Devith: entering the fray and attacking Raith Group B
Hekate watched with almost silent horror as the blue tangled with Moriath and Asoth rending their hides with claw marks as much as they in turn attacked the blue. Even lacking a dragon's nose she could smell the scent of ichor as the two of them ran as fast as they could across the field towards their allies. Then as quickly as he had come the blue rose and disappeared between. Had the dragon fled?
No! With a breath of cold air the attacking blue appeared yet again dropping down to attack Asterteth and trying to rise once more into the air before they could retaliate.
Snarling under her breath Hekate's eyes went steely. Devith~ Was all she said an unspoken order as the silver broke free from his rider's side pouring on the speed in a blur of quicksilver movement. Roaring out his challenge Devith leaped claws flashing in the dim moonlight as they aimed for the dark blue hide intent to rend or tackle the offending dragon to the ground. Let's see how you fair when you face the likes of Me traitor!

Freia Attacking Tunnel Snake
She glimpsed the injured heading towards the entrance. Smart move on their part. N'mol's bellow shook her out of her thoughts of where to attack the beast next and before she could hit it again, she felt Freiask's turmoil. With a bit of effort she called forth her wher to enter the cave without injuring anyone. With that out of the way, Freia looked at the snake and attacked.

Asoth - Attacking Raith HP: 44/50
Asoth roared, the blue had gotten away from him leaving only rakes in the blue's hide, despite the ichor staining his claws Asoth was enraged. When the blue hissed at him Asoth's blood boiled and he launched another attack at the speedy blue but screamed his frustration as the slippery creature Between "COWARD!" he bellowed at Raith as the blue appeared above one of the other dragons. "FIGHT ME" he yelled before throwing himself back into the fight.
Claws drove at his foe again, he wasn't about to let the blue get away.. no.. that...that...that... TUNNELSNAKE would pay for what he did... if Asoth had anything to say about it.

Halith Group A ((Tag Plexith))
Halith kept her eyes on Cetalese to make sure she wasn't doing anything stupid, but she did reply when Plexith requested information from her.
Cetalesemine is at the cave entrance. She has removed herself from the vicinity of the fighting, finally. Halith's irritation came through loud and clear, and she mantled her wings again. I cannot see Yours. Is he coming also? If everyone would just bring the beast outside it would be much easier for we dragons to tear it to pieces.

Kleos: 11 Damage incoming D'lin: 5 Damage incoming
The tunnel snake screamed with pain and rage, ichor covering its sides and it charged Kleos, fixated on the woman. It slammed her, pinning her yet again and snapped and clawed at her in several vicious strikes. D'lin's swipe at its eye earned him a retaliatory strike as the snake hooked its body around at the rider. The chaos, however, had drawn it much closer to the entrance and away from the shaky stalactites. The dragons had a choice, move as the green demanded and let the whers through or make a grab for the wounded, bleeding and nearly dead Tunnel Snake.

[Rochelle, tag ralae, sort of attacking]
Shards and shaffit, the girl looked stunned or something still. Rochelle growled and jumped back from the tunnelsnake. A little flail on her end and she shouldered the bleeding girl back before she dipped down and grabbed a large rock from the ground. Ramoth bless the caves and rocks.
Siata screamed and she flinched, hefting the rock up over her head as much as she could. Boxes of heavy glass left her rather fit in strength at least. With a grunt, Rochelle aimed high and at the snakes head, throwing it as hard as she could. She squeezed her eyes shut after throwing, not willing to see how badly she failed.
...which was pretty bad, the tunnelsnake lunged and went for Kleos, slashing, and out of the way.
Shards.

Kindra/Suunath tag Narisa, Cepheith - all dragons nearby
"WHAAAAT?!" Suuanth eyes were a deep red now ..." that CREATURE Dares to come here?!" she roared broadcasting on a wide range, sparing riders perhaps but nearby dragons would certainly hear and feel her ire. "THAT MURDEROUS FILTH!" she screamed, her wings flaring as if to take off after her foe but some of her fellow dragons were too close and she couldn't fully extend her wings. She moved as if to move into a clearer patch so she could take off.
She stopped for a moment when she heard Cepheith's request, asking where Kindra was, "She is somewhere helping the wounded Cepheith... i'm sure Yours will find her" she snarled, her rage was for Raith, not Cepheith, losing her diplomatic cool as she warred between keeping herself safe for the sake of her pregnancy and wanting to go after the Blue.
Kindra heard Suunath's yell, how could she not... and she almost growled herself and she slammed the bandages in her hand down on the nearest table. "Suuanth... let the others fight" she snapped through her link. "Trust me my love, i know how you feel but you must think to your eggs.. you would be risking them if you do this" she warned, forcing her will on her Gold as much as she could. She heard Suunath's snappish tone to Cepheith and turned her head to look for Narisa. Someone moved and she caught sight of her friend... someone she considered like a sister, bloodied and helping a healer and Kindra's rage cooled a little. She went over and put a hand on Narisa's shoulder while clamping down on Suunath with all her willpower, to keep her beautiful Gold safe. "Narisa?"
Suunath raged against the will of Kindra but her eyes whirled from red down to a red/orange as she saw the sense in Kindra's words, yes... she would clutch soon enough... she HAD to stay safe, however her next words were directed at every dragon that was near the Blue. "Kill the dragon if you can but the human MUST be captured, he cannot escape" she hissed, her rage and annoyance at being forced to STAY evident in her tone, she would get some satisfaction in the Blue's death if she could.

D'lin HP - 25 Attacking Tunnel Snake Snake HP 14 -2 = 12
The snakes retaliation was swift and decisive...and while the angry swipes caused a furrow of gashes across his ribs, tearing his shirt and leaving ragged bloody stripes behind..D'lin did not receive the worst of it's ire. No that seemed saved for Kleo's and shouting he stabbed at the snake with his found knife in an attempt to kill the beast before it could do any more damage.
'Haliths is out of the cave.' Plexith informed him, information which gave D'lin great relief even if he had no time to be thankful for it. The snake was closer to the entrance now - it would have to be close enough as he wasn't sure they could survive another attempt to draw it out. Or at least Kleos might not.
Plexith Group C
D'lin's further injury made the bronze begin to growl again - he heard the other speak of the traitor and the golds anger was infectious...but his rider's injury won out in the long run and his worry for D'lin far outweighed his concern for the traitor blue and it's miserable rider. There were other's fighting the blue, to go and help them now would only add to the chaos.
'No, no he does not.' Plexith replied to Halith, sorrow in his voice. Plexith wished his rider would leave the cave..but until the snake was dead he would not. D'lin's will on this was strong and Plexith knew there would be no talking him out of it. 'Not until the beast is dead.'

Roscoe HP - 30 Attacking Tunnel Snake Snake HP 15 -3 = 12
Roscoe backed up as the snake suddenly unleashed it's fury on two of the Wingleaders, the women - wasn't she the one who rode a Crimson? Probably..it would explain why she was stupid enough to get in the snakes way, Atyipicals were weak, it stood to reason that their riders would be too - seemed to get the worst of it.At least the bronzerider only managed to get clawed.
In any case as soon as the beast seemed to be fixated on the other Roscoe stepped in to take another swing at it with his wooden club.

M'lan - Tag Tanya
M'lan was looking for his own solitude, his face pale as he openly wept. He'd seen a child, no more than 10 turns, die because his burns had been terrible, too much for even a Healer to deal with even if there had been one available. He wiped at his eyes furiously ash he walked past people in shock, people with blood stains, others rushing around trying to help. He'd sat with the young girl until her mother had arrived then had sat with the pair of them for a while until M'lan had felt that the woman needed to be alone with her daughter.
He took a deep breath and tried to clear his eyes but seeing the child die and getting the information from Asoth about the traitor being there.. had drained him. Sure he was angry at the traitor rider but right now the little girl filled his head as he moved away from the main bulk of the crowd, trying to find some quiet little corner. He wished Asoth were there with him so he could just curl up with his Dragon, Sleep and try to forget but Asoth was fighting... so M'lan had kept most of his sorrow to himself. He blinked tears away, he didn't think he could ever get the image of the burned child out of his head, nor her mother's grief either. When he thought he was far enough out he looked up at the night sky and rubbed his face hard then took a deep breath, that was when he noticed a familiar face who also seemed to be trying to be alone "Tanya" he said quietly. He coughed and raised his voice a bit "Tanya... are...are you ok?" he asked

Cetalese - Attacking the snake Group A
Cetalese had kept her eyes on the fight that was now much closer, but it felt as if the wall was all that was holding her up. She stayed where she was as others attacked and the whers continued to seethe at something or other. Seeing D'lin attacked, Cetalese sucked up her courage in the face of Halith's angry disbelief and found a heavy chunk of branch to throw.
She stepped back fully into the entrance of the cave and chucked the hunk of wood at the mortally wounded snake. Wher or dragon, something needed to finish it off before it got another chance to attack them.

N'mol - Attacking the Snake and Bringing its HP to ZERO Group A
When his fellow Wingleaders were hit again, N'mol cursed, tightened his grip on the branch, and ran to the side to which the tunnelsnake wasn't paying attention. He swung the branch hard at an already bloody patch of its body, hoping the location would hurt it further.
"Fall back!" he called to those around him as the snake seemed to sit up and take notice of the attack, trying to predict where it might lash out next.

The snake wobbled, staggering as its bloodloss caught up to its rage and it screamed out a death call as it reared up and lunged one last time, teeth bared, talons digging into the ground and slipping in its own ichor. Death throes followed, dangerous still, before it finally stilled and its breath ceased.
The Tunnel Snake was dead.
N'mol take 11 damage from the lunge and death throes. This group: Feel free to pull back and tend to your wounded back at the party.

Freia/Freiask Tag to Kleos Freiask was heading into the tunnel when the humans killed the snake. Making noises at the dead body, the gold wher moved to where her bonded was further in the back. Breathing heavily, Freia was ever so glad to see the wher, "Good girl. Let's help get these guys out and into the open."
Seeing the people better, Freiask went to Kleos. Freia followed and did her best to help the other woman stand.

N'mol - Getting D'lin; going to assist Kleos and Freia Group A
It should not have been a surprise to N'mol that in its last moments the snake lashed out and lashed out at the most noticeable pain it was feeling at the moment. The lunge caught N'mol's skin somewhat on its teeth and successfully tackled him over. On the floor with his arms held above his head to protect himself he felt the snake slamming into him repeatedly for a brief time before it ceased and fell somewhere near him. He peeked out from under his arms to confirm that the snake was, in fact, dead.
It lay still rather close to him. To N'mol, it definitely looked dead. He lowered his arms and pushed himself slowly into a sitting position. Bruises, mostly, he thought. Nothing broken, just those bite marks from earlier and the clobbering he had just taken. Everything felt tender, but it wouldn't take long for him to recover.
Taking stock of the situation, he forced himself to push past the tenderness and get to his feet. Kleos was being aided by the Gold wherhandler, so N'mol walked with a slow, steady gait over to D'lin, who had also taken quite a beating. That fight had not been easy, and the snake had not gone down quietly. Tunnelsnakes were a native beast N'mol could do without.
He tapped D'lin on the arm, looking tired but victorious. "Come help me check on Kleos and get her out of the cave. How are you holding up?"
