The cracks had already begun, Lacie looked around, her only surprise was that it was happening already? Time had already run out. But she must have known this ending would happen, hadn't she? Casting a sad glance around the room, Lacie stepped backwards into the exit where the other portals remained.
There was no other option than to continue to fight. And that was what she would do.

He did not wait to see what was going to happen.
Using what little strength he had left, Gale took off across the crumbling room, and out the door to what lay beyond, past Aria and through the doorway.

Aurian was able to ignore the slight jab from the male Hunter, a mere cut. When the older female Hunter retaliated, well... Aurian was pretty much forced into agreement that she shouldn't have attacked that one. Her weapon spewed more of the blue fire onto Aurian. The Reaper screamed while the fire blazed. It disappeared quickly, a small mercy. Aurian was left slumped, propping herself up by her scythe. She didn't think she could take another hit. Thankfully, there didn't seem to be a problem. A loud crack echoed through the room and splits appeared in the floor and walls. Aurian wasn't sticking around to fall into an abyss again. She was getting out of here now! The room was crumbling - again! In the malicious glee of seeing everything turning into chaos once again, the fae rushed towards the Hunter portal. It seemed, the madness of the battle finally blocked their ability to analyse the situation, as they didn't even look at who was guarding it. But what was it? A suicidal rage? This pressure was unbearable to the extent they could not breathe.
Bewildered, Wylfenne looked around to see their friends and foes, panicked or elated leaving the room. But something was wrong with the fae, as they could not move. They could not make it out! Rising their eyes they met the set stare of one of the Hunter Leaders.
'Have they cut me?' the fae wondered. 'Am I out... again?'
It was light and yet hilarious - and bubbles of giggling were bursting in their chest - until finally, with a queer grin, they knelt down in front of the Hunter to give their final salute - and to dissipate

By the corner of her eye Shenny noticed two figures she'd seen before - hunters - making their way to the center of the room. The were literally throwing flames: fire and that blue flames that frozen the whole floor. For a moment Shenny thought it's actually beautiful: fire and ice fighting together... but they were enemies, after all. She shouldn't admire them.
Just a moment later the ghoul heard already familiar noise; the room was collapsing again. Shenny was wondering: was it the actual hunters' goal to destroy the rooms? Should students rather try to protect them instead of involuntary helping to destroy them?.. Too many question. Something told her she will the answers soon enough, but they may not be pleasant.
For this time, the sorceress didn't want to rush: she already knew they all would be reborn at the portal, so no need try for an escape. Ignoring the chaos around she sat down on the floor and relaxed. Perhaps, she would even have some time to meditate.

Aria and the man in the wheelchair were doing something; Jordan couldn't see exactly what it was, but the results were clear enough. Hie chain had lost its charge, and fell away from the Horseman's arm; he pulled it back and looped it around his forearm. Maybe it was stupid to be worrying about getting flak for not bringing the chain back, but dammit, he was going to make it out of here.
He dodged around a few freaks and headed through the portal, grateful that he wasn't going to have to make a desperate run for the exit this time.

Something was wrong Joachim thought as the stone in the center of the room cracked causing the floor to start caving it but he didn't have time to think about it.
It was like the floor in death all over again, however this time he wasn't going to lingering and fall forever he was getting out and fast.

((+2 Horsemen Points, Phases 2 and 3)) Julian was shaken off his feet when the floor buckled. With wide eyes, he looked around at the other students and how the floor was starting to crumble beneath them.
While his first instinct was to flee, he needed to make sure Lumi was okay. On top of that, what about his other classmates? And the hunters, they needed to finish them.
He felt the floor start to give beneath him he knew he couldn't just wait around.
Launching himself into the air and flew, or rather sort of jumped, over to Lumi.
"Come on," he said, grabbing her hand and wrapping one wing around her as they ran out of the room.
