Litha plastered on a smile looked out the window nervously. She had to figure out if she was pregnant. And she had to find her damn birth control pills, on top of that! "Oh, well, no big deal. I'm sure I'm not pregnant anyway. Whatever!" She said, a little too happily. She tossed her long hair over her shoulder and then pulled a strand of it back, splitting it into three parts and beginning a thin braid. She was a little hurt that Kiyoshi still worried about the fact that she was human, when she remembered Meizu didn't even care towards the end. Of course, then he hurt her beyond belief, so Kiyoshi was still the better guy to Litha. "Thanks, though. For being here," she said, looking back up at him with a weak smile.

Litha was disappointed, to say the least. For some reason the thought of Kiyoshi being disgusted by having kids with her really turned her off; it wasn't as if she was planning a future with anyone, but any guy who was unwilling to even consider the thought was probably not worth her time. Unfortunately, she really didn't have anyone else right now, and at least Kiyoshi was there. She decided that if she did turn out to be pregnant, she wasn't going to tell him. She could not deal with being alone again. She smiled up at him blankly and nodded, standing. "Yeah, sure - that sounds like a good idea." Though she was still disappointed in him, she figured his company would be a good distraction from Meizu. God, there are no worthwhile guys in my life right now... she thought, thinking of how the only two people in her life were both one, vampires, and two, sort of... flakey.

Litha shook her head, not wanting him to think she was going to give up on him or leave him. "Nah, it's fine. I understand," she said perkily. "Besides, I'm not pregnant." She took his hand as they walked, but held it a little more loosely than usual. She just felt weird with him now.

Litha laughed dryly. "Yeah, right," she said, a little too much spite creeping into her voice. She realized she was being sort of cruel but she didn't take it back, she only stared forward at the wide open park before them. The sun had finally set and she found herself finding comfort in the dark.

Litha sat down next to him, smiling back at him. This all seemed so fake all of a sudden. But she refused to let him go - she would not deal with things alone until she found out for sure if she was pregnant or not. "Tired or something?" she asked, wondering why he'd just stopped walking.

Litha stood up immediately, trying to protect herself. "No. Don't you dare," she said somberly. "Never again. You can't just make me forget things - it isn't right. I need to deal with this stuff. What if I'm pregnant? That'll confuse the f*ck out of me if you make me forget all this. Don't." She crossed her arms, afraid and annoyed.

Litha thought she was going to vomit. His words literally sickened her. She glared at him for a moment and sighed angrily. "F*ck you, Kiyoshi," she said simply before turning around. There was a small forest nearby and she figured she'd just go there to be alone. Kiyoshi could just wait or something. He was being ridiculous - her memories were hers. No one had the right to erase them.

Walking quickly, she entered the forest and stumbled a bit over a stray root. It was relatively dark, and she felt a drop on her forehead - rain. Sighing, she tied up her hair and wrapped her arms around herself. She was freezing in the dress, but she'd manage. She didn't want to deal with Kiyoshi. She wondered for a moment if he'd follow her, but pushed the thought out of her mind. Even if he did, she would simply ignore him.
