Bix peered down at Calder when he told him his name. "Meatbag? I dunno if you were a robot or something that would be an insult but.." Bix just scratched his head.

"Hey what were your other friend's names?" He looked in the cages. "The ones that aren't here? The hunchback and the greyish viking guy?" They'd had quite a battle and apparently had made an impression on the hunter. He had a feeling it wasn't the last of them he would see since they weren't here.

He turned back to the doctor but he wasn't sure if it was a question for the room or if he'd been talking to himself. H was someone to be wary of so Bix stayed silent. The control pendants + Dr. H = memories that he hadn't quiiiite let go yet.

The shock was wearing off and he could feel his limbs feeling less rigid. Pushing off the cage bottom, he rose up to site as he scoped out his new surrondings.

It was the top thing that older kelipes warned others about. When you went into the human world, to NOT get caught. Let no one cage you, reign you, and keep you or else you would loose your spirit, your freedom, and becomes nothing more than a kelipe trapped in your other form, either as a horse or as a humanoid. To find himself in one now was a nightmare, but with all the other traumas he went through, it seemed diminished in some way from all the other shockers (and the actual shock) during this whole trip.

That didn't mean he wasn't going to flip his lid.

"Like I'd tell you. All you need to know is that they can rip you in half and dine on your innards." Fear was their weapon. Humans were scared of them. He had to make them scared. "You think your safe but there is a lot more of us and your stupid guns and wheels aren't going to do anything." He tried to push himself to his feet but his first attempt was unsuccessful and he only managed to get halfway to standing before his legs gave out like a newborn foal and he flopped back down on his butt.

"Your a delicacy. The second you drop, there will be my friends tearing you limb from limb for parts and boiling up all the tender bits for a stew. I have a friend who likes to dissect. I bet he would have a field day with you."

Bix stared at the thing while it spouted it's threats. Honestly if it didn't look like a kinda cute, dishevelled girl he definitely would have at least backed away. That fire girl from earlier had turned into a crazy fire monster. THAT was threatening. It spit fire!

"I just asked their names." He played with the end of his braid and his bow, previously at the ready, disappeared in a flash of light. He felt the weight of the marbles as they reappeared in the bag tucked inside his coat. "But I definitely don't feel as bad with you in the cage, what with the threats." He stood back up. "I didn't threaten to rip you limb from limb.."

Minute by minute his purpose as a hunter clarified as the creature spewed it's awful words. "Listen to your boyfriend Barth." He knew his name too and he was now making kissy faces at Barth and Calder.

It was unclear how Tika had come from one room back to the tent but Tikaanis was not about to question the methods of this crazy house. It seemed anything to do with Halloween defied all logic. But there she was with her a** on the ground back by the cages.

Bixes voice caused her to stand back on her feet and catch the hunter in the action of making a kissy face at the students. Tikaanis rolled her eyes and smirked a bit.

"Bix.. I don't know if making a kissy face is a mature way to handle the prisoners," She wagged her finger, "Besides I think your missing some tongue action in there," The teen stuck her tongue out at Bix.

Bix smirked a bit at Tika, "Oh like... " He made a tongue kissing face, moving his hands around in front of him like he was face-sucking them but soon the fun came to a halt when Dr. H did something to Calder's cage.

"Yessir.. Not really affected by him." Bix nodded solemly. He'd help pick one of the creatures and it had failed.. and right before that they'd successfully transformed some female thing. "I saw the last one and the failure."

He'd help when it was time.

Portals dumping him here and there and thus when he appeared yet again he fell directly on his a** in the tent with a soft, 'tch!' sound of frustration. He quickly recollected himself and rubbed at his lower back.

Why does everything have to be so mean to him? Just why? Must have been something he did in a past life and karma was just trying to choke the life out of him now. Either way he took a gander around and ... It was way less abandoned and something appeared to be happening.

He stood aside and waited orders for now or at least for something that he could comment on because right now he had no words to say.

Tybalt cringed when Calder grabbed the bars, the shock sending him to the floor. It had hurt badly enough when his nose got zapped from leaning too close, but to grip the bars like that... the pain must have been something else.

His ears perked and then folded back flat against his head at the strange word 'recalibration.' Whatever that was, it didn't sound good. Was it something to do with what Barth had told them about?

The black dog felt sick again and suddenly Ren's earlier demand felt like good advice... But what were these creatures? Aside from sadistic and cruel of course.

Jove gave the bars one last solid kick before falling onto the floor in exhaustion and pain. With more humans dropping in left and right, it was likely he wasn't going to get far even if he did magically break down the steel bars...

He sat up and whined in Calder's direction, and then glanced in Tybalt's direction as he shifted in the cage nearby. Think... Think... Was there anything he could do to help the kelpie?

He glanced at his feet, and his ears perked.

With all due haste he pulled off one of his heeled boots. And then threw it with as much force as he could through the bars, towards the human closest to Calder. With any luck, it would prove to be useful aside from that extra half inch of height!
