the giant tree behemoth thing...its hard...everyone is level 59 with level 14 weapons and max runes...i keep getting slaugtered (cept once, i got it down to 100 hp and died)

Put them at level 63-65, weapons at level 16. While it is recommended to put Ted and/or Snowe in your party, I have realized that this is not true if you have a healer of some sort. Put Kika in your party and continually use the Falcon Rune on Tree-san. Lather, rinse, repeat, if she dies Jizo Clock her, and just sit back and watch the Mary McGlynn one kick a**.

Lazlo (n-duuur)
Ted
Kika
Optional (Snowe is good)
Make either Ted-kun-chan or Snowe the main healer. Just blast away at the Tree, not the side-jawns, especially with the Soul Eater and Kika's Falcon Rune. The RoP works soopah well too. It's like any other Suikoden boss fight. Spam your runes and have one healing-ho.
