Aya stood back up. 'Up and down, up and down' she thought to herself. That was a lot of what she was doing. With her chakra nearly recovered she was ready for a long streak of tries. Performing the seal of the tiger, Aya put her determination and chakra into her words, "Henge no Jutsu!"

"I see, well Im Meji, Im an herbalist. Ive always grown up around plants and botony, medicine making, potions, all that good stuff. Its been my passion since I was 5 or 6. I finally realized that the best way for me to help people would be to become strong enough to find the rarest and most exotic plants, then make medicine with them. I can gain so much strenght from the training you all go through here, and Ive always loved this village, I hope I can represent it with pride someday!"
Meji spoke slowly, it was not exactly a sensitive subject, but he already missed being away from his family. Suddenly his homesickness racked him.
I gotta push this thought from my mind, try transforming again!
He stood quickly, forcing his family from his mind, he needed to concentrate and thinking about how much he missed them since they dropped him off would only hurt his training.

Shaking out her arms and legs, Aya brought her arm up to her chest, pointing her thumb at herself. "I'm going to get this!" she said with more determination. Keeping her eyes open, she concentrated even more keeping her hands in the seal of the sheep. "Henge!"

As Aya listened, she watched as Meji transformed. "My brother is very earth-intuned. I'm not, but I'm determined to be!" she said, filling up with excitement. She tried to channel that excitement into the jutsu, keeping her hands in the tiger seal. "Henge!"

His recent success had revitalized his spirit, but not his body.
"Oh my, I think its time I sat down again, this is intense..."
He gazed curiously at Aya for a moment, then finally asked
"hey... so why are you training, whats your reason for being here?"
Sitting down again Meji knew he needed more time before his next attempt, and the best way to pass the time was conversation.

"My brother understand Genjutsu very well and he's always more cunning and smart than me. I figured if I can't beat him in wits that I can beat him in the way of the ninja!" She said with a smile. "Besdies, my mother is fighting to be Kage right now. My father is always away doing missions for the village. They're all trying hard to help Kusagakure, so I have to do my best too! My mom told me this morning that she wanted me to stay strong and study hard!"
Bringing her hands to the tiger seal she added, "I will stay strong! Henge!"

Floppind down on her bum, yet again, Aya smiled. "That was my best try!" she said with great spirits. "I want to keep going. I wish I had more chakra!" she told Meji. She sat, picking at the green grass underneath her. It was such a pretty color. Her mother had told them that no grass was greener than the grass in this village. She hoped her mother was staying strong right now too.

Staring back in amazement at Aya's transformation he gaped.
"wow... perfect in every way"
Ive got to try to keep up if she can do something like that.
"My parents arent ninjas, Ill be the first in my clan to ever even dream of it. They are all doctors or botonists or herbalists. None of us were ever very strong, but we have plenty of brains. I want to break the tradition and make everyone proud."
Meji stood, slowly, his normally perfect hair was in tassles now. He slid his hands back over it trying to pat it down, but gave up after a few tries.
"Ok, this is it, gonna work this time for sure!!!"
Meji made the tiger seal and concentrated.
"HENGE!!!!"

Aya couldn't fall behind! He was starting to pass her. She didn't want to let this guy beat her. Her thoughts tried to reach for positivity. "My brother knows a lot of things. You could always ask him about the location of plants and stuff," she told Meji.
Bringing her hands back to the tiger seal, she breathed deep. She wish sensei would call for a snack break. Shaking her head, she keep her thoughts on the Jutsu. "Henge!" she spoke.

Meji grinned at Aya and gave her a thumbs up.
"Awesome, we are both complete with our training for the day, and not a moment too soon either, Im exhausted"
((IRL I should be heading off to work soon, but I wanna wrap this up))
Meji stepped back, and cleared his mind. Closing his eyes he concentrated on the goal, the rock, and every nitch, crannie, and break it had.

Aya smiled. One last time, and we'll be done... she thought to herself. She needed to rest though, or else she would collapse and pass out. She watched as Meji tried it again.
{I can wait till later tonight to post again. I'll just rest and get my full strength back. I'm going to a festival today anyways. I should be leaving soon too. I'll see ya later!}

'Well... thats enough for me now, I think its time I napped this off."
Meji looked around for a comfortable tree to lay under, he had pushed his body enough for today, the last thing he wanted to do was harm himself this early in his training.
"Good luck Aya!" Meji said as he straitened his hair, picked up his medicine backpack and trotted off to a comfortable looking tree. "Ill keep working when I feel stronger!"
finally laying down, Meji closed his eyes and fell fast asleep

"I think you're right, Meji," Aya said, taking a seat close by the rock. "Besides, I have to give Izuki a chance to catch up huh?" she told him with a teasing smile. Hopefully, that would give Izuki more determination. She stretched out her arms and laid flat on her back. "I'm not giving up, I'm just taking a breaaak," she said with a yawn, before closing her eyes.
