Nevada at Your Service! Swing, swing baby but you'll never make a hit! Realizing that the flirtation was getting him nowhere, Nevada humphed quietly and turned back to him math book. Despite hating the damn subject for all he was worth, he was exceptionally good at it. He quickly flew through old math he remembered doing ages ago and sat, rather glumly, staring around the classroom. Everyone here was walking around with a stick up their a**. Well, everyone except California~ He wondered where the plucky state had gotten off to now.
Curiously, a European country he couldn't remember meeting strode in and made himself known. Mmm, he wasn't too heavy on the eyes~ "Hello stranger, well, I guess I know that you're French." He chuckled easing back in his desk and messing with the tie that was strangling him. "Yeea, I kinda got that vibe from this one!" He jabbed a finger at the stuck-up Mexican girl and stuck his tongue out her way. It dawned upon him that the French providence/state had called him sexy. He laughed to himself and watched the curious boy with a frank openness that might make some uncomfortable. Watch your back baby, cuz I ain't ever giving in

"Sophomore and ready to learn!" ☀ William rushed into the classroom, panting lightly while he walked toward the teacher's desk and apologized for being tardy with no excuse. He was superbly surprised that he didn't scolded too harshly unlike some others did. Nonetheless, his smile returned to his cheerful face as he walked down the rows of desks and sat on his usual seat. Seemed Brett was probably going to sleep in for the rest of the day if he had already missed first period. Oh well! Sucks ta be 'im! The New Zealander mentally mused as he slumped in his chair and softly yawned. Guess he should start cracking down on some math problems now, huh? William slung his book bag of his shoulder then took out another note book and pencil before he started writing down the questions and answering them. Out of Wellington:

Landon barged into the math classroom, once again applauding himself for not getting lost. He usually had a tendency to wander, but Axis High had magically anticipated this and made all the classrooms and school buildings right next to each other, nulling any possibility of getting sidetracked while the day was going. "All right, math class!" he said jovially. His cheeriness was a false front, though, because like Nevada, he hated a subject that he was mysteriously good at. But the Californian put up with it because math was so important to technology. Chalk a point up for Silicon Valley.
He noticed Marcus had already entered the classroom ahead of him, and he had taken a desk near Maria and some French dude. The latter didn't resemble Matthew at all, and Landon decided to take a guess as to who it was. "Hello again, Marcus, Maria, ... and New Zealand?" he said. Flashing a triumphant smile at Maria as he easily found her yet again, he strode boldly up to Marcus and jabbed his Sierra neighbor hard in the shoulder. "Why'd you run out on me last night?" he complained. "And right in the middle of an awesome story too! You left me alone with Miss Stuffypants and the Heartland Assassin back there!"

Unlike those in the room, Toris enjoyed the subject, although he wasn't the genius like his beloved. "That sounds like a good idea. We've been missing a bit of Raivis' company lately." The Baltics had been so used to supporting eachother that it felt a bit odd when one of the three wasn't around. Looking around the classroom, Lithuania couldn't help wonder if all America's States acted so carefree, but remembering the few others he had met before, he knew that not all of them acted like California and Nevada. Nevada at Your Service! Swing, swing baby but you'll never make a hit! Marcus was a bit distracted by the extremely attractive French-boy. He was lean, with brown hair and deep eyes. But what was most curious was the tiny cat ears perched on his head. Picardy, hmmm, his name somehow sounded Japanese.
"Pleasure to meet you, Shujinko~" he purred, extending a hand in his direction with another charming smile. "The name is Marcus Loyd, rep of Nevada, the Silver State or Neon City!" He chuckled, flipping a poker chip out of his pants pocket just for effect. Just then, Landon came flouncing into Math, instantly making the class a million times better. Upon being accused of running off and leaving his bro to the dogs, Marcus laughed.
"I couldn't let you keep me up all night with your never ending stories!" He laughed, pushing the 'Golden' boy back equally hard and winking. "You seemed to fair ok with two hours of sleep." Of course Marcus was kidding, the Nevadian was used to even less and functioning perfectly fine. It was part of having a city that never sleeps in your state. California and New York and Illinois were the same way~ Watch your back baby, cuz I ain't ever giving in

It was nice to meet someone else who was willing to play along with his games and the Sunshine State decided to at least attempt paying attention during math. However, as the teacher droned on and on without seeming to notice all of the conversations going on between the students, his already low attention span began to dwindle.
The Floridian's coral reef blue eyes began to droop before slowly sliding shut and within moments he had completely fallen asleep as his hangover finally got the better of him. Perhaps he should have tried coffee instead of oranges to deal with it. He of course had heard of Nevada, home of Las Vegas, but there was something else, he was certain. His smiled grew as it dawned on him. “So you're my roommate.” he said to the state. “Guess we'll be seeing a lot more of each other, won't we?” He winked at the state and as another boy approached Marcus, Picardy introduced himself again. “I'm Shujinko.” He said, holding his hand out to Landon. “Who might you be?”
Kartlos stared at Rutilio as he realized the state had fallen asleep. He would've woken him up, but he knew that Rutilio needed his sleep, seeing how he certainly didn't get any the previous night. Georgia
