Vulcan realized that they had somehow moved back to where his shades had fallen off. He picked them up and returned them to his face. His energy supply was nearly at its limit. He was almost running on empty, meaning he needed to finish this now. Vulcan nodded toward her, before rushing forward he pulled back an arm as if he were prepared to punch but instead as he thrust outward used the momentum to aid a spinning elephant kick which he hoped would hit her in the face.

Emma quickly reacted, her body moved on its own, knowing exactly what she wanted, she ducked beneath him and let her plan work out on its own. "Now!" She swung with all of her strength, planning on cutting Vulcan once more to end this battle now. As soon as his leg crossed her fake line her scythe shot up to meet his leg, there was no way he was going to pull it back after a strong kick like that. She wanted him to attack, to waste energy up until the point where he would hit zero. That powerful kick he just used just ended it for him if it really hit. She made sure it'd cut him, no matter what. That drain nearly took it all out of her, but she was doing her best to hold on, even if just to finish this one attack and end this battle.
Degrade
Rank: C
Description: A skill that removes a B-Rank amount of ki from the enemy if they are stricken. This is the only skill that can be used inside of every single other skill, making it a dangerous technique. Even if the scythe user does a normal attack, Degrade can be hidden inside.
Sunder
Rank: C
Description: An attack that can wear down even stone if used. This technique is meant to tear through an opponent's guard and strike them before they can react. By gathering ki in to their scythe the user can make their attack powerful enough to cleave stone in two without any effort. Attacking an enemy's weapon will leave obvious damage in it if it is weak enough. If used on an opponent it deals regular damage, meaning if an opponent blocks with their arms the scythe will do what it does best, rip their hands off.

Vulcans kick was fast, and nearly made it past the blade, but it was too late the blade had met his skin and nearly cut two inches, but that wasn't the problem here. Somehow the last remaining amount of energy he had was drained all at once. He fell to the ground gasping for breath, and when he finally caught it he spoke, "Well played!" he said as he smiled, but soon his arms grew weak and he fell to the sand. Then all was black. His motionless body soon would be touched by the water of the ocean, as the tide was now beginning to come in...
((*Claps* Well played, I must admit I never saw that one coming. biggrin ))

Emma stood up and took a quick breather, the fight had ended in her favor, she was absolutely amazed she could pull off something like that. After rewrapping her scythe she looked at Vulcan and then to the water. "My arms are going to hate me later..." She said with a sigh as she put all of her remaining strength in to dragging Vulcan toward the nurse's office. It wasn't pain that was making this tough, but the effort it was taking to move him. Neither one of them had deadly injuries, but they needed to be seen to. "You...owe...me." She said quietly as her slow movement toward a new destination continued.[/exit]

 /-/N/-/aomi /-/W/-/inters Please forgive me... Naomi found her way to the famed golden sands of Ludus, the beach seeming rather fresh every time she comes here. It was rather dark but the moonlight gave the area some light as the smell of the ocean breeze drifted within her nose which she took a deep breath. her hair was flying to the left gently and softly and the wind felt rather great on her soft and smooth skin. She held two katanas within both hands, one was her purple custom made reverse blade katana while the other was a rather normal steel katana. She had both her socks and sandals taken off as the wave reached to her ankles, touching her bare feet and the feel was rather relaxing as well. All she needed to do was wait for Raven to show which she'll begin the training....But I must avenge my family by any means possible  /==/-Level 6-==/-Demon with Purple Hair-/==/-P.E Teacher-/==/-Katana Master-/==/-Oni Aura-/==/-Kinetic Weaponry-/==/

/-/N/-/aomi /-/W/-/inters Please forgive me... Naomi didn't turn at all as the minuet she heard Raven she threw the normal steel sheathed katana at Raven for him to grab. After which she slowly turn to face Raven as her facile expression held out a small smile, her big red eyes showing how calm she was as she held tightly on her katana. "That katana is now yours. Think of it as a gift for becoming my student. First I'll demonstrate a skill that later on in the far future you'll learn as well. The skill i teach you when the time comes may even surpass me" She said as she now held the Battojutsu stance with her right hand holding the scabbed while her left hovered near the hilt of her katana. The aura around her was showing off a rather disturbing feel and the waves from the ocean got a little bit more intense, event he wind picked up it's paced. It may have just been a regular katana, but he loved the feel of it. Raven felt slightly odd, he noted her stance and his eyes widened momentarily. He took a few steps to the side so he could observe the skill without being in the way. He doubted that he'd surpass a teacher however, he wasn't so sure of his own strength. He was eager to see it himself though.

/-/N/-/aomi /-/W/-/inters Please forgive me... Naomi eye narrowed as her expression changed within a flash. At that time with a simple stem forward with her left foot, she vanished from the naked eye, the speed going god like as not even a second later she already appeared behind the rather large boulder in a slash like stance, hunching down a little bit as her eyes were closed. Naomi slowly rose up from her stance as she slash left diagonally to the left as if she had blood on it and with a stylish slow sheath the boulder slashed right throw the middle which slid off to the left which both pieces crumbled into small rocks. The sand that was few feet away from the boulder and Naomi had a rather impressive deep creator which all came from one powerful skill. She slowly open her eyes as she glanced at Raven, the shape of her eyes seem rather different which was her demon like powers. "The skill is called Ama-Kakeru-Ryu-No-Hirameki (Heaven's Soaring Dragon Flash) which is the last skill for the Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu weapon arts. Traditionally anyone that masters this curtain skill would be the head of Hiten Mitsurugi but as time flows on the style is now nothing since the making of guns came. When time comes this will be the last skill I'll teach you which you'll surpass me one day. The skill once preformed on another being cannot be dodge because of it's immense speed and if somehow block would create a mini vacuum from where the strike happen." She said as she approached Raven which she would imagine would be shocked at how fast and powerful the skill is. "But.." It was obviously fatal so he knew he wouldn't do that much in the future. "With something like that I don't think anybody with a gun could defeat you..." Raven knew there was far too many powerful skills to learn here just to lose to somebody firing a shot at him. He listened to what she'd said and nodded, there were probably techniques that matched this one's speed, he'd figure it out when he truly mastered swords. He saw her falling, but didn't have to go very far to reach her, while supporting Naomi he noted something. "That kind of speed...is flawed, right?" By that he meant dangerous and possibly fatal.

She slowly open her eyes as she glance at raven, trying to break out a smile. "Well, not completely... It's just that the skill is used rather by more muscular people which would negate the the usage on the skill. Besides, the skill wasn't meant to be used by a woman and people with a small built or a small frame can only use the skill once per day, two at best. If it does reach to two then your body will completely shut down and you'll pass out. You won't wake up until several days after so suing this type of skill is a huge gamble." She said as with a short rest she stood up straight and with a sigh she looked back at Raven as she still held her smile. "Now comes the fun part Raven. I like you to learn dark slayer style first before you branch to Hiten Mitsurugi. I'll give you a list on what you need to learn first." She announce as she took a scroll out of her shirt from the left side and handed it to Raven. Step forward and swing the katana while still in its saya (Scabbard) at the enemy's side with your left hand. Being blunt it would feel like a quick punch. Quickly bringing the sword back to your waist, use the other hand to grip the katana and unsheathe the blade, striking at the opponent. Sleeves Rank: D Description: A quick double slash attack that will leave your opponent surprised on what happened. As soon as the opponent is within range unsheathe the sword slashing horizontally its held in a reversed grip. as soon as that is done forcefully sheath it cutting into the target a second time. A good way to do this is to jump towards the target or step forward. Lighter Rank: C Description: A quick and devastating two slash attack its primary objective is to slice through the target. Step towards the enemy and unsheathe the sword quickly upwards making sure you unsheathe it holding it in the regular grip. This will serve as your slash. The trick to its power is you make sure that even before half of your sword is unsheathed the bladed edge already makes contact making it that as you unsheathe they get cut. Once you slash upward as high as you can you may choose either of the following. The first one is to push upward as the slash ends to send the enemy a few feet up the second is to turn the blade rapidly to slash downwards then calmly sheath the sword again. Blind Side Rank: C Description: A counter attack from an attack from behind. As soon as you notice they are attacking from behind unsheathe sword while turning to face them making sure you step back, utilize your turning and unsheathing to create a slash across their waist. Jump then towards the enemy holding the katana with both hands as you slash downwards. Dual Trap Rank: C Description: In case you are attacked from both behind and from the front its best to use this. Step back and thrust the bottom of the sheathed sword into the gut of your opponent from behind. Then unsheathe the blade from this point and step forward, slashing through the opponent attacking from the front. In the same fluid motion, the user will spin their body, their blade up high from the first slash. Spinning the body, the user will slash downwards at the enemy behind them, who is still recovering from the first strike. Ashes Rank: C Description: Unsheathe the blade slashing diagonally upwards and allow the momentum of this slash to flow and spin you. Quickly hold the sword with both hands and as you are about to complete the spin swing the weapon into the waist of your target by chopping diagonally downwards. End by pushing the weapon in then out of the enemy before sheathing it. Erase Rank: C Description: Unsheathe the sword as you somersault over the target remember that you twist yourself causing you to spin as you somersault. You land behind the enemy as you chop down with the weapon then sheath it. You may slash or block as you spin in the air. (you gain a -5 post for leaning skills since she is a a higher rank than you. X3)

He swung his shiny new katana at a fake enemy and brought it back quickly before removing it from its sheathe. With one last attack aimed at his fake enemy he smiled, he understood that pretty quickly.[1/1]
Raven moved on to the second technique, it seemed easy enough. He unsheathed his blade again and watched it make its arc across his false opponent. As soon as it exited where it should have he moved his arm in reverse to sheath the blade once again, due to his height that probably would have ripped somebody's insides up. He'd try not to do that, he didn't want people to die after all.[1/1]
Raven moved on to a more difficult technique, it'd take a little longer for him to learn. He had to get extremely close up to his enemy to make sure the blade made contact before he used the real slash. He took a single step forward as practice, getting the steps right.[1/2] Raven took another step forward and brought his sword up quickly, he imagined what it'd feel like. He brought the sword back down quickly and hopped backwards while sheathing his blade, giving him range while he was being prepared for another technique.[2/2]
Raven moved on and pretended he was the one being attacked now. He moved his feet slowly to get the footwork right, it'd be something that could help him in the future. Foot placement was the most important aspect here.[1/2] Raven unsheathed his blade while turning around, but he had to keep the technique going or it'd end there. Since he unsheathed with his opposite hand it was ranged away from his target, giving his jumping strike strength when he moved forward. He sheathed his sword again and continued his training.[2/2]
Raven jabbed his katana backwards and shook his head. He didn't add enough force to it really since he pointed it upward, if he didn't do that he'd just jab them in the legs. He'd have to work on that one to get this technique right.[1/2] Raven jabbed backwards with enough force to stun a foe before stepping forward and unsheathing his blade, attacking two invisible enemies. He then spun while the katana tip was pointed upward and then swung downward during the turn to slash his second enemy. That would do some decent damage if he was being double teamed.[2/2]
Raven unsheathed his blade and slashed across his opponent, aiming upward. He tried to stop it early so the technique didn't go through. He'd really have to try that again if he wanted to learn.[1/2] Raven swung again and his body spun, he had to continue the skill as always. His second hand shot up and held his sword like the first one. He swung downward as he nearly completed the spin and would have smiled at learning this skill if it wasn't so dangerous.[2/2]
Last one, Raven could do this because it involved flipping around. Raven jumped over his imaginary enemy with acrobatics that seemed like something he wouldn't know and he unsheathed his blade. He'd attacked during that one, now it was time to learn defense.[1/2] Raven jumped back over his fake enemy and blocked, it seemed good enough to get over to where he needed to go. He sheathed his sword again and smiled, that was everything. He knew he wasn't a sword master, but it would save his life some day soon.[2/2]

Next we'll move onto the general skills for level 1." She said as she took out another scroll that had the list for general skills, walking over to the boy as she handed it to him. She stood back to give him some space as she couldn't help but smile for how strong his determination is....But I must avenge my family by any means possible /==/-Level 6-==/-Demon with Purple Hair-/==/-P.E Teacher-/==/-Katana Master-/==/-Oni Aura-/==/-Kinetic Weaponry-/==/ Quote: Dulled Edge Rank: E Description: The user runs their hand over a bladed object, layering it with their Ki. Instead of sharpening a blade, it becomes as dull as a butter knife. This allows the user to train against an ally with their favored weapon, or capture a target without killing them. This technique can also be canceled out at anytime after the first post. Reverse Grip Rank: E (Passive once learned) Description: By training in holding your weapon in a reversed grip the user can learn to hold every weapon in this manner, even a greatsword. Basically this is just learning to hold a weapon with a reverse grip. Hammer Head Rank: D Description: The user grabs the sides of their opponent's head to keep them still while they deliver three simultaneous headbutts. Hammer Fist Rank: D Description: The student, using only their fist, and body weight, will bring a single arm/fist down upon the enemy. This is another move that is high risk high reward, as if it hits, it will bring the enemy to their knees. If it misses, the student may lose balance, falling to the ground Violent Fist Rank: C Description: The student, from punching the tree in short bursts, has learned how to put that short burst to work upon the enemy. In a blurred fury they quickly punch the enemy where ever they can land the hits. Depending on the student’s level they may be able to carry on more hits. (same as before, -5 from teacher. X3)

He didn't know when he'd ever use this besides sparring battles, but if he hit an opponent in the neck it would still kill them. Luckily he had the self control for something like this.[1/1]
Raven threw his blade in to the air and caught it on its reversed side. He didn't know when he'd really ever use this, he didn't know how he could use it either. No wonder it was so easy to learn, he was just flipping a sword around. He did have to admit he looked pretty cool holding the bladed side of his sword behind his back.[1/1]
Raven couldn't even imagine ever using this, he was too short! Unless he could somehow jump on his enemy and stay there he didn't have a chance of even thinking he could headbutt them. Either way he practiced on an invisible enemy, he still doubted he'd ever run in to an opponent his size though.[1/1]
Raven flipped forward and added his own special touch to this skill, increasing its speed. He brought his fist down on a fake enemy and envisioned it sending them to their knees if he actually hit. He was glad he could at least find a use for this one.[1/1]
Raven started off praticing his strikes against the air. They weren't very fast, in fact he could still see his hands. Increasing its speed would obviously increase its strength, he'd do some decent damage if he got a chance to use this.[1/2] Raven struck again and was amazed he couldn't see his own hands, that was pretty fast. "I think I'm getting better." Raven said with another bright smile, he had a nice collection of skills under his belt now.[2/2]
