Yumiko was currently on the roof of the hospital, looking out at the village. She glanced down at the ground when she saw someone come out of the same window she just went through. It was Shijura, and from the looks of it, she was looking for her. Juunibi. You're an animal, right? No, I'm not. I'm a tree, Juunibi snapped back with a sarcastic sigh. Whatever. Think you can get Rhea to look up here? Why? Yumiko paused and pulled out her necklace from it's hiding spot, the glowing crystal suddenly growing brighter and flashing for Rhea and Shijura to spot. Right... Juunibi sighed, but let out a loud growl, something that only other animals and tailed beasts would hear.

"E-eh? G-gah! I-i forgot!" Chi fumbled with the pouch with the remaining blue vial and syringe, but managed to get it together once she was ready with the serum. "S-sorry... We-ell, no harm done yet. Since it's still within the first twenty-four hours of the other two injections, the effect remains the same,"[ she explained. She paused, then got up and shut the window, closed the door, and returned to her seat while scratching the back of her head with a somewhat uncomfortable look on her face. "Th-the first two go in the arms... B-but the last one goes in the chest..." A deep blush filled her cheeks as she turned away from him. "D-do you need help um... T-taking off your sh-hirt?..."

Now came the really awkward part. Chi had to take a few breaths to calm down and focus, since she didn't want to poke the needle in the wrong spot. But of course, she had to get to her feet and rest her hand lightly over Vale's chest to find the right spot. Letting her fingers trail lightly over his skin, her own coloring just slightly tanner than his. She tried to stay focused on the task at hand while finding the right spot between the third and fourth rib-bone to reach the heart. "This... may hurt a little..." Chi said softly. With one last look at his eyes, she readied the syringe and carefully stuck the needle in, injecting the serum. The last two injections weren't that much of a bother. This one was right to the heart though, and hurt a lot more.

Vale, just before she stuck the needle in, casted a Genjutsu on himself using the mirror in front of him, his Mangekyo active. He was stuck in his own Tsukuyomi. He counted the time in his head, over nine seconds, before ending the technique. That should have been enough time to inject the serum.

Wiping the blood that was flowing down from his right eye on the back of his hand, Vale merely pulled the ANBU vest back on, leaving the shirt off. "I'm decent now Chi." he said, smiling lightly. He thought it was adorable how she was acting.

Chi had to sneak a glance through the corner of her eyes first as if to make sure he was telling the truth. Yep, he had his vest on again. What caught her eye was the blood on the back of his hand, which she traced up to his eye. "Y-you used Tsukuyomi... didn't you..." she said softly, biting her lip though there was still a light blush in her cheeks.

"First of all, it's alright. Just give me a heads up next time before taking off. Second, you're right in suggesting that..." Yumiko trailed off and followed Shijura's gaze up to the closed hospital window. Her hand clenched into a fist by her side. "I don't trust the Uchiha... and even if he's released from custody, it's still going to take a while for me to trust him, if he ever decides to want my trust..."

The blush actually seemed to fade at the mention of Taka. Chi walked over to the window again and opened it, letting in some fresh air, but she didn't go back to Vale's bedside. "I-i'm worried if we don't find out the reason why Itachi was ordered to slaughter his clan... and then Taka continues their attack on the Leaf..."
