I have a very nasty bruise on my knee, but other than that I am perfectly fine. I was very lucky in this case. The damage that my poor car undertook looks very bad, and it may be what my insurance called "a total loss" . . . Despite the drastic hit, the air bags didn't deploy, so there isn't any internal damage from that. I did not experience whip lash, luckily. Nothing is broken or sprained. The other party is perfectly fine as well. They were in a very large Office Van. Their car looks as if it had a run in with a fire hydrant compared to my brutalized little Camry. . .
The short story as to how it happened begins as I am driving home from work. I left on time, took the same streets except for one. This time I decided to take 18th street to avoid some very heavy traffic congestion. There are stop signs, I stopped at every one of them. One street was particularly congested, but they let me cross through when it came to a complete stop. The slight curve obstructed my view of the next lane, the other driver wasn't paying attention and we collided front bumper to front bumper. However, due to the other party's speed and greater size, the damage to my car was far worse.
I have contacted my insurance since then, filed a claim, and contacted a rental to deliver on Monday so I can get to work. Such a mess > ~<
Okay. but a heads up, I only had a bruise to start with. And continued to work. Eventually I started to feel pain going down my legs. Sometimes symptoms don't appear right away. I went to see the lawyer that the drive (My friends & Reverend) Was using for the claim. He sent me to a chiropractor. They took X-rays, I have a bulging disc. It wouldn't of shown up on a normal xray from what I was told. It is causing a out right impingment on my siatica nerve.. So don't discount that just cause you are feelign find now, that there is nothing wrong at the moment.. I learn that the hard way.

that is absolutely horrifying o ~o I'm sorry to hear that you're still suffering from the accident, however it is good news that the therapy you're undertaking is showing results ^ -^
I really hope nothing develops from this bruise. . . thank you for the warning, i'll be sure to keep an eye on any abnormalities and act upon them before they can get worse

good okay. That is the best you can do. If things ache do a heat pack then a ice pack, ending in the Ice pack a few times. Avoid taking any medications, they only really are temporary or mask the symptoms... But this is partially why i went too school to become a massage therapist to help others.

:3 yes, it's pretty good, as can be expected, but for me, too many lyrics. lyrics are too ...mindful. I like to lose myself in their music and lyrics make that harder.

Agreed, I feel like with that genre of music lyrics should be kept to as minimal as possible if at all.
