I agree that it seems OP but in his defense, Vintrict let it through so him using it isnt an issue. Beyond that, you can always claim Lee versus Sasuke, just cuz you can see it doesn't mean you can keep up with it... One of the big problems with it is that it's not just a boost in perception, it clearly states that improves reaction as well. I originally thought it was just some bullet time, spidey sense thing at first until I reread it and was just like, "wow."
Granted I never asked about the degree, it still seems rather...ugh, that someone can bait you into a "trap" that as far as one can tell requires basically no kind of prep. It's kind of like setting down a trap card and flipping it on your same turn. But again, I never really asked how it worked anyway, nor does it really matter I guess.
However, I'm not really complaining because it's generally easy to outplay and outsmart characters with shenanigan eyes.
My complaint though is that...Even though the guy's been online, the fight's been stalled for no reason.
