Ilyra
Post 7
HP: 11 HP

Slowly Ilyra went from talking to her girlfriend, trying to convince her, to screaming at her. She couldn't believe that her once girlfriend couldn't remember her, that she would attack Ilyra. Did their years together mean nothing? Finally Tahi stopped attacking, and when she did she vanished almost instantly. Taking a deep breath Ilyra was happy at the very least she wasn't really hurt.

Smoke filled her lungs and Ilyra let it lure her to sleep. In what seemed like seconds Ilyra was asleep, and then she was awake. Once again she was somewhere new. She was a queen in the most lavish room. She got dressed quickly and went to talk to her people.

This stage of her dreamed lasted some time, until one day one of her advisers approached her with a brilliant idea for the people. Ilyra decided to ignore the idea. Change wasn't always a good thing, she knew this first hand.

Eleina
Post 7
HP: 6 HP

The battle part of her dream was soon over, and she was instead transported through the smoke somehow to a lavish room where she realized that she was queen! Her, a halfling! Really it was about time people realized how amazing she was and started to follow her.

Ruling was fun, and when her adviser came up with a plan to make things better Eleina decided to take the idea for herself and go through with it. She was in control, why shouldn't she take the credit? Plus she didn't want to risk her subjects thinking that her adviser was a better leader then she was. No, if they thought that it was her idea and that she was always looking to make their lives better they would love her more. Right?

Lasarra
Post 7
HP: 5 HP

She wouldn't hit someone she loved. She wouldn't. After a few hits things started to go black, and before she knew it Lasarra had passed out.

Waking up she was surprised to find she wasn't sore or harmed in anyway, even though she had taken a beating just before. Even more confusing was where she was. The room was giant, crazy, and so over the top. It wasn't her room back home, that was for sure. Before she could even look around or get in bed someone came in, telling her that they are her adviser and that she was queen to a kingdom of people who loved her very much. Although it was a shock at first Lasarra accepted it and went to meet her people.

After some time passed the adviser that met with her the first day came to her with an idea to make the kingdom a better place. Of course she told him to go through with it. A happier kingdom made a happier people which made her a happy queen.

Niadra
Post 7
HP: 11 HP

Blow after blow Niadra just crouched down and took it. Why was he doing this. She just couldn't understand. Her eyes filled with tears the world slowly went black, the pain no longer being tolerable.

The next part of her dream was much more peaceful, and when Niadra woke up to find herself a queen she wondered if this was her reward for not fighting her boyfriend. For being a good girlfriend. She danced around the kingdom and for all her subjects, all of which adored and loved her. This was the kind of life she only dreamed of living.

One day her chief adviser came to her with an idea to make the kingdom a better place, to which she agreed to. She just wanted to dance and be with her subjects, they could deal with all the dirty work.

Briella
Post 7
HP: 17 HP

She didn't hold back, but before she could swing her swords there was smoke everywhere. Confused, and a little guilty, Briella just stood there not believing what she was about to do before Patience made her feel a little better. Things happen sometimes.

The smoke that was once her partner filled the room and was gone almost as quickly as it was there. In it's place was a lavish room and a bed bigger then she could ever wish for. It was crazy. As someone came in and started to tell her about her day she realized that she was queen of a kingdom and she had people to rule over. Although it was stunning she went to greet her people, determined to be the best queen ever.

In some days time her advisers told her about a plan to make her kingdom even better and she decided to let them do it. After all a better kingdom was good for her and for her people.

Draven
HP: 4

I CHOOSE CHOICE B

Things changed once more and he was in the sight of everyone, the ruler of a kingdom. Really? Him? He couldn't even rule over a a Keldari nest let alone this. But as the cheers and praise came his way, it kinda felt right? Shaking his head, Draven looked around before his adviser came to his side. They had a plan to help the kingdom become even better, something that would benefit everyone.

This was an idea that he liked, but wasn't in the interest of taking all the credit for himself. Really, he should have, but it wasn't in his character to want everything for himself. It sounded selfish had harmful to others that came up with the idea. Sucking down whatever pride he would have had, Draven sends the adviser off to put this plan into motion. Sending it with his blessing and favor, if anyone deserved the credit was the minds that thought of it. He would over see as he should, but he was an onlooker, not the selfish to take everything for himself.

Xilarn
Post: 8
HP: 17

Akiyal was vicious. It wasn't his attitude and demeanor that brought the greatest alarm to Xil or even the force behind his strikes, but more that it actually seemed like he knew what he was doing. There was a confident rhythm to his blows that Xilarn was unaccustomed to. Aki wasn't trained. He shouldn't know how to fight like this. He shouldn't be in this place, doing these things at all.

But he was. And it felt horrifically as there there was nothing Xilarn could do about it. Not fight back; he wasn't going to hit his own son in the middle of a war zone. Talking didn't seem effective, and he wasn't going to leave him there. Now didn't seem like the time to ask 'why' he was here or what he was planning on doing, either.

He had no choice but to settle for the least harmful option.

"Aki, wait. If you could-" Xil twisted away from a fist aimed at his chest. "-stop for a second and let me speak-" He stepped back out of range of a kick and reached, knocking Akiyal's ankle and making him stagger. "Calm down and look at me for a moment." The younger Wind man regained his balance and lunged, brows furrowed, eyes wild, angry for reasons Xil couldn't even explain. Xilarn grabbed his arms, dropped down, and yanked him off to the side, dropping Aki to the dirt with a muted grunt.

"You listen to me right now, you little brat," he hissed angrily. "I have not kept you alive for this long or let you come this far just so you can fight and die in some battle for people who don't know or care anything about you." He straightened and dragged up on the younger man as he did. "You are finished here. And so help me I swear to every god imaginable, if you continue to refuse, I will break-"

Aki touched his arm, a light, feather-dusting of the tips of his fingers to Xilarn's forearm. The older man stiffened, mouth pinching shut as his son blinked at him in bewilderment. Xil dropped him, and a plume of smoke rose in his place.

His heart hammered. Horror of an entirely different variety leaped from his gut to his throat and lodged there. He wouldn't break anything that had to do with Aki. Of course not. Not here or anywhere else. Or for anything. That much had to be true because it had never not been. The smoke coiled around his feet and drifted up. Xil crossed his arms, as if the extra weight against his chest would slow his erratic heartbeat. It was fine. He was gone. Everything was gone. He sucked in a deep breath.

      Fine, fine, fine.

He closed his eyes. And was rewarded with unfamiliar, yet not wholly unwelcome plush warmth beneath him. He groaned softly. Morning, of course, came with it's own brand of dissatisfaction. Every morning, on the dot. He blinked, tipping his head toward the golden sunlight spilling through the window. And apparently a great slew of other golden and ornate decoration. Xilarn squinted at it and fingered the downy, gold embroidered coverlet atop him.

      It certainly wasn't his room.

Xil sat up, tossing blankets from atop him and scrabbling to- escape didn't feel quite right, but it certainly held the same sense of urgency. Before he was able to make much headway, a woman barged through his door, and she was speaking before she'd so much as set foot through the entryway. She didn't look as surprised to see him as he might have expected, and was instead rattling off names and lists and appointments that Xilarn certainly didn't remember making.

When it turned out he wasn't reacting fast enough to what she was saying, she barked at him, "We don't have time to dally." A moment of hesitance, and then, tacked on as an afterthought, "Sire, please."

Maybe her harping wasn't as objectionable after that. After hurried dawning long, sweeping robes that were surely the least practical thing he'd ever worn, Xilarn followed her out. People bowed when they greeted him and smiled as they did. It didn't suit him. It wasn't something he'd ever had any especially deep interest in. And it still seemed ridiculous to lavish such attention on one person.

      However.

There were worse places to live and worse people to be around, and if everyone enjoyed living under his reign, he shouldn't very well take that from them. It didn't mean he was especially familiar with how things should work. Xil grazed over the whole process, happy to let someone else handle the thinking and enacting.

Dexurn- Post 8
HP 6
I CHOOSE CHOICE C

When Dex found himself screaming at his friend, he bit his lip and felt his cheeks heat up with embarrassment. He’d been trying to end it peacefully, and was now yelling... but at least his friend had stopped attacking. He reached out when his friend vanished in the smoke, looking around with concern until the same smoke enveloped him. It made his body feel so heavy. He just needed to rest his eyes...

When they opened up again, he was shocked by his lavish surroundings. Everything there... it was like being in his old master’s room! He sat up slowly, briefly wondering if he was supposed to be there. When the determined man entered, Dex’s first instinct was to apologize! Then, it clicked. He was the king! The people loved him! Life.. was so good.

When his advisor approached with the new idea, part of Dex blanched. It really was a marvelous idea, but... things were good as they were. The people were happy. What if they chose the advisor over him because of the idea? He’d finally gotten to a point in life where he didn’t have to worry about his next meal. He had people who cared about him. He was in charge and confident. They trusted his decisions. It wouldn’t be so bad to leave things as they were, right?

Rhonann- Post 8
HP 8
I CHOOSE CHOICE A

Rhonann blinked with surprise, stumbling a little before catching her balance. What had just happened? Where was-? ..her friend. Her eyes watered a tiny bit before the gentle touch. ..Was it really alright?

She closed her eyes against the smoke, wanting to sleep, and it seemed like only a blink away had her waking up in bed. She sat quickly, wondering where she was. Everything was so nice and rich looking! Looking over as the advisor marched in, she grinned. Oh! She was the queen! Right! Everything was going her way!

The day the advisor came forward, Rhonann was ecstatic. That was a wonderful idea! Dismissing the advisor, she turned around and put the plan into action. This was what advisors were for, right? They made the suggestions, and she put things into place. How else was a queen to manage a whole kingdom on her own? Advisors were simply advisors. The kingdom would be nothing without her leading the way.

Faamy- Post 8
HP 5
I CHOOSE CHOICE B

Faamy had crouched down, curling up into a ball as the hits came. Each one weighed on her more and more, but she couldn’t attack her friend... The weight of the attacks was getting so heavy, she had to close her eyes.

When her eyes opened again, Faamy couldn’t move from shock. Everything around her was fit for a princess! Was she famous?

The man entering the room made her hop onto her feet with delight. She was famous! She was queen! There was so much to do!

When her advisor came to her with a new idea, she hesitated. It really was a wonderful idea. The people would benefit so much from it. The people would love it. ..Would they love the person who came up with the idea more than they loved her? It was after a long moment that she gave approval for the advisor to go ahead with his idea. She had to believe her people would see that she was still their best chance. The man was her advisor for a reason, after all! She wouldn’t hire someone who wasn’t good at their job!

V'demhe
Post 8 - Choice B
HP 10

I CHOOSE CHOICE B

After the mishap with Virain attacking she was suddenly in a bed, in a room full of lavish things. V'demhe looked more confused than ever. Why would she be there? Then she noticed everything else. Advisers. People's love. She was a... Queen? Dem shook her head. That couldn't be right! She had never wanted a place of leadership. It wasn't something she coveted.

As things went on she noticed that she was getting, or taking credit for the ideas of others. That didn't sound like her at all. So when one of her advisers came to her with an idea that would help everyone prosper she nodded and told them to go ahead with it. She wouldn't take credit for it this time. V'demhe didn't like the idea of being praised for someone else's work.

I CHOOSE CHOICE A

With everything that happened she was more than pleased to learn that she was Queen! Phaedra basked in the glory of it all. The love from others. The praise they gave so willingly. When she was approached with an idea that would farther her popularity with the people she grinned. However, like all the times before, she didn't want to share the spotlight. So she sent the adviser away and then set into motion the first actions of the plan. Phae would make the people love her even more!

Huyana
Post 8 - Choice C
HP 12

I CHOOSE CHOICE C

He had taken some abuse from Eirlys before the area around him changed yet again. Only now he was in a gorgeous room on a comfy bed. This was the life!! Huyana smiled as he lounged around. Then he was set upon by advisers and people, all giving their love! He was their King! Sweet Frost! He took credit for ideas passed on to him by the advisers, the people loved him for it, and the lands were stable! Flourishing even!

When he was faced with another great idea he didn't want to share center stage with anyone. He could claim the idea as his own like the times before. Or.. Huyana sent the adviser away and did nothing. The land was already rich. Letting things stay as they were wouldn't hurt anything.
