It took her a bit more time than she realized to reach the forested area. Traveling by the coast, walking till she reached the forested area, and then maneuvering through obstacles was one of her most rigorous achievement. So by the time she had reached her destination Misa was tired. Glancing around her surrounding, there didn’t seem to be any Pokemon that looked like a Lapras. She saw some Krabby but no Pokemon that would ferry people across the waters. Perhaps the Lapras was further along the shoreline. Taking in gulps of air to revitalize her lungs Misa marched forward.

Squirtle continued to be bounded with energy as it danced along the shell. Lapras glanced towards the human whose calm expression did not change. In her mind, Misa did not understand why this Pokemon would turn to being a thief. It looked like there were people who actually thought this Pokemon was stealing from others. Wouldn’t it be easier to ask the Lapras then just watch it? Lapras were known as very gentle and kind Pokemon, so it was difficult to imagine a Lapras to take from others. A small beeping sound came from her device. Digging into her pocket she glanced at what the source of this beeping was. It appeared that it was a message from her mother. In the message it explained how there have been poachers on the rise. It seems that various Pokemon had their eggs taken away and were now looking for the culprits. This was definitely something she could work with. If the reason all these Pokemon were stealing objects had something to do with their eggs taken away…..it might explain why there have been a lot of thefts recently. The Lapras swam closer to the human, not sure if it could actually trust it. The Squirtle jumped off the creature’s shell and jumped into Misa’s arms. The Lapras stared hard at the human while all Misa could do was look back at it. The beautiful creature still did not know if it could trust a human when it was a human that took something very precious from it. Still, its pride was not enough for it to not ask any Pokemon or human for help. It glanced to the Squirtle who was now on the human’s shoulder. If another Water-type could trust this human then it might also be able to trust it too.
