Jimmy immediately began spouting out instructions at a rapid pace, his hands moving with similarly impressive speed as the group began to fix up the Guardromon one by one.

Sealsdramon grunted before focusing on Commandramon. "Well, soldier? What's it going to be?"
Commandramon's answer was to look Sealsdramon in the eye and answer, "Just tell me what to do, sir."

"All right... now all that's left is to see if they activate..." Jimmy murmured, similarly breathing heavily. Fortunately, he didn't have to wait long; the Guardromon immediately started coming to life... and promptly got into a circle around the group, expressions emotionless.
FanBeemon tensed, watching the robotic Digimon warily... only to pause and stare blankly when all the Guardromon bar the lone female one promptly saluted. "Uh... what's going on?"
"Scans suggest they were unfinished when the factory shut down due to power problems," Scarabimon supplied helpfully. "As such, all 52 of them have now designated you their Creator, and as such will follow any directive you give them."
Jimmy blinked owlishly as he translated that from computer-babble to layman's English. "So... basically, I now have a robot army ready and willing to fulfill my every command?"
"Affirmative."
Cue the only female Guardromon in the room smacking herself in the forehead and groaning, while FanBeemon gave the "robot army" a wary look before darting behind Evelyn.

Commandramon gave the others a reassuring grin before following Sealsdramon, the other members of his species following as well.

"But of course! Onward, minions, to the lab!" Lapinmon cackled maniacally before scurrying after Commandramon.
Shadow quirked an eyebrow before wordlessly accepting that, following them; Leo was already following, since this was his partner they were talking about.
Soon they came to two rooms, both heavily reinforced; the Sealsdramon turned to Leo and pointed into one of the rooms. "You'll be going in that room; we're not entirely sure, since no-one here knows how the heck the whole Digivice/human/Digimon mumbo-jumbo works, but there's a tiny chance that ya might end up going into a berserker rage of some sort, depending on how good you are at managing yer anger. You should probably bring your girlfriend with you so she can calm you down if that happens. We'll be borrowing the lion." At Leo's reluctant nod of understanding, Sealsdramon turned to the others. "As for the rest of you, you'll be watching the procedure. Your little friend here will probably end up going a bit nuts for a few minutes due to power overload once he's gone Mega, so you'll be needed to restrain him or at least do damage control until he calms down." With that, the soldier Digimon led them into the other reinforced room, which turned out to be a lab of some sort with a cylindrical chamber made of a strange transparent, but sturdy substance in the middle. Sealsdramon grabbed a container full of a strange black substance, putting it into an alcove in the side of the mini-chamber. "All right, soldier, get in the chamber, and then I'll release the Dark Matter."
BlackGuilmon, meanwhile, went glassy-eyed as soon as he saw the black syringe, instinctively reaching for it...
...Until Lapinmon smacked the small black dragon/dinosaur's hand away. "No! Bad Daddy! No Dark Matter for you!" he scolded. "I know it's calling to you, but ignore it. If you can't ignore it, just leave the room, maybe bring Mom with you so you two can work on getting me some siblings." Then he noticed Shadow getting a similarly glassy-eyed look and smacked him upside the head, too. "That goes for you too! ...Except for the siblings part, that part's optional."

Leo blinked as he and Christa were left behind, but wordlessly entered the other reinforced room with his girlfriend, revealing it to actually be a rather comfortable (if somewhat Spartan and heavily reinforced) bedroom.

Sparky paused, considering this a moment. "Well, having a robot army tag along can only be helpful; let's bring them with us. First, though..." He turned to the robot army in question. "Any of you guys know where to find the Crest of Knowledge!"
The Guardromon answered by all pointing down a single hallway... which, now that they looked closely, led to an open room where you could clearly see the Crest resting on the pedestal... how'd they miss that?

"Well, I don't know about all of you, but I was busy drooling over the factory," Sparky admitted sheepishly.
FanBeemon shrugged. "Well, we can see it now, so let's go get it! I wanna see what Guardromon evolves into!" With that, he zipped toward the Crest, shouting cheerfully, "Onward, people, onward!"
"LIGHTNING BLADE!"
"YIKES! BACKWARD, PEOPLE, BACKWARD!" FanBeemon screamed like a little girl. Fortunately, he managed to evade the surge of cutting electricity sent his way, hiding behind Jimmy.
The source of the attack quickly became apparent as an Andromon stepped out into view, examining the two Digidestined and their partners. "INTRUDERS DETECTED... SEARCHING DATABANKS FOR MATCH," it spoke in an emotionless monotone. "SEARCH COMPLETE - MATCH FOUND: DIGIDESTINED OF LOVE AND KNOWLEDGE AND PARTNERS. DIGIDESTINED OF HONOR AND SINCERITY AND PARTNERS. ESTIMATED THREAT LEVEL: LOW - TARGETS DARK KNIGHT AND CHAOS DRAGON NOT PRESENT. LEAVE NOW OR BE DELETED."

Shadow and BlackGuilmon blinked owlishly, but were definitely not complaining as they followed their respective lovers.
Liollmon did a quick head count. 'All right, we've got me, Ryudamon, Dorumon, Bearmon, and Lapinmon... so in terms of firepower, that's four Ultimates and one Champion. That should be enough to keep Commandramon at bay once he Digivolves,' he decided.

Leo shrugged. "Looks like it," he agreed.

"THE GUARDROMON ARE IRRELEVANT. MY TASK IS TO DEFEND THE CREST OF KNOWLEDGE AND DESTROY ANY ENEMIES OF THE PURIFIED. LEAVE NOW OR BE DELETED."
"Oh, that a*****e did NOT just call me irrelevant!" Guardromon growled before pointing her missile launchers at the Andromon. "GUARDIAN BARRAGE, ********!" The other Guardromon followed suit, a barrage of missiles shooting at the Andromon, only for them all to be intercepted by rapid-fire gatling guns, two missiles shooting out of the resulting smoke at the group.

"Let's hope so," Leo agreed.

However, Andromon was surprisingly swift, able to dodge all their attacks and dish out attacks of his own in response; even Scarabimon couldn't touch him, since Andromon would simply absorb the artificial Digimon's electrical attacks. To make things worse, FanBeemon couldn't even back them up since even his Champion form was too big for a place like this, and would probably result in him accidentally bringing the building down and killing them all.
"I need to get to that ******** Crest!" Guardromon called to Sparky after several minutes of fighting that didn't yield the slightest bit of damage against Andromon. "Guardromon always evolve into Andromon - if we get that Crest, I can fight him on equal grounds so that we'll have an actual chance instead of just getting our asses kicked!"
Sparky pursed his lips before glancing at Scarabimon, an idea dawning. "Evelyn, Apollomon, Reppamon, Guardromon, close your eyes! Scarabimon, Yellow Flash formation! Get to the Crest!"
"Orders confirmed." Everyone had but a split second to close their eyes before a blinding flash of golden light filled the hallway; if you looked closely (and weren't completely blinded by the light the instant you looked at it), you'd see a faint golden blur zip towards the crest, hidden by the flash of light.

"All right, procedure start." In front of Ryudamon's, Dorumon's, Lapinmon's, Bearmon's, and Liollmon's eyes, a black gas filled the glass cylinder, obscuring their view of the Digimon of Reliability. Then, just as the gas started fading:
"COMMANDRAMON, WARP DIGIVOLVE TO... DARKDRAMON!"
Cue a rather impressive-looking lance-like weapon slamming against the glass, cracking it. This was then followed by a fist cracking it further, causing a small amount of Dark Matter to leak out into the rest of the lab; fortunately(?), Lapinmon sucked it in, keeping the others from inhaling it - interestingly enough, it didn't seem to have any ill effects on him.
"I'm thinking we start getting ready to fight," Liollmon squeaked slightly.

Darkdramon soon broke out of the small chamber, just as Liollmon Digivolved to LoaderLiomon and Lapinmon digivolved to LunarRabbitmon. He paused, looking them over coldly for a moment, before noticing LoaderLiomon and charging at him with a snarl of "Gigastick Lance!"
"Loader Morningstar!" Lance met tail-mace, the resulting clash powerful enough to cause a minor shockwave, LoaderLiomon wincing slightly due to the brute strength Darkdramon possessed. "Hey, Commandramon, snap out of it, you pain-in-the-a**!"

Leo, meanwhile, had collapsed to his knees, clutching his head as dark whispers to attack-maim-kill-destroydeleteeliminate filled his head, the poor boy being hard-pressed to stay in control of his own body.

"Objective acquired!" was Scarabimon's answer, the golden beetle ducking under another slash from Andromon and tossing the Crest to Sparky.
When Sparky's hand made contact with the Crest, Guardromon grinned (or at least that was the impression she gave) as her body glowed with a bright light. "Guardromon, digivolve to..." The figure that came out as a result was, surprisingly, a female cyborg that practically screamed "femme fatale". She would've looked like a normal human woman if not for the silver skin, glowing golden eyes, and dark silver hair. She wore what could best be described as a black metal tank top and a matching metal "skirt", leaving very little to the imagination. "ANDROWOMON!" The newly digivolved Androwomon smirked confidently, fingers turning into long, electrified claws (think Lust's ability from FMA, but with lightning added) before she rushed at Andromon with a shout of "Taste my Lightning Claw, b***h!" Her impressive boost in speed made her even faster than Andromon, allowing her electricity-covered claws to create deep gashes in her opponent's armor, creating a huge weak point in Andromon's armor and slowing him down enough to let the other two finish the job.
FanBeemon, meanwhile, was busy drooling over his fiancée's new look - as mentioned previously, Androwomon's attire left little to the imagination, and she was VERY good-looking.

FanBeemon blinked owlishly as he refocused on the world around them. "Huh...? Oh, right! Gear Stinger!" He began shooting rapid-fire stingers at Andromon, only for the mechanical Digimon to easily knock them away.
However, Andromon's brief moment of distraction was his undoing; with a shout of "FLYING FIST!", she gave him a rather impressive uppercut right in the gashes she'd opened in his chest; her hand then detached from her wrist and continued upward, carrying Andromon through the roof and several miles above the factory before it exploded at a safe distance, taking Andromon with it - in a blast that massive and powerful, the group's would-be killer was toast. Androwomon then smirked in satisfaction, her hand reconstructing itself from her wrist before she walked back over to the others.
After a moment of stunned silence at that display of destructive potential. "So... Androwomon, huh?" Sparky asked curiously, referring to her mention that all Guardromon evolved into Andromon.
Androwomon rolled her eyes and put her hands on her hips, stating bluntly, "Well, that's what happens when you ******** with a robot Digimon's programming: they digivolve into Digimon that didn't exist before. I'll probably need a couple days of training to figure out my full capabilities in this form, but judging from preliminary internal self-scans, the main assets seem to be speed, waterproofing, self-repairing abilities, and the ability to transform parts of my body into weapons."
"Ah." He then glanced over at FanBeemon. "And you haven't smacked FanBeemon yet like you normally do because...?"
"I'm well aware I'm a sexy b***h in this form, so he's allowed to look. Attempts to grope without my permission, on the other hand, will be regarded under the category of his usual sexual harassment and be treated accordingly - or in other words, get him a Lightning Claw to the gonads."

However, Darkdramon vanished in a burst of speed just before the attacks could hit, reappearing behind Reptiledramon and firing of a shot of dark matter at the reptile; only LoaderLiomon yanking his friend out of the way with his tailmanaged to keep the Champion from being deleted, LunarRabbitmon zipping this way and that in an attempt to draw Darkdramon's attention and confuse him.

Leo's arms suddenly fell limp, what could best be described as an aura of pure darkness starting to ooze out of him as the last of his willpower was eroded away, the influence of the Dark Matter making its way into Leo's head
