▊▊▊▊ ▊▊▊▊♠▊▊▊▊ XXXXXYoshi looked up as he felt what he could only assume was the Kage of the village. The chakra signature was immense, filling the entire area with is over bearing power and feeling. He seemed busy, preoccupied with other ninja who seemed to be waiting for him. A group of three shinobi, and chuunin by the looks of them. He could take each of the with one hand behind his back. But for now, they would have their moment to shine in the sun under the watchful eye of the Kage. But, with him in the area, this was the perfect moment for Yoshi to demonstrate his own skill set, and maybe even outshine the ninja being observed. To outshine them however, would take a very powerful move, and the longer Yoshi thought about it, the more he liked what was going to come next. "I will be a god of this world, and show them the true path to power."
XXXXXYoshi raised his hands skyward, reaching deep within himself to draw forth power, pouring his raw emotion into the mixture. His skin burned with power as chakra surged through his veins and throughout his body. His body began to shake as he stored more and more power. Rods began to form in the air above him, shooting upward into the sky. The air directly above him began to hum and vibrate with intense power. The rods reached the top of their arc and began to fly downward, impacting with the barrier, being sent flying in every direction, scattering them across the training grounds and littering it with shattered pieces of the rods. He lowered his hand, moving the barrier, before pointing it at a tree, launching the wall of gravity towards it. The wall quickly reached the tree, smashing it as if it was made of paper, before dispelling into thin air once more. [Shinra Tensei Learned]"This is only the beginning" He said quietly, as he left the training grounds.
Passive: • Use of the Rinnegan's Gravity Control allows for the user's body to become near weightless, allowing gliding and even flight. Because of this, the user gets +2 that can be allocated to either stat. If the cap needs to be passed, it can. • Is able to produce an unlimited amount of rods, which can also be used to track shinobi who are in possession of one of the rods. • Rinnegan Techniques are strengthened by one rank and the use of handseals have been simplified to hand gestures (i.e. closing the hand, opening the palm, clasping hands, etc.) • Rinnegan techniques cost 25% less chakra if they're the only techniques perform in that post. • Rinnegan wielders have a very, very in-depth sense of perception, similar to the Sharingan. They possess great foresight and can sense chakra, see chakra, feel muscle movements, etc. This chakra sensing is akin to the ability to sense the vibrations of movement; to feel every movement and its location, and to sense its effects on the terrain, the wind, the ground. You can accurately pinpoint the location of the enemy and their movements with this, especially if they have a large amount of chakra. The larger their chakra is, the better you'll be at sensing their movements. Someone with 400+ chakra could be sensed from miles away. • A God's Example Those of the Rinnegan bloodline have such control of gravity that they can alter the weight of their bodies at will. This allows them to shift stats from either strength or speed into the other (up to a cap of 2) This can be done at any point in the battle and without any cost in chakra, however, it cannot be done quickly, requiring a 2 post break between uses of this passive. As these are base stat changes, they are unaffected by the stat cap each class receives. • Distance Yourself For no chakra at all, those of the Rinnegan can relocate Jutsu of their rank of lower by shifting it's location. Not like the shinra tensei's full push, but like, a small nudge, knocking it just past them. This can only be done once every five posts. • Black Lightning: Raiton techniques are black in color; they do blunt damage as well as shocking damage • Strength of Ranton increased by one rank. All lightning techniques are black and count as ranton. • Raiton used against them is weakened by one rank
Techniques
• Shinra Tensei 20 chakra (A-rank), 50 for a massive scale (SS-rank) By aiming your hand forward, you will create a barrier that can block any and all attacks and will repel objects outwards. This can be used offensively and defensively, but is primarily defensive. It focuses on the aspect of repulsion and can be crafted into a larger scale than its regular potency, which is then capable of destroying an entire village. However, it can only be used once every 3 posts, and the larger scale will prevent you from using another Rinnegan technique for 5 posts. You cannot simply stop this technique by coating your feet with chakra.

Honchurue Aisu Chunnin-Hyouton-Clay Hands
Honchurue did not say a word at all when the other two arrived and continued reading his scroll. It was not until the Mizukage's presence could be felt did he replace the scroll in his cloak. Standing up Honchurue made a small bow to his leader and just kept quiet. Inside his mind was exhausted and his stomach was growling but he ignored it. While he waited for the test he thought how it would go. Either against each other or as a team, which in all honrsty he hoped it woukd be a team match with the other two.
It had taken him some time to have his hair properly dyed a night black. The young man went out his way and bought a whole new attire and burned all the old except his old headband. Donning Kirigakure's headband upon the arm of his new trenchcoat did not stop him from walking about with a momento in his pocket. Compared to his usual "emo" attire, his appearance was just as dark with a tad bit more class and elegance sprinkled atop. He was here to aim to grasp the opportunity of a promotion. The first to land in his line of sights was Isabelle. It was not hard to spot her out the crowd. With silent steps he walked over to her and placed a swift kiss upon her cheek. His head turned to all about and nodded slightly to each individual as a brief greeting. Once his sights fell upon the Mizukage he straightened up a bit. "I apologize for the late arrival." He would wait for the Kage's instructions before doing anything.

"Stay Frosty..."
Kaijuu dipped his head when Regula appeared returning the courtesy he had been shown. His eyes returned to the kage as he spoke. Kaijuu had slept in a good bit and was most likely more rested than Isabelle and Honchurue but he had to admit he was rather hungry. "He woke us up early and prevented us from getting food. He must be planning something." Kaijuu thought in his mind as he glanced to the other three now around him. "There is a total of four. Five perhaps if the kage plans to include himself. This could yield a great many number of tests. two v. two, three v. one, three v. 2, or even a four or fiveway free for all." Kaijuu thought as his attention was drawn to a nearby genin who seemed to be smashing trees as if they were nothing. A slight smirk crossed Kaijuus visage as he remember two years ago when he was doing the same thing. Though he had to admit this newcomers methods were far flashier than Kaijuus. "It seems everyone has those eyes." Kaijuu thought with a sigh seeing the same eyes Rosaline had across the boys, he wondered if this one would have greater control over them though he supposed time would have to wait to answer that question and he should instead focus on the task at hand.
[ITTT]Isabelle's heart began to beat uncontrollably, then it stopped. Her scentless breath escaped her along with the words she wished to muster. With wide eyes, Regula drenched her view. For a moment-- a moment only, she was dying. Then her heart began to beat again In a steady fashion. Her man candy took her breath away. Stole the life from her being. Could she believe her eyes? Belle found this new image beautiful on so many levels. Oh how she wished to hop onto his slender frame and wrap her shiny legs around his waste. Oh how she wished to -- no. Isabelle's creativity was escaping her and now Cecil had arrived. Winking at her beloved from across the way, Isabelle bit her bottom lip with a sexy flare.

All of these abilities are freestyle, and cost no chakra, and are thus like free taijutsu/weapon styles that you can always activate. The strength of the following abilities is equal to your current Rank, but cannot be higher than A-rank in strength maximum (even with Bloodlines passive technique strength increase) LIGHTNING: Tempest - A lightning elemental's abilities are similar to a fire elemental's, but more precise, and more efficient. They can charge lightning in their legs to engage in colossally long-ranged jumps, catapulting to their desired location (+3 speed). Similarly, they can create lightning from their body, which can quickly shock and paralyze nearby enemies who couldn't see it coming.
• Nature Provides Due to the nature of their powers, an elemental will regenerate 5% of their chakra (boosts not included) every post, up until they have 50% of their maximum chakra (boosts included).
• Elemental Body You can lace your body entirely with your element at almost any time. The rank is a default C (powered to B), but you can expend chakra to increase the rank of the defense. You will look entirely like a physical silhouette of your element; an ice sculpture, a sort of living lava lamp, etc, depending on your element. While in this state. you can use your own body as a source for your techniques, and will reduce the strength of techniques used against you by 1 rank. This lasts for up to 10 posts, but can be deactivated with but a Thought.
Thunderstruck • Lightning and Magnetism manipulation to the extent of your rank, no further. At a young rank, your lightning and magnetism might not be the best, but at higher ranks, the lightning and magnetism manipulation is superb. With both manipulations, at Kage rank, for example, you can make an electromagnetic storm and direct your raiton and magnetism techs more directly.
Thunder Sonar • Objects that hold lightning that you've made can be tracked by you from anywhere, sensed by you, and that lightning can be given back using the passive "volt siphon" technique for a small restoration of chakra for more raiton techniques
Cecil looked as his three Chuunin, they were all here. They were all tired and most likely hungry. All of it was going the way that it should go. "Regula, why don't you go and train a bit. I want this test to be between me and the three of them. I would prefer they have no distractions, I'll finish up what we talked about afterwards." He turned and looked as he saw the other Rinnegan user, if he did well Cecil would give him a promotion. He would then turn to the last three once Regula left.
"Your test to become Jounin is very simple, you must take a bell from me." Cecil held up two bells into everyone's view, then he put them back on his side. "There are only two because only two of you will become jounin. The rules are straight forward, you may take bells from each other but only if I still have a bell in my possession. There is a time limit, but you will not know what it is. This is a free for all, as such I expect all of you to use your full strength. If you don't come at me with the intention to kill me, then you'll never get one of these bells. This is not some simple Genin test, I won't hold back nor will all of you pass. Just remember that." He smiled then pulled out a scroll activating summoning the item within. Samehada would appear in his hands, of course it would be wrapped up. More importantly if one did not study the Mist Seven they might know the swords name but not know anything about it. No doubt Kaijuu knew about it but did the other two was the real question. "Now Start." (Be honest about knowing about the sword aka if your character had no reason to care about it then they wouldn't know what it did.)
Kaijuu sighed as he heard to terms. What a pain this was going to be. He did not wish to fight the other, he always preferred fighting one opponent. As the mizukage continued to lay out the rules Kaijuu began to dislike this test more and more. It really was not something he would particularly excel at and he especially did not wish to fight Isabelle in a free for all battle. As the words "Begin" slipped from his kages mouth Raiken instantly turned to both Honchurue and Isabelle not drawing his weapon. "I say we fight him and whoever two gets a bell gets them. We cut out stealing from each other and just focus on him." Kaijuu said intently hoping at least one would accept his proposal. It would be far more annoying to fight three opponents as opposed to fighting just one.
Kaijuus eyes looked between Honchurue and Isabelle awaiting their response. He saw his kage choose his weapon and smirked at the decision thinking it almost a temptation for Kaijuu, though his attention was focused on the other two awaiting a response hoping especially Isabelle would accept. "That genjutsu of hers would make my life a living hell." Kaijuu thought knowing he would both look a fool and act one if Isabelle decided against joining him which he expected she would believing she would wish the limelight all to herself as opposed to sharing.
Honchurue listened to the Kage and groaned before getting ready to disappear, when Kaijuu layed out his offer, Honchurue thought about it for a second before nodding at the Hoshigaki. Then he saw the blade the Mizukage held, Samehada. A much louder groan would be heard as he remembered that blade and its siblings from the night he had been run out of town. After agreeing he quickly spat a glob of ice at the Mizukage before finding a hiding place to prepare his next movement.
|| Chunin || [130/130] ] || 4/4 [Sp/St] || Terumi|| Ninjutsu|| Mist || Having had been pulled away for an emergency Voldo had to drop from the Jounin Exams. Fueled with rage his aura like black miasma as he walked into the training field. His feathered cloak rustling in the gentle mist filled breeze. He could not allow himself to become weak, despite being one of the most powerful chunin the mist has.... he did not wish to remain as just a chunin. That would be an outrage to himself.
"this time im not holding back. They want to see power? then i will show them the horrors of my divine power gifted to me by the Mist" His eyes fierce as he pulled out a scroll. Studying harder was the key, only this time he was going to show everyone his ninjutsu prowess was unmatched.
Voldo not only having three chakra natures due to his bloodline, but his clan increasing one of them immensely. Voldo's Fire style jutsu can do twice as much destructive force on mere genin level jutsu thanks to his clan. Reading through the scroll he nodded and tucked it away. Weaving hand signs he focused his chakra till he could picture the very essence of fire mingling with it. (1) Smiling he held out his hand. if the chakra didnt crackle with ember sparks then the chakra wasnt mixed with enough fire chakra. The glowing blue chakra formed but no embers. (2) He kept focusing till he saw sparks. His blood hot from fusing all the chakra till the chakra in his hand started moving like flames and suddenly crackling as embers flew up and disipated. (3) He absorbed his chakra back in now having the perfect mix he stored i within himself reasdy to release it. tasting the smoke and heat as he smiled. shaping the chakra Voldo makes a seal with his hands. "Fire release! Neshou Bunshin!" (4) In a puff of smoke a clone appeared of Voldo. They smiled at each other and Voldo insturcts the clone to go stand in the clearing. The clone walks over there and voldo Tosses a kunai at it. Upon being struck in the back the clone violently explodes like a Molotov setting the grass and leaves around it abalaze with fire.(5, Katon: Neshou Bunshin learned)
Voldo walked over to the flames and smirks as he begins eating the fire restoring the chakra he used to make the clone and putting the fire out in the process.

[ITTT]Belle felt that it was funny how they wished to ally. Did they misunderstand the rules? Only two bells, three ninja. Only two of the three would prevail to the next rank. Licking her seductive lips, the young vixen took a final gander towards her revamped lover and smirked. "Sure. I guess that makes sense...", in the best innocent tone she could muster. Sighing, she watched for her opening. The two would inevitably make this test easy for her. After all, IsAbelle was a queen. Why not allow thou pawns pave a crimson red carpet for her to trample upon.

Kaijuu nodded to both of them with thanks. He did not enjoy fighting his comrades so he would be satisfied with this outcome ever if he was not on to grab a bell. He drew his own massive blade knowing that Cecil would intend to fight in close quarter combat. He then smirked as a thick mist began to roll in engulfing all the combatants. Kaijuu had used this same move against Regula at the gates but its effectiveness would still serve Kaijuu well. He knew Cecil must be fast due to his bloodline so in order to prevent himself from being so easily outclassed he knew he had to up his own perception to a new level. As the mist engulfed him and Cecil Kaijuus eyes closed now being able to see everything all at once. "This must be how hyuugas feel." Kaijuu thought noting how absolute his sense was.
He stood with his sword drawn wondering what his teammates would do with this move. He decided not to rush in all at once and wait for them to attack as well unsure if Honchurue could see in this thick mist it would be quick detrimental to Kaijuus health if he was caught in the crossfire. His mind began pondering his next move as he awaited theirs.
His eyes would narrow. He found it ironic how the ninja of Kirigakure immediately resorted to the use of the Hidden Mist technique with almost each an every fight. He would steadily observe - as close and as much as possible - what was to unfold before him. Though his Kage instructed him to train, he had not a single technique to learn. His knowledge, for now, was at its limit unless he came up with something anew. Otherwise, the shinobi had learned all that he needed. Currently, his jutsu limit had reached it cap. Thus, why he was so eager to gain the title of Jounin. It would allow him to move forward as a shinobi. For now, however, he found himself stuck in an odd predicament. He knew it was possible others of his village would come in search for him. What he was not sure of, was whether or not the Mizukage would simply hand him back over to the "law enforcers" of Kumogakure. This very thought plagued him. Should one come after him of higher-rank would he surely be capable of fending them off? It seemed as if he had not a choice but to wait and find out. The man began to wonder if the day would come that he, himself, would withhold the position of a Kage.

Cecil watched the three agree to an alliance, it was shaky at best with Isabelle but it would have to due for them. Honchurue fired some ice at him while Kaijuu used mist. It was a good combo move, however he was trained in the mist and knew the mist like the back of his hand. Closing his eyes Cecil could now see better then with his eyes open. He used his other senses to guide him, which would prove that mist obsolete, except if he was using it to sense him with his bloodline. "You see Kaijuu you may be able to sense me and see me, and everywhere I move, however just because you can see me doesn't mean your body can move to react in time." He dodged the ice with his high speeds and gave it a wide distance. Then moving way faster then any of the chuunin could he would bring Samehada to hit Kaijuu's waist.

Honchurue watched as the mist kicked in and was happy when his mist vision kicked in. He watched as the battle began knew he had to do something. Then an idea clicked. Quickly he formed an ice clone and before it fully solidified he broke off the chest cavity and poured a ton of explosive clay in it. After reattaching the chest the clone took on his figures exactly and ran at the Mizukage with an ice sword drawn.

Kaijuu smirked as his leader would bolt around the training ground easily evading his comrades attack. Kaijuu would proceed to slam his sword into the ground on his left hip as his kage took a wide arc perhaps closing in on Kaijuu. As Cecil did so he was quite faster and Kaijuu and his samehada made contact with Kaijuu's sword before Kaijuu could plant it into the earth. Because of this the strike knocked the back end of Kaijuus own blade into his body knocking him a good ten to fifteen yards back sending him crashing and rolling across the ground.
He stood with a slight cough regaining his breathe and smirking at his kages comment. "You are correct. I am not fast enough to counter when we are in such close proximity. I can however prevent my chakra from being absorbed." Kaijuu spoke as the mist thickened, Kaijuu for some reason enacted another hidden mist technique now compounding the two and making the air all around the ground over saturated with moisture. He took a leap backwards further increasing the distance between the two to hopefully keep his leader from getting so close that Kaijuu would be able to do nothing due to their difference in speed.
Kaijuu clenched his free hand and as he did small puddles began to pool all around. Whatever Kaijuu was planning it was obvious his teammates where not aware. "Isabelle can't be trusted. If I obtain a bell I may need to retreat and abandon Honchurue. While I do not wish to I is unfortunately perhaps the only way I may guarantee my advance in rank." Kaijuu mused his clothes becoming damp from the over saturated air all around them. He huffed his breathe upward rather frustratedly not enjoying this feeling preferring to be submerged in water rather than just surrounded by a farce of it. Though on the bright side he could clearly perceive anything and while these techniques were active it would slow down his opponent if only a minuscule amount.
