*Yuji shrugged, "it's okay. The past is what shapes us. Th emistakes we make we learn from, the lessions we do learn we carry with us onword." He nodded and leaned back to relax, "what is it your thinking about in the past?"
Meanwhile Shortstraw gulped, "oh... well when you put it that way..." He chukkled and grabbed her tight to him as he rolled her over so he was laying on her as she whispered, "then i guess we better get started to see who has the best skill..."

Hikari kept her head down as she thought. "I regret not trying harder to help Amelie with her problems. Especially back in our first life." Her smile faded a little. "We've all suffered because of her suffering. I take a little responsibility for that. I wasn't a very good older sister." She then smiled a little. "I know there's no point dwelling on it now though. There's no point to crying over spilled milk."
Kiera smiled more. "And this is why I love you." She quickly kissed his forehead softly.
As the night dragged on and Kiera and Shortstraw eventually found their way back to their room Kiiro was suddenly stirred from her spot talking to a few other small demons and raced over to Lucifers cave. Strangely, Kiiro looked angry more than anything. "Father no!" She screamed at him. "You can't do this she's not yours to take!" Lucifer let out a small half smile. "Let me do my job, pet." Kiiro was at a loss, so she suddenly turned and ran out of the cave to run all the way to the entrance to Hell so that she may get out in a hurry. There was no way to teleport out, for her. But she needed to get out as quick as possible.

*Shortstraw of course was in great spirts, of course he made sure his kids were in bed and everything was alrigth before him and keria went for round two in there own room.
Meanwhile yuji nodded, "yes well i didn't know then what i know now sadly. Else it may have been better even for her. But yes it's in the past now." He suddenly pulsed and noticed kirro yelling and then running off. Yuji was quick to turn around and head into lufficers cave, he wanted to know if he would really do it. If he would really bring his own death to this place. Yuji would be fine, however he knew too well so many possabilitys in the timeline from percillia... yuji knew one way or another lufficer would slip up, and yuji would become the new king. Till then however he would act as right hand. "Sir." He replied upon entry as he looked to the orb for clues.*

Lucifer leaned on his hand again as he slowly shut his eyes. "We're only to wait, now." He smirked. "It's been a while since there's been a lot of chaos in your family, after all."
It was morning by the time Kiiro actually managed to get to the house. She'd used up all her energy teleporting from place to place and so she couldn't now without using her reserved power. So she burst through the front door and catapulted herself up the stairs. Cale poked his head out of Veira's door to see what was happening, since it was one of those nights in which he didn't sleep. Kiiro quickly bombed through into Kiera and Shortstraw's room sweatily and panted. "Mister Shortstraw... Miss Kiera.. I'm sorry for intruding.." She walked over to Kiera's side and froze still for a moment as she examined her. Kiera looked still sound asleep. However upon touching Kiera's bare arm she quickly brought her hand back. Kiera was frighteningly cold. Cale made his way into the doorway. "What's up?" Kiiro found her heart thumping in her ribcage as she brought her hands to Kiera's own icy hands. "I.. I think..." She almost choked on her words.

*Shortstraw jumped up, "WHAT WHAT IS IT!" He noticed it was kirro and she went to keria, ANd so shortstraw turned to keria and touched her, "no..." he mumbled. "Get Veria NOW!" Veria however already appeared in the room, "make way make way." She sqatted low and started to exam keria and any simtoms she could. Meanwhile shortstraw looked as if he was about to have a heart attack, no. he said he wouldn't let this happen. He made a promes, and now he had to sit here and wait! But what else could he do. "Veria keria said somthing before... and then kyle..." veria nodded, "i know. I can see anything through your eyes remember." She continued her work. "Kirro i need to know what you do." She stated.
Meanwhile yuji nodded, "You do realize in taking her your going to have alot of trouble on your hands. Infact i'm sure your regret it." He chukkled, "but your right all we can do now is wait and see what happens." Sure it was a horrable thing to yuji, but at the same time he wasn't scared. Three things would happen. One she would be reborn from her ashes. She had many still on reserve. Two she would come to hell and after the great even yuji sa forcoming lufficer would fall. Or finally, when keria arrived, the yokai family would litarly break into hell... and the the real fun would begin becuse yuji would have his whole familiy to rec the chaos further. The balence of the world would be offset however do to hell being under more choes then it needed, and the angles would start to come. War would break out. Yuji smiled however as he watched through the orb and kept to himself.

"There's no need to look so smug, Yuji." Lucifer stood and walked behind his throne to lean on the back and shut his eyes. "You don't even know the whole story."
Kiiro took a few shaky steps back as she shook her head. "I don't... I don't know anything." Her voice was quivering. "There's nothing. There's no life in her at all." Cale's eyes thinned. "Do you know how she died?" Kiiro shut her eyes to focus on the body again. "I can only guess that it was a gradual thing. Like a subtle virus or something. That made her body shut down slowly." Cale's eyes widened a little as he looked away. "It's happened before. Mister Chris did something like this before." Cale pulled a face. "Yeah..." Kiiro turned back to Cale. "What is it? You know something." Cale looked back to them. "I wouldn't jump to conclusions, but I made a toxin recently. Based off Chris' research into the virus that almost killed Kiera before." Kiiro stopped for a moment. "Then how did it get to Kiera?" Cale took a step out of the room. "I kept it with all of Veira's things. There's no way it could have easily got out of that room." Kiiro frowned. "This house isn't very secure anyway..." Cale shrugged. "What's the worry. Can't she just be reborn?" Kiiro took another few steps back. "In her case, it depends on how she died. Since she is only half the Phoenix in her. It doesn't matter if it's the dominant gene. My father seemed very amused, though. So.."

*Veria looked to cale and stood up, "Chris did die and come back, however he mentioned there were terms with how he did so." She looked to kirro, "and if your father was amussed that would mean that he's involved with what happened to chris, and what happened to keria right now." She looked to shortstraw, "sadly however even I dont know what this would bring. If she did come back, there will most likly be some unwanted strings attached." Shortstraw started to tear up as he held kerias body, "..." Veria looked to cale, "putting it however with my things love could have changed thigs however through reaction with the chymical change through icitopes. You should have been more carful." She then pulsed, "wait... indeed how would that get to keria though..." she turned to kirro, "maybe that has ntohing to do with it at all..."
Yuji nodded, "I figured there would be more too this. Thats why i decided to wait it out and see what your up too. For once however I am alittle shy here. I do not know all the detals of things that happened in the past since i got here. So sadly it could be the lack of understanding through knolige aswell." He looked up to luciffer, "Kirro however got there quicker then i expected on her own..."

Lucifer snickered. "She's always been a determined girl." He let out a small sigh. "Especially when she feels that people are in danger. Such trivial things that comes with being so oversensitive."
Cale scratched the back of his neck. "Well not only was this virus I made locked away but it was sealed with a lot of industrial obsidian." Kiiro shook her head. "I'm not so sure that's the problem at the moment." Cale rolled his eyes and looked away. "Well it bothers me. That's my work down the drain." Kiiro frowned. "This is not the time to be joking around.. Kiera's been murdered. And we're not even sure if she'll come back properly." Cale sighed and walked out of the room. "Not my problem." Kiiro turned back to Kiera's body. "The only people who knew the details of Chris' arrangement are the ones who killed him. The bounty hunters. More specifically, Celia and Colin."

*Veria frowned and suddenly cale was back in the room thanks to veria as she slapped him, and hard too. She point in his face, "That was my big sister your talking about. If it was eve sure i wouldn't care, but not keria, she has done alot for me and our familiy you pay your respects." She lectured. She turned, "colin is with evelyn, evelyn was in the lab with me when we were with donte and kirro. It could have been her. She wishes to be distant from this familiy anyways as far as i understand. This would cut the ties." She crossed her arms. "Thus she isn't present." She added. Shortstraw had his head drooped, he wasn't lisening to a thing they were saying. he held her tight, he had tears runnign off his face and onto her. He whispered, "you promesed you would show me your true form before we die together. You better come back..." he replied.

Kiiro seemed upset about the fact that Evelyn was one of the suspects. "But... but Evelyn never.. Evelyn never means to hurt any of us... ever..." Cale nodded as he nursed his raw cheek. "She's got a point. The thing may be insensitive. But she's never harmed us." Cale looked to Kiera. "I seem to remember that Evelyn was the first to get to Kiera when she's overdosed on sleeping pills in the past." Kiiro nodded. "She must care about us." All of a sudden, a yawning Dante stumbled into the room rubbing his eye and holding a small note in his other hand. "What's all the commotion?" He held up the note. "Kiera what's this note about?" His eyes widened at the sudden realisation of the scene of this room. Shortstaw crying with a limp Kiera in his arms. And the others standing around them. "K.. K-K.. Kiera?!"

*Veria shied, "i'm just stateing what i know and running over dionostics of whats going on here..." she pulsed and walked up to donte, "what note... keria left us a note?" She reached out to take if from donte, almost forcefully.

Dante held it out of her reach as he frowned. "Hey, she left this for me." He brought the note back for his eyes to scan. The first time he'd read it he was half asleep. After all he'd found the note on his chest when he'd woken up, which was weird enough. And now finding all this, he didn't know what to think. His mind span so much he didn't take it in properly and probably looked insensitive. Dante read the note again and looked to the others. In fact it was odd that he'd even thought of Kiera first when he read this, or that it was her that gave it to him. Because it had no name signed on the bottom at all. "Ironic that when a person gets over their self loathing that they are ultimately destroyed by another factor. That is evil irony. Goodnight, you said. Goodbye, I said. There's nothing more I wanted than what you gave me." Now that Dante thought about it, he analysed that he thought it would mean more to Shortstraw than himself. Although this still didn't make sense. Kiiro said what Dante was thinking. "Miss Kiera knew that she was going to die?" Dante pulled a face. "She was acting a little weird yesterday." Dante thought as he suddenly left the room and went to the office.

Paradioa was int he darkest corner fo the room watching carfully and in silence... mostly keeping to himself. If his mistress was truly gone, they were all going to end up somewhere else in time. That was a true factor.
Meanwhile Veria looked sadlly to keria, "it's sad she didn't tell anyone." Shortstraw suddenly got up with kerias body, and pushed past donte and suddenly ran out of the room and down the stairs. He ran out of the house and out to the feild they used to sit after training. There he finally fell to his knees and placed his head down on her body, "i'll come find you to the ends of hell if i have too..." he mumbled... How would he tell the kids, no. No he couldn't. It would tare out anythin ghe would have left.

Dante as he walked past the desk ran his hand across it and briefly glanced at the few papers on her desk. He found no interest in them. Only finding a few things about Kyle and the Japanese government. Then as Dante looked over he saw the chess board with the white queen pinned to its spot with the letter opener. He took the blade out and slid the small porcelain piece off the end to look at its injury. "You really did it this time Kiera." He frowned and sat down, finally feeling it get to him as he glanced to a calendar on a wall opposite. "Happy birthday."
Lucifer suddenly came to the edges of his confines angrily. "No.. no.." The cave started to tremble a little with a light earthquake. "How DARE you take away what is mine!" He looked to be listening out for a second before his eyes thinned. "SHE is a LIAR and MURDERER. She belongs to ME!" There seemed to be a last comment said to him before he turned away and walked to the other side of his cage. "This ruins everything. How dare he take her away from me. Risking the balance like this."
