Hiyo was slightly shocked by her sudden arrival, believing this to be the one Eve mentioned. "In a way. I'm not sure what I have to offer you, but you can probably see something that you want. See something g you li-" He sat up on the bed, coughing up more blood, coming out more and more black, his fox ears and tail drooped. Veria giggled, "ah i see. Your deeply in trouble, and your life is slipping by the minet." She took her hand and laid him down, "i'll offer you the extraction of this toxin in your blood, in exchange for a service. Meaning while your out on your adventures with my half sister, when i need you to do somthing you will have to appy. And to seal this deal, i will take a peice of your soul." She stood straight and crossed her arms, "and yes I know all about you being near eve, you reak of her stench. Do we have a deal?"

Although he wasn't sure how taking a piece of his soul would work to her advantage, he would soon find out. Hiyo prepared himself for what he thought would be a world if hurt. "What do you mean 'half-sister'?"

*veria leaned in, "Lisen to me carfully boy." She glared at him, "that isn't your buisness. And i dont have time to give you answers for anything." She leanded up, "i'm a buisy women." She then suddenly stuck her hand into his body, without creating a wound, pulled out a glowing orb, snapped a peice of his soul off and placed the rest back as he would have breath again, "The deal is now sealed." She replied eating his soul. She then let her fangs apper, large snake fangs to be exact as she suddenly bit into his neck, and started to litarly suck out the poision. Moments later she released and licked her lips, "a wonderful snack." She wiped her mouth, "You are now marked boy. You answer to me. But for now, do as you may untill needed." She then disapeared. Vanishing out of thin air.

Hiyo felt the pain of her fangs, but couldn't resist in the slightest until she was gone. "Just what the hell...?" He checked where she bit him, he felt the puncture points but not blood. "Dam, need to keep that ear out then." He slipped out of the tent and came up to Eve, getting awestruck looks. "Hey."

*Eve turned and smiled as she placed a hand on his shoulder, "your up, thats a good sign." She now gave him her undivided attention, "What did she want in exchange? What did she say to you?" She seemed more worryed what bad things veria would now make him do. Veria hated eve, and she knew... she would use him aginst her in one way or another. "And most importantly, are you feeling normal." She asked. She was frouning but ther sense of happy hope in her eyes glimmered. She almost wanted to hug him.

"It's nothing really. I'll be fine now." Hiyo couldn't tell her what the deal was for, not sure himself what she would want. For further comfort, and avoiding continous questioning, he gave Eve a warming hug. "I could see you were wanting this."

*Eve blushed alittle and looked away as if innocent to the whole thing going on infront of everyone, "ummm yea... hugs..." One of the other guys opened there arms to join in, seeing a chance here since the kid could do it, but eve flashed them a deadly stair and they backed up as he patted Hiyos head, "well i'm glad your okay. You did well out there giving the cercumstances too." She shrugged, "And guess what. Now we can move on to the next spot." She chukkled... "I life like ours is a buisy one. And i think your like the next place."

Hiyo broke the hug and eyed her with confusion. "The next one? Where are we headed to this time?" His ears looked a little funny as they also reflected his curiosity.

She chukkled, "To a place known as Paridice City. One of the most famus of citys on the list here in this country. I've only been there twice, once when it was founded." She nodded to the others and turned to start heading out already. "It's there i plan to stop our travle for a bit and relax. It's suppost to be one of the best places for vacations and such, it's located on a Island just off shore, a simple rowboat is all it takes to get there." She smerked, "of course there is a actul reasion for being there aswell, I have to pick somthing up there from a freind of mine."

"Alright then. What are we waiting for?" He went to the tent that had their bags and brought them out. "Whenever your ready." He almost stumbled, but recovered quickly.

*Eve chukkled and was already ahead, "thats the spirt." She looked ahead, then up to the sun, "all we need to do is get tot he shore. From there it's easy." She looked back, "It's about a four day walk from here." She then made a face, "would have only been one if i could have drove there." She mumbled.

"Right, like that would have gone well. I'm fine with just walking (and staying alive...)." Hiyo followed quickly after Eve, seeing that the mist hid the rubble remains of the town. If only we were here faster.... Shaking the thought aside they continued on their walk, his condition improving.

She looked over her shoulder to him, "since this is our little stop and relax point, we're going to need some cooler clothing, the ceaches are perfict there." She looked ahead, "it's expencive for most regulars, but your lucky you got me. Money up the a** inharited by my father. Untouchable money. So if theres anything you want, stick close to me kiddo." She chukkled seeming to look forword to the new city they were going to, "maybe I should by a beach house there insted of a room in some hotel... might wanna go back later." she mumbled to herself in thought.

"Well, someone seems to want to unwind now. The more we walk, the faster we'll get there. Actually.....just a moment." Putting down the bags, Hiyo shifted into his fox form, stretching out his legs. "Ah, this feels a lot better. This will cut down the travel time."
