For the fourth time in a row, the fog dropped into the trench like a blanket, blinding everyone to their surroundings. Only their partners were within visible range. It would be wise to stick together.. Now accepting movements for Round !

What was he doing back on the field again? Ren hadn't really planned on playing another game, but he had changed his mind the last second. So, here he was, decked out in...well, just his normal clothes, since the last pillow had paint all over it and frankly he did not really want to wear the makeshift "armor" that had been haphazardly thrown together.
Maybe this time he'd be able to stay in longer than he had last time...
Ambling along through the dense fog, Ren swung the gun up so that he was holding it in both hands, preparing himself for anything that he might come across, anything he might -
Fwoomp!
Not even five minutes into the game and he had already run into something, letting out a squawk as he tumbled down. He got a mouthful of fur, and as he pushed it away from his face, Ren caught a very familiar glimpse of pale teal.
"JOVE. WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"

With the teams now tied for rounds won Mandy thought it was time to get back on the field and win back her pride from the her defeat. She'd been going to team up with Barth but the got decided to choose Colette which earned him a pout from her, but well it was Colette so that wasn't too bad.
That left her with Tybalt, she didn't know him that well but he'd already been in a round which was good at least.
"Seems so. Ready to kick fitness a**?"

The incubus kept his teeth behind his lips, looking stubbornly away from the young mindflayer, his horns tilted forward, and jumped when he felt her strong arm curl around his shoulders, glancing over at her in surprise and glaring at her, bristling at the words he heard in his head.
"Yours, hm?" he smirked, shrugging her arm off, reaching around with his free arm to curl around her slim waist, pulling her against him. "Well, I can't say I mind that, love," Altair winked at her, matching her strides as they moved forward through the fog, cocking his gun at the ready as his vision was abruptly cut off.

"You know it!" He agreed. Nodding back at the drop bear with wide toothy grin. Though before they set off, it was probably best that he check to make sure his gun was properly loaded and that everything was in order.
.......
It all seemed good. Hopefully his aim would be a little better today too.
"Should we got this way?" He asked pointing in a direction.

Nuk nodded in Bul's direction, sidling up to him (NO HOMO) and leaning in to jerk his head down the field, the barrel of the paintball gun in one hand, the handle in the other, as if it were some kind of bazooka. He liked bazookas, ok? Although he didn't say anything, he assumed the large boil would understand what he meant -- it was smarter to have someone cover your back, and Bul seemed like a big enough guy that Nuk trusted him. Moving stealthily, he kept as low as he could, resisting the urge to sniff the ground like a dog.
He was not scooby doo, ok?

Jove's surprised squeak echoed that of his brother as he went down, and he gave his attacker a swift kick in the knee before he realized who it was. It reminded him of the island, not being able to smell much of anything, and unable to recognize his attacker based on smell before he was jumped.
The pup struggled some more, about to give his attacker's braid a good tug. Then he paused. And a look of horror swept across his face as he realized it wasn't a random attacker, it was Ren!
But... What was Ren doing out here in this unnaturally quiet place? And with a gun? He whined, begging for an explanation.

Mandy returned one toothy grin with her own, she could get with this attitude.
"Any direction is good for me." Mandy said with a shrug, starting to walk in the direction Tybalt indicated.

Junko looked to Shehk when she approached her and grinned, nodding to the ghoul. "Mhm! You've been doing really well, Shehk!" She was so glad she wasn't the only ghoul in this match as Shehk had been for the rest.
"Shall we g--gah!" The fog settled in and Junko tensed up for a moment, sighing and forcing herself to shake it off. "Let's get going."

Shehk hadn't mind being the girl rep in previous matches. None theless, she was pleased to have someone to accompany her in this one, doing a grand sweeping motion with one arm as a 'Ladies first' to Junko.
"Let us go." she grinned, taking the lead as she moved forward cautiously, making sure to look around for anybody who may have psychic-teleported over to their side of the field yet.

Like... Zoinks! Bul grinned to Nuk knowing that this time there was no way he'd get owned as badly. Nuk seemed quite competent well.. to Bul at least. The boil made sure he covered every other angle that Nuk wasn't attending to and kept very close distance to the skinwalker to assure a bad a** victory over the napsters.

Now, Riley normally had the upper hand in any situation. In fact, if she was in a situation to begin with, it was usually of her own devices. This was no exception. Therefore, when her arm was shrugged off, and Altair boldly pulled her into his arm, he very likely felt the crackle of oh no you didn't energy as it flittered through her gaze for a moment. Nevertheless, she was focused on winning the paintball match, and she knew the steps she was willing to take to get the job done.
So her eyes tilted in lieu of a small smile, and she patted the hand on her waist. So good to hear. If we're going to be partners, we're going to have to get along, after all. I don't like to lose. Something tells me you share the same opinion on the matter.

"I actually haven't used one before." Colette looked at the gun questionably and shrugged. At least they were easy to figure out how to use, especially after you were shot five times with one. "And sure, that would be great. Maybe we could watch eachother's backs or something?" Not getting shot was a priority, especially with the "armor" she was wearing -- if you could even call it that. She was definitely concerned.
The Grim Reaper looked blindly into the unsettling fog and sighed. As if she hadn't already experienced enough fog. "Let's, uh.. go," she suggested before walking forward. Staying in the same spot for long didn't sound like a good idea and Colette hoped that this time she'd actually survive with Barth, unlike past experiences.
"Also, I have to warn you: I have no clue what I'm doing," Colette confessed. Way to be a good partner!

"Oh good," Barth said. "We're on the same page then. Generally I just aim the shooty end at moving things."
He coasted along next to Colette.
"I don't think this particular fog induces insanity, so there's that. Don't know if I can say the same about paintball welts."
