It never ended well for him to open up to anyone even if it was only a smidgen and he didn't know why he continued to try. Oh, well. Such was his life... Florida almost always entered any relationship knowing he would probably be tossed to the curb eventually. A small, hateful voice in the back of his head began to bitterly sneer its estimation for how much longer Georgia would continue to play this "love" game with him before throwing Rutilio away. "... The Junior Gentleman Arthur spoke clearly and promptly with a short rap at the door. "I've come to make a very important report. Of course I would of file up the report and left it at the office desk if it weren't so urgent." Emphasizing the issue needed to be addressed. He stepped up to the desk so he didn't need to raise his voice across the room. Even if the principal was busy at this moment, he could take a little break to listen to the words England came to bring. "Sir, I'm not sure whether or not you were informed, but there is water damaged in the gym and even some of the lockers were battered. The committee or rather Mr. Ludwig and I are aware of the possible culprit, however there is much more to this situation than destroying school property." Arthur took a moment to catch his breath and to glance to see if Rutilio had followed him as promised. "Yesterday afternoon, after curriculum classes had ended for the day, three students had a fall out. The same three were under the punishment assigned by Ludwig himself. Two had yet to make an appearance while the other ran off from the prompt location." England stated. He knew well that this already didn't sound too good for the states but he need to state the facts and remain neutral of the situation at hand and left out any unnecessary information. "I had just happened to stop by to check on Ludwig on the progress when we heard the gym's sprinklers go off. Ludwig remained at the site to keep an eye on the already punished students and I went to scout the scene. When I arrived, two students remained and they were injured and distressed." Arthur paused, giving Mr. Vagas eye contact and moment to process the information. "Before I begin giving out names, I would like to discuss our course of action first, sir." He awaited the elder's response to get an idea of where each of their standings were and what England could use in negotiating in an ideal resolve. (Out of Tea: )

☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀Florida had followed but lingered outside the office out of sight while he listened in. He was quiet and cautious as he listened to England. It surprised him that the nation didn't immediately give out his and California's identity, but he doubted it would be much of a mystery. Still, it was somewhat comforting to hear Arthur would keep his word. Many people said horrible things about the former empire, but England had never lied to him. For that he was very grateful and cautiously peeked inside the room as he grew more confident that his former empire would be fair and at least attempt to protect them. ☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀<>

The Junior Gentleman The blonde wasn't sure what he was expecting from the head but continued his discussion. "Ah well... I would like discuss the matter of their punishments, sir. I'm aware that they will most likely be suspended for fighting and damaging school property. However, from listening to the reasons from the voices of concern, I wonder if suspension wouldn't be the proper course of discipline?" The Englishman hoped that this would suffice as the proposed question to try to get the full story. (Out of Tea: )

Principal It seems Arthur was concerned about the two students. Rutilio must've told him "Well, to be honest, I wasn't thinking of suspending them. I was going to let Lu- I mean the vice principal take care of it. He won't suspend them, but I'm sure he'd give them a punishment so frightening, it would make them think twice about causing trouble. But, if you have a suggestion, I would love to hear it. If I like it, I'll put you in charge of them. But, let me remind you, I will not allow the use of magic on school grounds." It was just to in case it involved the dark arts. Imperium Romanum

The Vice Principle knocked on the door to the office before entering. He had recently been at the Lunchroom and was not very happy at what he witnessed. Of course he didn't want to take action then and there, it would get to violent. “Romulus there vas a child in the lunchroom und--" He stopped when he saw Arthur there. "Afternoon Mr. Kirkland." he greeted the other still keeping that same expression on his face. He came fully into the office and closed the door behind him. He would let the two talk before bringing up another issue.

The Junior Gentleman Well it was good to here that they wouldn't be suspend, but now it was possible that they'll get far worse. All this time England had been thinking of how to report the issue among the states that he had yet to come up with a punishment himself. All he wanted really was justice to be served and that there would be no more bullying with the states. Especially with how Arthur was now in a relationship with America. "I wouldn't dream of using magic, sir." Although it was tempting at times depending on the student but so far he had kept his word far as punishment. Arthur then turned to face the person that entered. "Afternoon." he returned to the elder. "Ah sir, we were just speaking of you, Mr. Valentine. The Junior Gentleman "To make a long story short, yesterday three students were given a chore handed out by Ludwig, two had yet to arrive just yet and the third had gone off from the location to to the gym get equipment. Not long after the gym's fire alarm was set off, when I arrived the two missing students were in the locker room, beaten and distressed on the floor. There was water damage from the sprinklers and a few damaged lockers.""I automatically sounds like it had been a fight, correct? However from what I've gathered this wasn't an act on just a fight but bullying. Although it's not the school board's interest in knowing the details, I would like to point out these three are relatives and it would be preferred to fine a proper punishment that doesn't make the situation worse and create more damage to the school in the future, yet let them settle their disagreements on their own." Lucius Valentine Lucius listen to England words carefully, he noticed he didn't say the students names. Which he was fine with, but he could guess at least one of the students involved. He leaned against the wall next to the door as he thought. "Vell, we have no torture Chambers here, so in my mind we should lock them in a freezer and let them settle it." he suggested, maybe was a bit harsh, but this was Lucius we are talking about here.
"It would be one of the larger freezers of course..Leave them in there for a few Hours let them sort it out." He looked at Arthur, “Who were the students involved?”
